Scatterbrain Ummm... as far as I am concerned, absolutely xD I don't mind them and I think they can bring some extra lore to the RP. The only condition, really, is that they can somehow fit in the plot, either as a subplot, or along the main plot. So, if you have an idea for one of them (or several of them), I'd be happy to hear it and I'll do my best to accommodate them in the RP. But, I hope you're going to be okay if some of them die... often

Bone2pick Actually, I was having a subplot for Valentin later on, something starting in arc two and then flowing into arc three, with him being a smaller villain in (probably Joker's) big plot. Since I won't have any central characters then, I was thinking of playing him. I also have ideas for Mr. Freeze and the Mad Hatter, but they'll make cameo appearances later on Do you, perhaps, plan on joining?

Was thinking of going with her one standard origin I know. Mother committed suicide, abusive father drunk himself to death, put into juvie, taken into the carnival for a bit before she's put back on the streets and became a thief

Though I am also interested in using her Gotham origin, simply being a thief since childhood, perhaps even knowing Bruce and Ivy Plutoni when she was younger, though I know that might not work here

Awesome, it'd be cool for them to have some history between them. Maybe Selina helped to give him some street smarts, while instilled a bit more of a moral compass in the lass

I was thinking that I would have Ten-Eyed Man rather than be a warehouse guard before the accident that robbed him of his sight instead end up getting a job at Arkham as a security guard or potentially even as one of Oswald's personal security.

I was also thinking of maybe being another obscure villain; the Savage Skull, as well.

Scatterbrain As I've said, absolutely no problem. Especially Crane, since the GCPD's quite important right now. But, I'll have to see your long term idea for those characters. As for the Ten-Eyed Man, his backstory can fit your needs and wishes, but you'll have to accommodate him into the big plot

Skull on the other hand would have long term goals featuring Bullock, he might attempt to pull Jim and Bullock apart by bringing Bullock around to his way of thinking or something.

His operation might be done by Tommy Elliot, no? It would be a cameo appearance for him, just to show he's part of the universe. Both the stories fit, as far as I am concerned, although you'd have to work with LoneSniper87 and Hammy about Gordon and Bullock, respectively.

It's difficult for me to say at the moment. I haven't really planned for anything finite to be honest, I kind of hoped both would keep developing as the RP progressed.

I had been planning on having a relatively young Deathstroke as he is just getting back into business after getting shot in the eye and divorced by his wife, so unfortunately if I continue with that he wouldn't meet Rose's mother for a few years still. Although I am not really bothered with just aging him up and having him more around his typical age so that you can play Rose.
