hmmm guess he cant bolster allies. guess its canary cry time, but damage will be nullified by unkillable

I will be able to make a post in the coming few days.

Also, juust realized, damage reduction exists in this game! The greater gift in Endurance allows you to commit effort to reduce damage taken by 1.

Sorry, having some troubles actually sitting down and writing. Tomorrow I have nothing else that demands my time though, so I'll be able to sit down and get a post up then :)

1. you can assume that is a miss since its under 10. 2. in the future instead of rolling initiative, do u wanna go highest dex goes first? 3. to those who played this before, what kinds of projects have been approved for u, what would you approve, and do you have guidelines to approve them? i have a link to a page that gives project examples, but that isnot enough. 4. i deleted the undying trait and replaced it with unkillable. 5. i am workikngt on a new monster.

Cool! Do you want me to edit my post to describe to bolt not really doing anything, or should you/someone else just roll that into their post?

I've more or less used Influence as Dominion, just that you have to be somewhat present to maintain it. Basically, it would depend on the word.

Some examples I've used/approved in other games.

Using Artifice/Fertility/Wealth to generate wealth
Creating beneficial/detrimental features for factions. These would obviously cease once the influence is no longer being committed, and represents the Godbound involving themselves in the factions' affairs.
Taking control of factions. A bit more tricky and sometimes better to just do 'narratively', but works well when the godbound is 'pulling the strings' behind the scenes.
Creating cool features in the landscape. Like, Godbound of earth raising a mountain, but that mountain is dependent on their will to not crumble. Was used as a security once. "Yeah you can kill me, but I am the one maintaining the caverns we are standing in. So don't."

id prefer you describe it, but either is acceptable

That sounds good to me. It's unambiguous and easy to remember: Orrin always goes first, and then if it survives his first turn, we run away 😆
stick with it and u gain xp and domain :P so u can take offensive gifts. i don't plan on rewarding those that run away.

the logic behind rolling is well when u work out, some times u have more get up and go than others....and sometimes u feel sluggish

zaal
Okay: Orrin goes first, and if after a few turns he hasn't killed it, then we run. 😆
zaal can hold him for you. btw i want to have zaal be a temporary allie whether he sacrifices himself for the party or just leaves. next either my necromancer (death, entropy, and winter; specializing of course in raising the dead) or a new concept. maybe alacrity, sight, and desert. next would have tro be the necromancer if the new concept has desert. might go alacrity, sight, and war....or night, sight, and bow....so his specialty would be fighting from range. lol night, sight, and fright (fear).

i can now add His Dark Materials to inspirations. wait for the beast's turn, orinn. otherwise, not only a breach of ettiquette but your effort will be wasted otherwise.

im gonna play a game i suck at...on account of aiming....tiny tina's wonderland
Never heard of that, good luck! I pretty much exclusively play really slow-paced strategy games and adventure games myself.
I played through the game "Yesterday" by Pendulo Studios over the holidays, I highly recommend it! Cool story, no moon-logic, and hints that help without spoiling the puzzles.
