I'm super excited, this is the whole reason I signed up on this site and i'm so impressed. The character cards look amazing and it looks like everyone has a pretty unique character. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and their characters better.

A young man stands in his bedroom. It just so happens that today, the 13th of April, 2009, is this young man's birthday. Though it was thirteen years ago he was given life, it is only today he will be given a name!

the joke with homestuck is that nobody can explain it, i guess. it started out as a choose your own adventure where people sent in commands to the webcomic maker, and he wrote out the story based on those. now it's a complex, incredibly meta, and absurdly long webcomic about a game sort of like the sims where you can edit other people's homes in real life. it has a huge roster of characters and some people would recommend it for act four or five and onward, but tbh, i only liked until act six, because hussie (the creator) has a huge problem with meandering.


i used to really like it! i read somewhere in the beginning of act six, and i never bothered to pick it up again because i didn't like certain aspects of it (i.e the meandering). but if you like stories that are incredibly detailed despite their length, or if you just like andrew hussie's sense of comedy, i'd say try it out.
