Fandom Grimm Hunter Part 2: Twin Tendency

"Guys.... I dunno if you thought this through enough. Because how are we gonna hide the mutt?" Sonora Jr. Said as she pointed at Metus, who was fast asleep, occasionally stirring.

"I feel like I am in a detective film called Hemlock Rolmes. But I am missing the hat and pipe." Egon said with text, meant to be a joke. But he understood that these kids may not understand it at all. "And for Metus..... Well, we could say that she just appeared out of nowhere and followed you all around." He added, doubting that people in this age were dumb enough to buy that story.

"I do not think people will buy it. If they see something strange, they will think it's a Grimm stalking them." "Or a Nargacuga. Gamora Hakum and Bherna hunt those things all the time, and they are sneaky!" "Or that. Thanks Noctis." Tristan and Noctis added as Egon shook his head, not understanding a word they said.

"I like this. People will think he is a normal person for sure! And he will get to experience snow!" Koni said with joy as she held Aslan's hand, and looked at Egon. He was quite big, sure. But she figured he was a big softie in the inside. CapRock CapRock

Aslan

"Honey, I think he should know snow." I tell Koni while caressing her arm. "But there are lots of things to show him... We just have to figure out about the dog."
"Well, for now, let's keep Metus out the streets." Verde says. "Why don't you take it for a walk, Cherry? And take Tristan with you."
At this point, even I know what's going on between the two. Do I agree with Verde pushing the two together? No. Do I want to see what happens? Absolutely. So this time, I'll let Verde's nefarious plans progress without any protest. But I do have other questions for Verde:
"What about us, then?"
"I was thinking we could take a stroll around town, actually." Is Verde's answer. "There's still a few days until Atlas does the reveal. Until then, we might as well enjoy our time, right?"

Cherry
"T-Tristan?" Cherry asked, glancing at him in terror. She then stared down and said: "W-well, if he's alright with it..."

Midori
"i do know about Hemlock Holmes." Midori told Egon. She smiled to say: "It's a timeless masterpiece." She had some Hemlock Books back home and now she wished she had brought them. Perhaps she could stop at a bookstore and pick a new read for her stay.

"Got portals that go to any "Quiet spots"? I think we should be walking without risking this..... Creature, being seen. One look, and it spells disaster." Tristan said as he took Cherry's hand, her skin as soft as silk. "eyyyy! Tristan you smooth dog!" Noctis joked as his brother blushed, for the first time in their lives. He couldn't believe what was happening, and said "Welcome to humanity, bro."

"I thought he didn't, because he needed our help to find his way around the world we are in. I thought we should start with snow." Koni said as she looked at Aslan, and pecked his cheek.

"Where shall we go, Verde and Midori?" Egon asked in text as he looked at the two, and waited for their answer. CapRock CapRock

Verde

"Oh, don't worry, Egon." Verde replied. "We'll be going just about everywhere! Meanwhile, Midori can help Cherry and Tristan take the Metus out with her portals."
"No, wait here." Midori protested. "I'll be back in no time." She opened a portal and yanked both Cherry and Tristan into it in clear hurry. Verde snickered and sat down again to wait. There was no doubt in her mind now that Midori was acting nothing like the usual. But if she thought for one second that it would stop the great Verde, she was sorely mistaken.

- A few minutes later -

Midori was now reunited with the group and they had took on Atlas' streets in search for something to do. It was noon and there was a very light snow coming down the gray skies and piling up on the streets and roofs of the city. People paced briskly everywhere, mostly business men and women minding their daily lives. It was good that they weren't paying attention, otherwise they'd notice an extremely unconspicious group acting like they blended in perfectly.
"I hope you're liking it out here, Egon." Verde said. "I imagine this must be pretty different from Mantle."
"What should we do, then?" Aslan asked. The group just happened to be passing the local butcher. Sini twitched her nose and fumbled a couple times while looking around until she found the source. A massive grumble emerged from her stomatch as she said:
"We should eat!" She tried to make a run for it, but Aslan managed to hold onto her by the blouse before she could cause a disaster. She began resisting and said: "F#@% off, As! I want my meat!"
"Noctis!" Aslan pleaded, slowly getting himself dragged towards the butcher by his much stronger sister. "...A little help here?"

Cherry

Cherry was now alone with Tristan and Metus at a calmer bit of the Atlesian woods near the dorms. At first she focused on playing with Metus to get herself calmed down; it didn't matter what animal it was, spending some time with them was a surefire way to get her happy. Cherry waited until she felt felt like she'd gathered all the courage she could muster and took the lead of the stroll. She started to talk while looking at the sky:
"I know that I said this before, but... I really need to say it again." Loooking up at the treetops from where she was, the snowflakes seemed like little bits of stars set to cover the world in a beautiful white blanket. "Back when Egon was holding me down, a lot of stuff went through my mind. I thought how he didn't seem a bad person, and it made me sad. I thought about how you guys and mom and dad would react if I didn't make it, and it made me even sadder. And then I thought about you, and how there's something I wanted to tell you for some time and I might have lost the chance... And that made me the sadest, because it was a regret. And I hate regretting things, so I'll tell you right now." She stopped and then turned back to look at Tristan straight in the eye to say:
"T-the truth is that I really, really, really like you! Whenever I think of you, my heart gets all fuzzy and you make me wanna smile even more, because that seems to make you happy too! I... I don't know what to do about it, but I think you should know." She then stared at Tristan at the most vulnerable she'd even been, completely oblivious to any previous hints he may have given her. To her, this was a complete shot in the dark and she could only hope for the best.

"Ch.... Cherry..... I... I...." Tristan was stunned. How was he so oblivious the first time around? He looked at her, with tears running down his face. He never thought anyone would love someone as cold and distant as he was. He looked at her, with sincerity for the first time in his life. "I don't like you.... Cherry." He stopped, and started to blush as he looked at her. "I.... I.... I love you, my cherry blossom.... With you.... I feel warmer than I was before. I am not as cold, not as emotionless as before. I cannot resist the sweetness of your voice, and the sincerity of your emotions. Most of the girls today are fake with what they feel, or how they look." He looked at her, dead in the eyes. "But.... You are the most genuine lady I have ever met." He then stole a kiss from her, and made it a passionate moment.

Noctis sighed, and stood in front of sini, and held her hand out. "Wait here. Lemme see what I can do." He went into the shop, and did some talking with the owner, and came out with a bag of the best meat he had, 2 pounds of it. "Here you go, my sexy carnivore." Noctis said as he smiled.

Egon was amazed by the sights of the city. It was most certainly different from Mantle. He was in a peaceful city, not surrounded by enemies and sounds of screaming and crying. He looked at Verde, then Midori. He felt warm in the inside, in a figurative sense. CapRock CapRock

Aslan

The following exchange is an actual conversation between myself and the waiter at an Olive Courtyard's entrance:
"Hello! Table for how many?"
"Actually... Uh... I want to order it on the go. And if you have plastic dishes and cutlery, we would like those too."
"Are you eating on the street or something? Please take a table, it's cold and..."
"N-no! How do I put this... My sister has a bit of a strange diet."
"We have vegan options..."
"I'm just trying to keep your restaurant from smelling like a slautherhouse, miss."
*gulp*
"...How many plates is it that you want?"
And before you know it, we're all eating fried lasagna at the sidewalk. Honestly, all things considered I don't really mind; it just makes the memory a little more unique than it already is. While Koni isn't looking, I sneak by her plate and steal a piece of it with my fork, swinging it in front of her while I say:
"Sorry, was this yours?" I'm ready to try and get it out of the way if she tries to snatch it back, but given how fast she is, I doubt I really have a chance to win this dispute.

Midori

Midori made sure to sit at Egon's side, with Verde at the other. He seemed to be enjoying their company. Midori still wanted to ask him so much about his nature. How it felt to have a mostly artificial body? How was spending decades in the ice and waking up later? Could he still feel a chill on his spine if he was scared or butterflies in his stomatch when he saw a pretty girl? But those all felt like terribly personal questions she could never ask directly. Not yet, at least. For now, she simply smiled back and enjoyed his company. She could be a patient girl if she wanted. Her sister, on the other hand, was a different story:
"So, is the food here better or worse than Mantle? I bet they just fed people rations back then. Tell me all about it, Egon!" if Midori wasn't careful, her sister could end up winning his affection before she even had a chance. It made her burn all up from inside and soon she'd find it also gave her the courage to try things she'd never considered before.

Cherry

Cherry smile grew until it reached ear from ear when she heard Tristan's confessions. And to think she'd be able to inspire such beautiful feelings on someone... Wait, this wasn't just someone she was talking about, it was Tristan, the best person possible to be feeling like that! When she was kissed, Cherry widened her eyes, then closed them and let herself into the kiss. It was only when it ended that she realized they were holding hands. The warm feeling in her breast exploded into her whole body and she could help herself but to hop in place a few times.
"Yay! This is the best day ever!" She leaned in and hugged Tristan, disappearing between his arms and rubbing her face at his chest. "And it's all because of my awesome new boyfriend."

"The civilians did not recieve rations. They ate much better than we did, that's for sure. We got the rations." Egon stated in text as he looked at Midori, who was quiet. He could not help but get butteflies in his stomach, or where it used to be. It wasn't just for one of them, but for both girls. He showed no signs, so as to keep things calm until the right time.

When Aslan stole a piece of lasagna from her, she took one back from his plate, and immediately took a bite. Once her mouth was clear, she smiled deviously, "I'm sorry, was that yours?" she asked with a giggle as she began to eat her own.

"How is the stuff? I got the best I could get, in exchange for meats from the livestock back home. Aptonoth, Apceros, the like. I think I can have mom send some to this place." He said as he began to think, and then looked at Sini, chowing down on the meat.

Tristan hugged cherry back, and then sat down next to a tree, with her in his lap. Metus was overexcited by the pure happiness that came from the two, and began to bark like crazy as she ran up to them, and started licking their faces, and barked some more. "Metus seems happy with how things turned out, wouldn't you agree?" He asked cherry as he pats Metus' head. CapRock CapRock

Sini

While everyone had their neat little restaurant meals, Sini was simply devouring the slabs of raw meat like nobody's business. She had tried her best to push those desires back in the past and it only caused her suffering. Actually getting the chance to eat raw meat was great, but what she actually yearned for was a bit more gross than that even. Nevertheless, she owed it all to Noctis and his quick reaction.
"It's amazing, honey! Here, you deserve this." She pulled Noctis in for a lovely blood-soaked kiss. "I'll call her myself, then! I need more meat."

Verde

After the group was done eating, Verde noticed Egon staring at Midori. Could her strange attitude be upsetting him? Verde could definitely relate to that at time. She got up and said:
"Don't worry about her, Egon, Midori's just acting out today for some reason." She got up and pointed towards the nearest shop. "Let's go shopping for clothes next!" She had no intention of actually buying any clothes in Atlas, technological gadgets were a way better investment, but the presence of Egon there changed her plans quite a bit.

"Instead of calling, how about we pay a visit when we get back, yeah? She cooks the meanest steak you will ever eat!" Noctis said, after she kissed him. He could taste the viscous iron on his lips, and smell the fresh blood from her. He had no idea that she had cravings like this. But hey, she gets it from her dad. "We're gonna have to get you some napkins, and rubbing alcohol. Don't wanna make anyone sick."

"I.... I find it flattering that you both are giving me this much attention. It brings back good feelings that I once felt before." Egon said in text as he looked at midori. "I could go for some shopping. I want to see what fashion sense this generation has to offer." Egon stood up, and waited for Midori and Verde to lead the way. CapRock CapRock

Midori

Midori followed Verde alongside the others towards their next goal. It was one of those massive department stores and it had a floor dedicated exclusively to clothing. After getting Sini properly cleaned and sanitized, the team entered the store and split to try and find some good clothings for Egon. Midori was waiting exactly for one such oppoertinity to stay alone with Egon, so she approached him and showed him her precious scrapbook; it had a rather impressive sketch of Egon in it. Unlike her father, Midori happened to have great handwriting and a cleaner sketching style.
"Could you look here a bit?" She asked softly. "I.. I've been sketching you since we've met. I want to understand you better..." Midori felt a child down her spine as she realized that blood was rushing to her cheeks and giving her secrets in. "...Because I want to help you, of course! Get you back on your feet and all. But there's a few details I don't understand yet, so could you-"
"Hey Egon!" Verde broke in at the worst possible moment. She was holding two dresses in front of her and smiling almost seductively. "I know we should be looking for clothes for you but I just couldn't help myself! Do you think I look better in this one, or this one?"
Both dresses were green, and one had thin straps crossing at at the middle and wrapping around the neck while the other was completely strapless. But that was besides the point! What sort of low tactic was that? Midori pulled Egon's arm while saying:
"Don't mind her, Egon, she can't think about anyone but herself. This is much more important!"
"If Midori's bothering you with her nonsense, just tell her, Egon!" Verde insisted, pulling on Egon's other arm. "Focus on me now, I need your help!"
So it was going to be like that, huh? Midori couldn't remember the last time they actually thought like that. To think it'd be over a person this time, of all things. She usually gave in to Verde's will since it made things easier but this time was different from the others. Egon brought up a feeling in her she'd never had before and she was willing to go against even her sister to get more of it.

Kin

After a quick stop at the Stray Hounds' headquarters, Kin made his way back into Atlas to go check if the Vale foreigners had arrived safely and were handling the Warframe well. He let Scout watching the main street and followed them into the store, but by then he had already lost their position, so he resorted to reaming around until they showed up again. He ended up bumping into someone on his way; it was a faunus girl looking cute but fierce, just his type.
"Oh, I'm sorry." Kin said. "You have to be careful here or else this sort of inconvenience happens. They really should make bigger ahllways here. Don't you agree, miss... " He let his voice die out in hopes of being graced with this lovely lady's name.

Cherry

"Yes, he does!" Cherry said. She started petting Metus while it licked her face up, saying: "Who's a cute little defrozen puppy? Yes you are yes you are yes you are!" After the Helminth Charger calmed down a bit, she leaned on to Tristan's chest again and began listening to his hearbeat. "Today's just the perfect day." She looked up to him and added: "Can we just... Stay like this? For as long as we can. I don't want right now to end."

Egon was impressed with Midori's sketch of him. The detail, the stoic look he had in the sketch. It was very much flattering, he was about to put up his screen, when Verde burst out with 2 dresses. Shortly after, the two girls began to fight over him like 2 children with a giant teddy bear. Once he gently shook them off, and set the two to stand next to each other, he put up his left hand. "Girls, this bickering is getting ridiculous. If you want me to choose between the two of you, don't. Because why choose one, when I can have both of you at my side, Possibly as my wives in the future? You both have the same appearance, but the beauty of difference when it comes to how you both think, act, or even dress. Instead of fighting over my attention, why not share it? In all honesty, my previous wives acted just like you did..... But you two are less violent. Now, can we continue our shopping trip without any quarrels? Together?" Egon said as he stared at the two of them with such intensity. He was not angry or annoyed by any means, but he wanted to calm the situation entirely before it got out of hand.

"Cute. The old 'Bumping into a girl at a mall' cliché huh? If you are wanting my name, you are gonna have to do better than that. Because I am not so impressed with that performance. So if you really want to know me, work for it, otherwise get away from me, creep." Sonora said in a snarky and harsh tone as she remembered the many times guys used this to try and get her number, but it failed. She walked off into a clothing store, where she tried to find a set of swimwear she wanted for a while now.

"However long you want, Cherry Blossom. I am enjoying our time together, now that you have warmed me up." Tristan said as he rested his head on top of hers, and rubbed her shoulders. He felt warm and fuzzy, and loved the feeling.

Keezheekoni's eyes lit up as she looked around the mall. She wanted to see everything it had to offer, so she dragged Aslan by the arm, and went into a candy store, where multitudes of sweets lined the walls. "What is all this?! What is all the sweet smells? And what are these?" She asked as she picked up a piece of red licorice, and sniffed it, and took a bite. Her face screamed pleasure, as she moaned and chewed. Verde & Midori

Both Russet twins let go of Egon when brushed off and fell on their butts, then got back up and listened to Egon, too embarassed to even look his way. Egon's reaction made both of them realize just how ridiculously they had been treating the Warframe they were supposed to be helping. They were getting ready to apologize when they heard the bit about them both becoming his wives; Verde widened her eyes and gasped while Midori turned completely red and her gazer turned into a blank stare.
"W-wives!?" Verde managed to ask. Midori seemed to be going copletely into shutdown mode, she didn't even seem to be seeing anything in front of her. "Do you really see us that way, Egon? I'm flattered!" Verde had shared many things with Midori through her life, from toys to pieces of clothing to secrets... Even this, sharing a boyfirend - a future husband, according to Egon - seemed like going a step further. She glanced at Midori and found her muttering quietly to herself:
"He likes me back..."
And then Verde concluded that, whatever happened, she could never bring it to herself to stealing Egon from her sister. As crazy as it was, maybe his idea was the best option for everyone... But would Midori agree?

Kin

"Oh my." Kin watched in silence as the mysterious girl left without even giving a name. He could only wonder what could have been the cause of such anger and rejection from her. And the mixed signals... Should he follow her or not? Did she actually want him to try again? The thought of the challenge enticed him more than he wanted to admit. The Warframe could wait a little more for sure. This had surely been an encouter of fate and he had to seize it.
Kin walked into the same store as the girl and pretended to be looking for some swimming trunks of his own. Eventually he spoke to the girl again without even looking at her:
"I'll admit you puzzled me a bit at the start, turning down my request so harshly. But I'm starting to see the whole picture now. It's your only defense against those who don't see you as a person, isn't it? Faunus acceptance has progressed so much in legal terms but so little in people's minds. Making sense so far?" He finally turned to Sonora and smirked. "I apologize if I'm being too pushy. It seems like we might be running off into each other a few more times due to circumstances bigger than you and me and I'd hate to start things off in bad terms with you." He then glanced and the swimsuits and said: "And also, you should try the red one. It suits you very well."

Aslan

So... Fun fact; explaining capitalism to someone who's been living in communal life can be pretty hard. I'm terrified that the clerk is going to kick us out but it turns out that I hit the jackpot of friendly shop staff, a smiling old grandma who simply nods and waves their hand as if to say 'go on, you can worry about paying later'. I put my hand around Koni's waist and tell her:
"It's just the best thing in the world, Koni: candy! We eat them occasionally because these things can rot your teeth if you eat them too much. But since it's your first time..." I pick up a paper bag about the size of my hand and give it to her. "Here! Fill this up with whatever you like, then we'll buy it. You deserve the whole store if you ask me, but let's start with what I can afford, ok?"

"I do. Like a rose, and an orchid. The same amount of beauty, with many differences. However, while you think on it, we have some shopping to do." Egon said as he looked through some of the merchandise, shirts that seemed to be too tight, pants too baggy, even boxers that hugged every inch. "What kind of fashion is this?! Has 80 years really come down to indecent clothing?" he thought as he looked at the girls, still frozen in shock.

"The law can't change people's minds, so what's the point? You just gonna ask for my name and number to add to your collection, or call me as a one night hookup?" Sonora asked as she crossed her arms, and glared at Kin. She was impressed by his tenacity, but she wanted to keep pushing him. She grabbed out her scroll, and quickly texted Damian: "Pops, there is a dude in a clothing shop in Atlas trying to hit on me. Need a little help. Thanks! ~Sonora Jr. <3" She sent the message, and acted as if nothing happened, knowing her father would come any minute now. "Besides, I ain't interested in dating. Not after the last 20 dates I have been on."

Magnus walked into the candy shop, and smiled at Aslan and Koni. "Aslan! It's been a while! Is this the lovely wife everyone is going on about?" He asked as Koni looked at Magnus in a confused manner. "Right, I am Magnus, Aslan's grandfather. You must be Keezheekoni, right?" Koni nodded as she looked at Aslan, then at magnus. "Aslan, how can a man like that even exist? He is a giant! He is strong looking, like a bear!" She whispered, magnus smiling at her. "I can buy you a bag bigger than that, but don't eat it all in one sitting. You may also want to share with Aslan, it's better that way." CapRock CapRock

Verde

"You're right, Egon. Sorry for causing you trouble." Verde said. As soon as he went on his quest for clothes, she and her sister escaped to a corner of the store outside of Egon's sight and leaned on each other to initiate their little meeting.
"Ok, so it's clear that we can't keep things like this anymore." Verde started." I hate fighting you, sis, and this gets us nowhere."
"He likes me." Midori said again. She seemed to snap back into reality as she said with an annoyed expression: "No, he likes both of us. How come?"
"I know, I hate being bundled up with you like we're on person too. But he clearly doesn't see us like that! I guess the man just has a lot of love to give." She stopped a moment before proceeding: "...Would you be ok with sharing him?" Midori stared into space a bit as she gave it some thought. Verde herself wasn't so sure what to feel about the situation, but in the end her sister's answer summed up her sentiment quite well:
"Well, I suppose it doesn't hurt to try."
After the meeting was over, the Russets ran back to Egon and his quest for reasonable clothing. Verde notcied his distraught and said:
"Men's clothes today, huh? Be patient, decent clothes your size are rare but they do exist."
"Exactly." Midori agreed with a nod.

Kin

Kin rose an eyebrow to her claims. She was getting antsy and making mistakes, all he had to do now was work on them. He stared at her with a hint of playful inquiry in his eyes as he replied:
"Dates, hookups? I didn't say anything about that. Could it be that it's simply what's in your mind when you look at me?" He snickered and started to walk around Sonora Jr., still focusing his sight on her: "Either way, like I said, we're bound by a little more than that, I'm afraid. I bet you'd like to know why, wouldn't you? But I suppose you aren't interested, then I'll just go." The lure was set now. All he had to do was wait for it to bite. He turned back to leave and bumped yet again into something. Two for two, was he being careless that day? No, he wasn't. The man before him had been as silent as a shadow and now was now targetting with a terrifyingly cold gaze. The man took a step forward until they were inches from each other and said:
"You got one thing right, you little punk. She's not interested. Now do your health a favor and piss off. Forever." Kin gulped and hesitated but didn't back down, instead inching even closer to the man's face with a determined expression.
"You think you're scaring me? I've dealt with your kind before."
"So brave! Is that why you're shaking all over? I don't like repeating myself, kiddo. Get lost before I make a mess here."
Both men finally pressed their foreheads against each other and kept staring down at each other, emitting grunts that nearly sounded like growls. It was the ultimate game of chicken as neither was willing to actually resort to violence in a crowded place like that. But the moment they've met on a secluded area, Kin just knew it would get ugly really quick.

Aslan

While I'm usually always down to talk with Grandpa Magnus, seeing him showing up in Atlas of all places got my jaw all the way to the floor. Could there be more of our family here without we knowing it? it was reassuring, but also a bit scary. I turn to Koni and say:
"He is big, isn't him? That's just genetics, I guess. Get me anything you like Koni, I'm not picky." Even though he obviously only wants to help, I now feel a little bad for having to limit Koni's candy supply like I did. I'll have to really hard as a hunstman if I am to support Koni properly in the future. I then walk up to Magnus and say: "It's great seeing you here, gramps! Are you on vacation here?"

"Men's clothing? These selections looked as if they can fit on a baby and an ursa! At least I am modest with my sense of style, if anything, the armor I wear is sufficient enough coverage, though the cold would probably eat my shields away...." He began to think, then looked at the twins. "Would you mind helping me out here?"

"DAMNIT!! HE PLAYED THAT CARD?! Welp, I got no choice but to bite...." She said as she walked between Damian and Kin. "Hang on a second, pops. I got some questions for him." She looked at Kin, dead in the eye with conviction. "What did you mean when you said we were bound by a little more? What's your game?" She asked as she crossed her arms, her large bust resting on top of them as she waited for his answer.

"Actually, I just ffinished making deliveries for Mrs. McCloud. Mushrooms and herbs to an organic market, meats to the butcher shop, even jewels from the insides of monsters in jewelery stores." Magnus was not going to lie, it was hard work, trying to find a store that would take the items was hard, but once he found one, he lets Gamora know, and she gets to work.
Koni's eyes widened as Aslan told her to get him anything she likes. She did not hesitate, and immediately went to filling a large bag with candy. After sampling and choosing which candies she likes, and ones she thinks her husband likes, She went up with Aslan and Magnus to the counter, where Magnus gave the sweet lady his card. After payment, Koni carries the bag, while offering Aslan some. Magnus smiled at the two. "You have a lot of work to do, boy, and a lot of discoveries to make together." CapRock CapRock

Midori

"Understood." Midori told Egon. Verde stepped in right after and said:
"Operation wardrobe is a go! Let's get his measurements."
Verde arranged a couple of measuring tapes and gave one for Midori. Strange as the idea sounded on paper, working with her sister towards a common goal was a lot more comforting for Midori and she had an overall very strong feeling of doing the right thing. She croucnhed in front of Egon and shyly said:
"Excuse me for a moment."
She took his lower measures with the tape and then ventured herself into the pants section. It was very hard for Midori to pick a clothing that wasn't for herself, but she'd try her best if it was for Egon.

Kin

"...huh?" Both Kin and the other man asked to the girl's interruption. Then Kin took a step back and glanced smugly at the bitter man.
"Well, I'm glad that you asked." Kin then told the girl, turning back to her. "It's all about that new friend of yours. I've left him with you because he seemed to be happy with his company, but there's a price to that." He started to turn serious as he said: "There's some powerful people after that Warframe. People with bad intentions are seeking out for him and I came here to make sure they're off your lead."
"And who would you be to meddle in that?" The man asked.
"Why, I can't tell you that!" Kin replied. He turned to the girl and added: "I asked your name first, after all."

Aslan

As we walk away from the store and into the next one, I'm offered some candy. I pick the first one that's on top and I pull Koni closer to me. She's so cute when she's happy, I swear sometimes I can't even believe that I'm with her. Feels like a dream that I'm going to be waking up from at any moment. When Magnus talks to me, all I can answer is:
"You know how it is, grandpa. Wouldn't really be me if I didn't have a lot of work ahead of me, right?"

Sini

"Ridiculous! Pathetic! You can't treat your customers like they're shit, you know that?"
Sini was yelling and struggling as the store's staff pushed her away from the store, her blouse messed and untied. One of the clerks sighed and said:
"Miss, the rules are very clear; you can't go around taking off your shirt in the middle of the aisles!"
"Well if you want so much that the people use thre dressing rooms, then why did you put them at the other side of F$@%!ng store!?" Sini yelled back. "And what's the matter with seeing a bra anyways? Are you gonna say that it's any different from a girl in a bikini?"
"If you insist on shouting, lady, we'll have to call the security."

"Sini! Please stop yelling, people are starting to stare." Noctis said nervously as he tried to calm her down. "Please.... Just think about this for a sec." He said in a calm tone, looking her in the eye as he stood between her and the staff. "This isn't Vale, where shops are small and stuff. We are in a more "Fancy" kingdom, and we should act as mature as possible, whille following the rules here. At least tell me what's going through your head before you do it..... I do not want to repeat this situation." He grabbed her shoulders, and looked her in the eye, concern and worry in his eye.

"You are taking measurments? How considerate of you two. Seeing as how there is the "One size fits all" assumption is in place.... I assume it would kill someone out of boredom, or land someone in jail for the wrong move." Egon did not know what to think, since he never had to be measured for clothing before, but due to his large size, he did struggle finding the right fit back in the day.

"So they are after the Edge master? I can see why. He is big, intimidating, and broken beyond repair. Yeah, totally worth it." Sonora said sarcastically as she sighed. "My name? It's Sonora Roja Jr. Do not forget it, or I will beat you down to a pulp." Her father's attitude was shining at this point through her, she was caught in a trap she cannot escape, nor did she intend to.

"This is the best day of my life! Candy is the greatest thing to eat!" Koni was enjoying every piece of Licorice, taffy, even gumdrops she ate. Her senses overloaded by sugar. Magnus chuckled. "First time eating Candy, eh? Well, lemme- oh dear, is that Sini yelling?" He asked as he listened, and sighed as he shook his head. "It is... C'mon, we got a situation to cool down." Verde

As she ventured into the maze of clothes, Verde started to pick up and pile several options on her arm, taken over by her curiosity over seeing Egon wearing all sorts of styles. She had been through most of the store when a sight made her stop dead on her tracks and drop everything she was carrying. The moment she saw it, she knew this was it.
- A few minutes later -
Egon was now outfitted with his brand new suit and top head, and it was glorious. Verde and Midori gawked at it's magnificence and and gave each other a satisfied high five. There was truly no limits when they were working together, it seemed. Their moment of pride was interrupted when they heard a loud scream coming from outside the store.
"That yell right there..." Verde said. "Am I going crazy or does she sound like Sini?"

Kin

"It's a pleasure to meet you, miss Roja." Kin said, taking her hand to kiss it gently despite trembling in fear for both Sonora and the one he could only assume was her father staring down at him like he was considering which bones he should break first. "My name is Kin Strauss, and I'm here to..." Just at that moment, he heard loud screaming from outside the store. "...To prevent that from happening. excuse me, i have to check what that was." For some reason, Scout didn't come to warn Kin about any shady figures approaching the store. That meant that either it was a false threat or a really, really big one.

Aslan

After since Sini showed us her true colors, I've been seeing her yelling a lot. And every time I do, I fear for the person on the other side of the discussion. I run with Magnus and Koni up to her and find her debating with the clerks while a very concerned Noctis tries to calm her down. He's actually even sounding a bit like Tristan right now if you ask me. Sini stares at him for a moment before saying:
"I'm sorry honey, I didn't want to drag you into this. I don't care if here's fancy or not, they have to treat their customers right! Let's just go somewhere nicer before I lose my patience." 'If that's her before she loses her patience', you might be thinking, 'then how does she look after losing it?' well, I can tell you it's not pretty. She notices be after turning away: "Oh hey, it's Aslan and Koni! And grandpa! And... Wait, who are you again?"
I don't really remember a fourth person being with us, so I turn around and see a young blonde with a bandana and an eyepatch, seeming satisfied with something. He nods and says:
"Ah, it's just this then. Don't worry about me, I'm just a concerned citizen." I don't believe a lot of what he's saying, but then again, I can't really argue with that after the way Sini's been shouting.

Egon looked in the mirror, and stared. He loved the outfit, but with his face covered, nobody can tell that he was smiling. He gave a thumbs up to the girls, and hear some screaming. He sprinted off, and bullet dashed off of the ground, over the railing, and onto the other side of the floor, sliding over into a roll, where the screaming seemed closest. He saw Sini and noctis, and then walked over, leaving the girls to run around to get to him.

Sonora Jr. Growled, and sighed. "That better not be my damn cousin. If it is, I am slapping Sini." She was clearly annoyed more than angry, and walked to where Sini and Noctis were. Her ears then drooped, and she growled. "Why am I not surprised? Sini making a scene as always. And her little toy is trying to calm her down. Lovely." She saw the strange person, and frowned. "Y'know what I smell? B.S."
"Sonora! Not now!" Magnus exclaimed, which silenced Sonora Jr. Completely, if there was one person she feared more than her parents, was her grandfather. He then put a shoulder on Sini, and spoke. "Why don't you and everyone else go back to your rooms, and cool off? Seeing as thing got heated..." Magnus said as he gently pushed Sini and Noctis to move away from the store.

"Let's go. You wanna have some fun when we get back, to blow off steam?" Noctis asked as he took her hand, and started walking away. CapRock CapRock

Cherry

After spending who knows how long in quiet peace with Tristan and Metus, Cherry finally started to move again. She gave Tristan another kiss, got herself up again and gave her limbs a solid stretch. Despite what she said, she quickly conclused she was way too eager to tell the good news to everyone, especially her sister, and by then they must have had enough time to fool around the town enough. She was about to extendo her hand to Tristan when she notcied Metus was standing up, its whole body stiff and tense as it began to bark towards the trees.
"What's the matter, Metus boy?" She asked sweetly. "Are you smelling a stray cat or something?"
The answer, sadly, didn't came from Metus. A couple seconds later Cherry picked up the sound of rushed steps and metallic equipment clanging on each other. She gave a shy step forward and uttered an inoccent "hello" before they came into view, 10 hooded men wielding weapons and a strange long-barreled gun. Cherry reached up for her revolver ratchets, but it was too late; they fired the first shot and she had to jump out of the way. They kept firing at her and she kept dancing around the projectiles, barely managing to keep up; she was a fast fighter, but it was all happening within the span of a second.
Cherry was moving so fast, in fact, that she didn't realize all the projectiles fired at her were harpoons with ropes attached to them. They were being shot at the floor around her, quickly surrounding her from all sides; when the hooded figures closed in, they crossed paths in all directions around Cherry, tangling the lines of rope and a tight prison around her. The harpoon tips then left the ground and fused into each other, forming a dense net around the helpless girl.
"Tristan, help!" Cherry struggled and forced the net, but it wouldn't even bulge and she was stuck too tight to try and cut it with her hatchets. The hooded group was dragging the net away quickly and she'd run out of their sight in seconds. "Please! Don't let them take me! Tristan!"

Kin

The threat might have been false, but Kin knew that the tension there wasn't. The blue-haired girl didn't seem to react as well as Kin himself did to Sonora's provocations. She walked a couple steps towards her while saying:
"Listen up, you piece of shit, you can talk whatever smack you want about me, but leave Noctis out of this!" When Magnus spoke, Sini went silent and calmed down as well. She nodded to Magnus and turned turned towards the end of the street, with everyone seeming to come after her. Kin was ready to follow them when he finally saw Scout descending from the skies. It landed on his arm, seeming rather agitated.
"What's the matter, Scout?" Kin asked. Scout reached out for the sleeve of his arm and pulled it up with its beak. "An attack? Where?" Scout turned its head to the location. "The woods again? We don't have anyone there..." He turned to the team and said: "Have you got anyone in the woods at this moment?"
"Cherry and Tristan..." The lion faunus replied. "You mean they're being attacked?" Scout screeched in response.
"Scout has never given me a false alarm." Kin said in a serious tone. He immediately started sprinting towards the forest. "Follow me!"

Tristan woke up with the barking from Metus and immediately sprung into action, trying to help her out. But it was all for naught, as she was taken, his heart immediately shatters. Emotion began to flow through him as tears ran down his face, his hands began to freeze over, by his own aura. He could still move them, but he could not feel anything as he became numb. "I'm a failure....! I failed Cherry!" He thought as he grabbed out his scroll, and called noctis.

As the group was running, Noctis's scroll rang, and he answered. "What's going on!? We just found out you got-!" "They took her..... They took her, and I couldn't stop them..... I.... I failed her." "Do not say that! We have to come up with a plan to get cherry back! Stay where you are!" Noctis had never seen this side of his brother, but all that matters is that they get to Tristan before he runs off and does something stupid.

"Someone took... My sister....?! Who ever they are.... They are as good as dead!" Sonora Jr. Was fuming with anger, and magnus was too, his anger very much visible on his face, trying to stay composed to no avail. "When I see them..... They will be sleeping more than 6 feet underground."

Egon felt a surge go through him as his emotion kicked in, he was going to help save Cherry, even if it killed him in the process. He was the first to reach Tristan, and waited for the others.

Noctis arrived, to see his brother broken down into tears. He had never seen Tristan like this, since normally he was stone cold serious all the time. "Tristan! Are you ok? Are you hurt?" "I am not ok.... I couldn't protect h-" Noctis then immediately slaps tristan as hard as he could, and looked at him with anger. "GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF!!! I AM SURE YOU DID YOUR BEST, BUT RIGHT NOW WE NEED YOU WITH US, AND NOT ACTING LIKE A CHILD! NOW GET UP AND QUIT CRYIN' OR I WILL SLAP YOU AGAIN!" Upon hearing Noctis yelling at him, playing the Big Brother, Tristan regains his composure, a searing red hand mark on his cheek. "Thanks..... I'm... I'm sorry..." "Tristan.... We'll get her back. And we will make them rue the day they messed with the students of Beacon Academy!"
Sonora was surprised by the change in roles between the two, and almost cried. "But... How? How will we even find her."That was when Metus started to bark, wagging her tail, and started to sniff around. "I assume we use Metus as a Blood Hound?" Egon suggested. CapRock CapRock

Aslan

Ever got the feeling that you're no actually breathing, no matter how much you try to heave and puff the air in? Well, that's just a small bit of what it feels like to have a dear friend taken like that. Out of all people, why Cherry? She was way too innoccent for captivity. Just the idea of what they could do to her makes me weak and sick. Meanwhile, Tristan is falling apart, Noctis is screaming and all of Cherry's family seem to be bursting with anger.
"F@#$!" Sini yells. You could see her charm shine bright cyan as her emotional overload produced a massive amount of eletricity for it to absorb. "Just wait 'till I gut a piece of these F$%#ers..."
A short moment of silence follows Sini's statement. Everyone seems to be in shock one way or another, trying to let the news sink in. This is exactly the kind of situation where Cherry would help everyone feel a little better about the situation. Without her... It all seems so bleak.
"Noctis is right, guys." Verde said. She took a moment to stabilize her breathing and keep talking, a tear forming up in her eye. "This is bad, but we have to keep it together and think straight. We need to warn the authorities and follow their tracks to see if it gets us somewhere. Alright?"
"...The autorities. Yeah, good idea." Damian is still visibly shaken as he says that, trembling out of fear, shock, anger or a the three combined. No one's quite sure if he's serious or not, but Verde picks up her scroll and makes the call anyways. He stares at Metus and grunts: "Go."
As we follow our trusty blood hound around, I realize that the man from before is gone. But I can still see his falcon looming over us. What's his deal, anyway? Is he involved in all this? Can't help but feel like it's the case. But we can sort that out after we find out Cherry.
After a while, Metus leads us straight to a creek and gets lost after that. Damian is cursing himself already, mumbling:
"The F@#$ers disguised her smell. Just great."
"I found something." Midori said as she crouched just in front of a log. "It's a piece of paper with instructions." Midori handed it off to Verde, who read it out loud for everyone:
We've got your friend, Kin.
If you don't hand over the Warframe tonight at the frozen canyon, we'll send her back to you in pieces.
Come alone and don't try anything funny, or she's as good as dead.
Are you willing to live with that weight on your shoulders?

"Hang on a second." Sini says. We're all shocked and confused about the contents in the letter, except for two people in the group, Damian and Sonora. "Who the hell is Kin?"

"A guy that's into me." Sonora answered as she crossed her arms, and growled as she grew angry and frustrated. She looked at Egon, and then at the ground.

Magnus sighed, very angry, but frustrated. "What now? This kin fellow is not around.... But he better show, or I will go on a rampage..." he muttered as he clenched his fists.

"I have a plan... But you may not like it."
Egon said in text as Magnus read it. "What is that?" "You, and the man I assume to be her father, go with me to the meeting place, I hand myself over, and as soon as the girl is in your possession, one of you runs, and the other stays and fights by my side, and teach them a lesson." Magnus immediately cracks his knuckles. "Let's go then!" "Wait a minute grandpa, but what if it's a trap? You all could be killed before you even reach her!" "He has a point.... Gotta think ahead on these things...." "Shut up you two! You aren't helping the situation!" CapRock CapRock

Cherry

After spending who knows how long getting dragged across the gloomy forest and watching the trees' shadows grow taller - Even going across a creek at some point - Cherry was finally let go of. She was too fatigued and scared to actually make a reasonable attempt at escaping and instead simply yelled and struggled as the thugs forced her up and tied her hands. She was being lead into a bunkered structure well hidden in the snow, too dark and damp for her fragile heart.
"Noooo! Please!" She begged every step of the way. "I wanna go home! Somebody help!" She was trying to raise her voice and use her semblance, but her voice jsut seemed to be stuck in her throat and making it sore.
Eventually the thugs had enough of Cherry's noise and gagged her shut, then dragged her into a tight cell. The thug then leaned in so close to her that she could see the holes in his rotten teeth as grabbed her by the chin and said:
"Listen, princess, I was told to not hurt you until they give me the signal, but if you keep yelling like that I'm going to make you squirm like a maggot. Now sit your ass there and don't move a muscle! Are we clear?"
Cherry nodded vigirously with tears rolling down her face. He pushed her into the cell and closed the bars behind her; after that, Cherry curled up into a ball and started sobbing quietly.

Sini

"I'm getting real tired of your shit, Sonora." Sini warned to her. At times like these she really fealt like she was the only one who wasn't afraid of the little Roja's brashness. "This situation is horrible, but you can't take it out on others like that, especially when we need to work together like this! Everyone gets a say."
Sini was suprised to see herself saying something her old self would have easily said. Perhaps not all of her qualities had been a guise forced into her by her semblance after all.
"Correct." Verde said. "I hate this idea of giving yourself up like this, Egon... But it's not like we have much to work with."
"That's true." Midori said. "Our only trump card is that they underestimate our strenght. We have to use it."
"I don't care how you feel about the Warframe." Damian said. His voice was decisive, but also filled with pain. "If it looks like the deal can't be cheated, we're doing the exchange. If they do anything to my Cherry..." His voice died out before he could finish.
"...You heard the man." Sini agreed. She figured they could always try and save Egon later. He was a soldier, he had training and experience to deal with being a prisoner. Cherry, on the other hand... She was a completely different story. "Let's get a move on and find this canyon guys, it's getting dark already."

"They do not know what they are getting into. But we will show them what happens to bad people...." Egon said as he looked down, and had a flash back of when he first met cherry. "That girl... Reminds me so much of my little girl..... We will get her back. That is a promise." He said as he walked off to the meeting place, with Magnus behind him.

"Shut the hell up Sini! your not the one whose sibling was taken by some goons! If he hadn't shown up, none of this would have happened!" Sonora Jr. Exclaimed, tears rolling down her face, and covere it as she sobbed quietly. She began to relive the moments where she yelled, screamed, and was awfully rude to her sister. "I'm sorry cherry.... I'm sorry I hurt you...." Keezheekoni hugs Sonora, and began to hum a tune.
"She will come back to us. I just know it. We must bring her back, so you can be happy again!" "Koni.... Why are you so nice to me....?" "We Qal Quai respect everyone, and everyone respects us. We see nothing in anger, sadness, and hatred, so we spread happiness and joy to everyone we meet. And I will do my best to make you smile until we have Cherry Red!" Sonora felt slightly better, as Keezheekoni then looked at sini, and mouthed "Leave her be."

after some time later, they arrive. Egon gives the signal for the group to hide as Magnus and Damian stood with him, being the delivery boys in kin's place. CapRock CapRock
