Sherri's smile grew while hearing Zoe's tale, happy to hear of the fun shenanigans she had been up to. It made her happy that Zoe had fun, even if there were probably some scary parts along the way. "Maybe I'll have a massage in a day or two." She wasn't certain if she wanted any contact more than hugs and kisses while she was bleeding more than a dying man. "I like the sound of learning and experimenting. I've burned enough tens of miles of trees for today anyways." She stood up, taking one look back at the river before looking back at Zoe and giving her just a quick peck on the lips. "Sorry, I'm not in the mood. Believe me do I want to be, but not today." Her random mind spat out a new idea, and Sherri grinned as she thought about the small whim. "Want a piggyback ride to the dorms or labs or wherever?" Then, her mind reminded her that based on the position of the sun she should take some painkillers again soon. "Scratch that, definitely the dorms."

"I'm not going to shoot up the school." Crystal instantly denied it, not liking that such a stupid idea would be associated with her. "I'm not mad. In either sense of the word. I'm just... Bitter. I'd rather go through five scuffles in a row back home than deal with this." She felt like her feelings had already done that and more, after all. "It's not just Jasmine, I also feel bitter because I've never seen or heard from Hades once. All the other Hades kids that came and went over the past few days, they were his kids, or at least had a gift from him. All I got was a two sentence long order on when and how to get here, and another two sentence long letter telling me you were my dorm mate after I got pulled violently through a portal he made without being there. Ever since, there's been zero communication or sightings. Everyone else has some god in this academy or that they met before or they were born to, heck, Nika was visited by Nike personally, but I don't have that. And that makes me feel alone and excluded, without anyone to tell me what these powers are or at least show some support for me."

"Yeah." Nika took Katara's phone and put in her number, setting her nickname as 'The Great and Evil Lord of Cookies Nika'. She wanted some cookies, that'll probably be her desert tonight at the cafeteria. "There we go, all set~" She had a small smile at her childish action as she handed the phone back to Katara. "Anything else you want to do? Maybe some games, or a round two?"

James had heard his name being called. He listened in as one of his chosen had talked about getting stronger. He was sitting at his desk typing on a laptop. He was going over his lesson plan. "My dearest Kera... You will get stronger... And you will be a better Zeus then myself one day." He said to himself. He stopped typing for a second before looking out the window. "Forge your friendships like I didn't." He said before chuckling and taking a swig of his godly whiskey and coke. He smiled as he stood up and walked over to the window and looked out the window.

He was remembering his time as a student at Godling Academy. He was so brash and bold and uncontrollably stupid. He laughed as he thought about the fight he had with the current Zeus. Hell he could have died then and there. Now, he was Zeus. He looked to the forest where there was still the broken trees from his rampage. It was a reminder of how stupid he was. He took another swig of his whiskey.

He closed his eyes for a second. "Artemis. When you have a moment, come to my office. I wish to speak to you." He spoke into her mind.
He walked back over to his seat and continued with his class.

Lauren 'Artemis' Harper
Lauren was chatting with the library nymph, Nixie, as she waited for Torri to be finished meeting with her new classmates. That was until she heard a voice in her head. 'Artemis. When you have a moment, come to my office. I wish to speak to you.' Lauren wasn't doing anything at the moment aside from waiting so she found her way back to Torri. "Pardon me for a moment," She said to the group "Torri I have some business to attend to, when you are ready to continue the tour come and find me in either mine or Zeus's office." And with that Lauren left the library.

Lauren knocked on on the door with letters reading Z-E-U-S. She waited a moment and opened the door. She knew of course that James could sense her presence in the hall, but to remain polite she knocked anyway. "Yes James?" She walked into the room and remained standing. He was as handsome as the day we became gods that some 96 years ago. "What is it?"

Katara laughs, looking at the contact. “Oh dear, I had no idea I faced the great evil lord of cookies! It’s a miracle I survived that battle, with the power of sugary goodness you are known to wield!” She exclaims in mock terror, grinning at Nika.

“Another round sounds great. Maybe unarmed this time? It’s an important skill for if you’re ever disarmed or surprised.” She adds, still laughing a bit.

James looked up from his laptop to see Lauren. "Yes, I wish to speak to you about your children...." He said motioning towards a chair for her to sit down in. "Now you have two daughters here..." He said taking a sip of his whiskey. "You must be proud of them. Both Lena and Torri are capable young students, and minds that are ready to be molded...." He looked out to the forest. Looking at the Damage he had caused. "Hopefully they are a lot smarter then I was back then." He said with a smile and a chuckle. "And when the comes time for them to fight for your seat, will you not take the side of the one over the other?" He asked.

Lauren 'Artemis' Harper
Lauren sat down in the chair across from James and listened to what he had to say. "Yes I can see Lena and Torri both doing very well as the next Artemis." She watched James as he looked out his office window. She could clearly see how he was looking into the past. She felt a heavy question was on its way, James looked back to her. "I love all of my children very much, as I'm sure you do as well." she looked to her lap where her hands were fidgeting as she did when she was nervous, it was an old habit from her younger years.

"I have a very good understanding of what it means to fight someone for the seat of a god." Lauren thought of her final year of GA as graduation crept ever closer, she was good friends with the other Artemis chosen at the time, yet she knew she would have to fight her. She couldn't imagine having to fight a sibling, Lauren was mortal prior to her time at GA. During her fight, she felt the presence of the last Artemis, as if she were guiding her. Although perhaps her opponent had felt the same presence. "I remember how I felt going through that, and I remember having Artemis there empowering me, it was because of her that I found the strength to finish out the fight." Lauren had always felt guilty seeing her friend so beaten up by her hand. The sight made her wince even to this day.

She looked up to James. "I will keep my emotions out of their fight. I will stay true to the purpose these battles provide, an equal fight to determine the next God" Lauren felt her eyes welling up. She sat tall and proud. She knew it was going to be difficult to watch her daughters fight, but she also understood that it must be done.

James nodded as Lauren spoke. "This is good. Make their fight fair..." He said taking another sip. "I have a Chosen here... Kera is her name. She is rather strong and I have faith in her abilities." He said smiling slightly. "But I fear that she is going to do something rather rash..." He said setting the drink down. "She had called my name out... I hear all. She said that she needed to get stronger... You are a virgin goddess. I was hoping that you could speak with her for me." He said looking out the window. "I fear that she might do something that will get her harmed, or even worse... AS the goddess of the hunt, I ask you to watch over her on her hunts and to speak with her..." He said looking back. He had a serious look in his eyes. It was strong and powerful. "She asked for strength, but I don't think she knows that strength comes from the bonds that you make with the people around you." He said keeping his eyes trained on her. "I am much to busy with my class to talk with her, and I was hoping that someone with two daughters here might be able to help her by talking to her." She said.

James talked about his daughter, Kera, with much pride. "James.." Lauren opened her mouth as if to say something but quickly realized she was still trying to put together the correct sentence in her head. She shut her mouth and looked into his stormy grey eyes. She conveyed her feeling of understanding with her eyes. If Kera continued down on her current path, craving power, it would only lead to bad things. Lauren had seen other godlings travel down similar paths before. "James, I will do what I can to help your daughter." Lauren brushed a stray hair over her ear. She smiled in hopes it would cheer him up. Lauren stood and leaned forward over the desk with her hands on the edge. "You know, we've been gods for so long." She straightened her back and stood as tall as her skeleton would allow. "It's going to be so weird once we aren't." She looked to the corner of the desk where it met the floor and then back up to James. "Lets keep in touch after these students graduate, alright?"

Serenity gave Casey a hug. "WE DID IT!" She laughed out loud. "Can you believe we beat a whole frikin bull like monster created by Hephaestus and then we had to find this spoon that was actually IN the bull and-" Serenity shook her head. She felt like a kid that had found candy- not a golden spoon. She was normally not this hyper and outgoing but Casey seemed to bring out the best of her. She smiled at him. "Thank you, Casey. It was an honor getting to work with you. We make a great team. I hope we get to hang out again soon." She smiled at him as they finished walking down the mountain and gave in the golden spoon to Aphrodite. They watched as Aphrodite spun the cauldon and all its ingredients inside and created a potion to heal the hurt. Serenity got a little bit and drank some from the bleeding leg that she had. The bull got in one good move on her after all and she was starting to feel it. As soon as she drank some the wound was gone. She saw Alice and looked at Casey. Their aura was inseparatable but... Serenity was definitely noticing something was stirring inside for Casey. She shook herself mentally. OBVIOUSLY he's taken by destiny. Don't mess with Destiny Serenity. She smiled at Casey one last time. "I must head out. Tell Alice I say hi."

Quickly, she moved away from Casey not even giving him one last hug. When she got outside she levitated on top of the trees, practicing, and saw a tree that was bigger than the rest. The spirit tree- as said in folklore. The tree that is grandest than the rest holds the spirit of the forest. She glided to it and sat near its trunk. It was time for her to meditate...

After that long adventure Casey was ready to sleep, like for days. However Casey knew that he couldn't afford to spend that much time asleep. Serenity seemed pleased with our results. "I agree, our teamwork is the only thing that kept us alive!" Casey laughed. This was so different for Casey, prior to coming to GA he had no friends and it didn't bother him. Now that he has people that LIKE him he cant see life without friends in it. "You still owe me a pet play date with Peck and Pez." Casey looked up to Peck who was still mounted on his shoulder. "You did good out there lil' guy." Casey stroked Pecks feathers.

Serenity took a bit of the potion the class had made and drank some. In an instant Casey saw that the wound on her leg healed right up. "That's some strong stuff." He noticed that Serenity was looking across the room, and out of curiosity Casey glanced over. There she was, Casey's favorite classmate, Alice. Even from here Casey could feel her warmth. Serenity said something to imply she was leaving but Casey was distracted by Alice. All he managed to say was, "Yea.. okay bye." as Serenity ran off.

Casey began walking towards Alice. 'Something is drawing me to her.' As he got closer he saw that she looked a little worn out. "Hey, whats up" Casey waved to her and put a big smile on his face.

He said as he took a sip from his Coke and Whiskey. When she talked about watching over Kera he smiled. "Thank you. I find that I can't connect with her that someone like you might be able to." He said setting the glass down. "I don't know how Hera would feel about that... She can be rather" He looked over his shoulders and around the room. "Rather crazy when it comes to me...." He said laughing a little. "But I think as soon as this is over, she'll lose all interest... Let's just say I haven't been the best husband to her." He said.

"Ah, you seem to be mistaken - it is my rival, the great hero of confectioneries! That wields the power of sugary goodness. I wield the conniving power of sneaking potent spices into sugary traps!" Nika got completely into character, improving immediately upon seeing that Katara was up for some fun. Drama was probably one of her more favorite clubs to help out with as student council president. However, she paled a little upon hearing unarmed combat, dramatically pulling back and holding up her hands as if to pathetically block whatever foul thing came her way. "No! Unarmed is the style of my great nemesis, I would never participate in such an act!" For a character that she came up with ten seconds ago, she was doing a decent job of staying with it.

Katara is doing her best to keep some semblance of a straight face on, wanting nothing more than to break down in laughter. “Ah, but if it is what your nemesis relies on, using it against them could be devastating!” She points out, having way too much fun with this. “Learning to defend against it, at the very least, could render the hero helpless!”

"No! Such underhanded psychological warfare is below my grand self! I do not need it to squash that pipsqueak hero!" Nika refused the point Katara made for learning to fight unarmed, completely unafraid to continue being wacky as long as it was fun. "However, you make a valid point of needing to learn to defend against it... Should you choose to be so foolish as go without a weapon, I shall embrace it as an opportunity to learn before my final confrontation with my ultimate foe!" Yup, she'd gone full demon-lord mode. It was easy to understand why other people have fun playing this persona on net games, the flamboyance and silly arrogance was quite fun to play out.

"Thanks Lena." Crystal shooed away the pats unhappily, not liking that sort of contact from a friend. "I feel better now. I guess I just needed to talk a little." She smiled at Lena, trying to show her appreciation and that she was in fact feeling better.

Tera had finished her work out. Her muscles ached in pain as she slowly walked back to her dorm room. She had done this before, but today felt different to her. She had gone to the gym to forget about the problems that she had that day, but she couldn't get them off her mind. She slowly crept up the stairs to her room. Every step was torture, like another weight added on, as she lifted her whole body up to the next step. After about ten minutes she had finally made her way to her room. She so wanted to lay down on her bed, but she knew that was horribly disgusting. She needed to shower first. She threw her bag down on the ground with a resounding THUD. She slowly collected her stuff to take a shower and marched ever so slowly to the showers.

After 7 minutes she slowly strolled back to her bed with her bathrobe on and her gear gathered in her basket. She opened the door and set her stuff down on her desk, and slowly changed. She didn't want to do anything. She felt absolutely awful. She had finished drying off and put on her sweats. She slowly climbed into her bed and curled up. Her stomach had started to growl. She tried to hoist herself up but fell back on her bed. She reached up on the desk and grabbed her phone. She opened it up and sent Lena a text.

"Help... Pain... can't move... Need help... I'm in my room." She pressed send and waited. She was just a slump on her bed.

Joseph just stared at the students having a back and forth.

Lena "That's good" Lena gave her friend a quick hug before she heard her phone get a notification. The message was from Tera. Her eyes opened wide. "Oh, crap! This might be a problem!" She got up, grabbed her pistol from underneath her pillow. Then ran out of the room. She was at Tera's room quickly, slamming open the door with her handgun raised. "WHAT HAPPENED! WHO DO I SHOOT!"

Tera raised her head when Lena had entered her room. She chuckled lightly. "Nothing. I kinda just went a little to hard at the gym... " Her stomach rumbled again. "I kinda can't life myself up. I was lifting heavy and in the process can't feel my arms..." She said smiling at Lena. It was cute that she rushed over and instantly wanted to shoot someone for her. "I kinda need some help... I am hungry and can't really move... Mind helping me out?" She asked trying to give her best puppy dog eyes at Lena. She wanted to also spend some time with her. They hadn't really talked since the day that Tera had said she had feelings for Lena.

Lena sighed. "Why didn't you just say you were super sore?" She set her pistol down on a desk before shuffling over to Tera. Lena looked down at her, "I wasn't expecting to be a babysitter today but-" She bent down and picked up Tera bridal style. "but whatever." She set the other girl onto her bed and put her hands on her hips. "What do you want to eat?" She asked earnestly.

Katara was about to come up with another in character response, but Joseph’s rage quit just has her laughing, finally unable to keep it together. “Dude, I think we broke him!” She exclaims to Nika, her eyes a bit teary from how hard she’s laughing at the moment. She lets herself laugh it out for a bit, before shaking herself out, and getting into a fighting stance. “Have at thee, evil lord of cookies!”

Tera smiled as she was picked up. "Hehehe. Maybe I could have been a little bit more descriptive on was going on." She said as she was placed on her bed. When Lena had asked what she wanted to eat, she looked to her closet. "I have a protein bar in the top drawer of my closet. I normally grab one of those to eat after I get back from the gym." She smiled as she laid on her comfy bed. "I was just lazy and didn't grab it before I took up residence on the floor." She said. Her arms and upper body were killing her. She was so grateful to have someone like Lena who didn't mind helping her out when she was like this.

Nika was laughing like a maniac right with Katara, finding it hysterical that they had made the super stoic and serious adult just walk away with a 'wtf'. Definitely, a bucket list item she didn't know she had was crossed off in this moment. "We definitely broke him...!" She was a bit out of breath from all that laughing, so she took a moment to get her breath back before picking up the dagger Katara dropped and wielding it reverse grip in her left hand, the studded leather glove still in her right. "Alright! Don't think that just because you aren't my grand nemesis that I will go easy on you!" She started by getting close, and when they were really close - only a few seconds in - she did something completely unexpected. Like a vision of the past, she feel down right in front of Katara. But this time, she wasn't spinning, and she didn't have a bastard sword sweeping to take Katara's legs.

She dropped into a full split right in front of Katara, and jammed the grip of her dagger straight into Katara's gut. Of course, she did this without thinking, and it was a full split.

Lena couldn't help but chuckle "Take up residence on the floor." She echoed with a laugh, thinking the comment was genuinely funny. She grabbed the protein bar and opened it. Lena turned to face Tera. "Can you eat this or do you want me to feed it to you?" She said before approaching the other girl and taking a seat on the bed.

Alice was pretty exhausted from dealing with Cerebus and that crazy random robot who came out of a portal. ‘Geez. That was harder than I thought.’ thought Alice.
Their plan didn’t go exactly what they hoped for, because the robot ruined it for them. It distracted Cerebus when it saw them though, and those two fought each other.
‘I still can’t believe that happened, as my luck didn’t affect that outcome.’ thought Alice.
They sneaked behind Cerebus to get into the underworld, thanks to the robot, but when they tried to get out. Those two ended up focusing their attacks on them from out of nowhere, but they managed to get out of that situation.

When Casey walked up to Alice, she gave him a weak smile. “Hiya Casey,” said Alice. “Did you have fun with finding the ingredient? Because my group’s adventure for getting the soil of the underworld was chaotic as hell.”
She honestly doesn’t mind not taking a bath if Casey is here, since Alice misses him.

Tera chuckled again lightly. "Would you believe it. My arm's they don't work... Oh no... You're gonna have to feed me." She said jokingly. She tried to lift her arms, and it made it a less than a foot before it had dropped down to her side. She looked genuinely shocked. She thought she could lift her arms up enough to feed herself, but it didn't. "Uh.... Heh." She said as she gave Lena a look like she would actually have to feed her. "Well, I guess I you're going to have to feed me..." She said as she smiled sheepishly.
