Ayama your sheet is kind of sparse, but you don't really have to change it. It's just a little bit better to not go in so blind, especially considering Cole knows at least a little bit about everyone that he hired.
I suppose if you wanted, you could play someone that he didn't hire.

He can't be certain of her identity, though, and you didn't say anything about having done espionage in the past. Added to that, how would he know where her loyalties lie?

The profile does say she's a talented actress and is currently operating as a spy though :/ And her loyalties lie with the money, like everyone else he's hiring xD

I didn't see that and I still don't see that there. Either way, understand that a little bit of background is beneficial. There are details to his reasoning for hiring that I don't want to get into for the sake of spoilers.

Help me out here. His hiring process, based on a person's background, has no issue with a thief, or an assassin and a thug both previously serving a mad dictator, but a Tailor/spy who will just do as she's told is an issue? :/

I mean I suppose you could always make it so that he's somehow found out about her gifts and/or addiction, though I'm not sure how as, from the information you gave us, it didn't really seem like he'd been around the Barrel that long.

See that's the thing; I didn't know that she had an addiction or that she was already working as a spy. As I said before, you're going to have to trust me on this, I've thought a lot of this out. If you don't like it, get your ass out of here. We could go back and forth all day and make absolutely no progress, and I don't really want to do that today.
I'm pretty lenient on most things, but this is a case of either the sheet that you're using being broken on my end, or argumentativeness from you. If it is, in fact, an issue with the code on my end, I apologize for all of this.

It's quite disappointing, as the Grishaverse is one of my favorite fandoms and this RP has a very promising setup and an awesome cast of players and characters, but when a game's GM seems decided to have an issue with you there's not much to be done. I hope the RP goes well.

The problem got fixed; I don't have any issue with you now. If you feel like I do, then I won't stop you from leaving. If my players aren't comfortable with me, then I can't comfortably guide.
