"I have orders to take you back to the presidential house." Kiria said as she picked up a assault rifle as she checked the clips and escorted Shala out of the building to the armored vehicle."

Just moments after this occurred a broadcast of unknown origins appeared on every U.G.F. television and broadcast receiving system. It showed in gruesome detail the assassin firing upon the U.G.F. Vice-President, before then being rescued by a swarm of Dominion drones. Then it began to show something else, the video file of the attack on the U.G.F. unarmed ship.
It showed the U.G.F. ship moving through Sigmaterian space, before Dominion ships appeared out of nowhere attacking it. It then played the audio log calling for help.
"Mayday, Mayday, this is Captain Amders of the galactic space line. Dominion vessels have fired on our ships. I repeat, Dominion vessels have fired at our ship disabling our engines. There are 203 passengers including crew members. There are 90 children, 13 of them still under the age of 2. Please send military aid. I will repeat again, please send military aid. Sigmaterian ships are attempting to fight off the Dominion ships for our rescue."
A robotic AI voice then began to speak.
"People of the U.G.F., you are being fooled by your government. They place the blame upon the wrong people, despite clear attack after attack by the Dominion. How long will you tolerate your government standing by doing nothing?"

Tarus followed the ambulance flying through the air. It had bin a long time since he used his wings unfortunate it had to be during a tragedy. Once he arrived at the hospital he landed gently waiting outside in the main lobby. "Do you believe in enslavement? Crushing the souls of the free people?" the Harassers respond. A glimpse of light can be seen towards the engines at the back of the flagship.

Thomas goes over to his desk, pressing a button brings up a screen. Audio channels and a camera at the bridge displays officers and the captain walking around, checking monitors. He shuts down the screen and picks up a helmet lying under the desk's opening. He puts it on, puts his fingers on Num-pad 8,4,6,2 and 5. These are the controls for the fifty caliber turrets located in hidden panels and areas around his ship.

Thanks to the Sanctum network the Isolation was already on the UGF border where it had rebuilt itself into the shape of a regional freighter mimicking its size and energy outputs while covertly scanning and keeping vigilant watch over an entire sector of UGF space. It was here that Flux chose to pace about hating every second of time spent watching for the dubious threat a lesser species might display. Soon however, his musing was interrupted
"Sir I'm detecting Dominion signatures in UGF territory." His AI said with a rather puzzled tone.
"Clarify." Flux stopped pacing. Action, finally.
"The signatures are unclear, it looks like they've been tampered with and were only present for a brief window of time."
"I'll investigate. Keep an eye on the ship." Flux muttered as his body began to fade away, already being transported across the vast distances to the UGF planet of origin.

The broadcast could be seen through out every single screen and radio in the capital city. The radio inside the armoured car that Kiria was driving Shala in began to play the recording as well.
At the hospital, medical staff crowded around in front of the screen as the recordings were being played.
All protests in the capital stopped as they began to watch.

The moon sized capital ship came out of shock point as the communications came to life. A video screen appeared on Thomas's ship. The admiral, who looked human in every possible way except for his silver hair and grey eyes, all other attributes were similar to those of humans.
"This is the Admiral. Our nation, the United Galactic Federation does NOT believe in those barbaric and savage words. We Centrion believe that every living being has the right to live in a free world where every living creature and self aware machine are treated as equals. Any nation that believes enslaving people because they are poor or have different features, or discriminates because of the dumb reasons deserves to be eradicated."
"And please refrain from ever speaking of those words again."

"It is our pleasure to hear you speak of your empire like this. We're formally known as the Harassers, but many call us terrorists. We are liberators and want to protect each living creature with their own rights. Perhaps we can form a pact of friendship between our empires."
With the words HOLD FIRE blinking on Tom's screen, he removes his hand off of the keyboard and shuts down the sequence completely. Someone knocks on his cabin-door and he buzzes them in. Lieutenant Jeff stands in front of him. His face is cut with his lower jaw burnt. His eyes are yellow and he's wearing a tight blue and white jumpsuit with a helmet on.
He hands Tom a thumb-drive, salutes, and walks outside of the cabin. He takes out a tablet and plugs the thumb-drive into the bottom port.
It tells of a religiously radical group on the planet Muda in the Phtaza System. The information reads;
"Muda has a standard carbon biosphere with an atmosphere composition of 38.0% nitrogen, 34.6% sulfur dioxide, 27.5% oxygen, with traces of other gases. It's classified as light toxic and is recommended to wear specially adjusted suits until reaching the surface. A group of radical religious followers are enslaving natives to create monuments and recreational purposes such as hunting. Shuttle departure in two hours."
Another transmission goes out to the UGF.
"It appears that a nearby planet is under enslavement. Would your fleet like to donate a small fraction of soldiers to join with our troops on exterminating the menaces?"

"We do apologies if you feel that we are patrolling beyond our territory but we are not. Because of a certain incident, our borders have changed. We do apologies that we have not updated the universal maps for freights. If you are headed for the UGF, then we shall escort you to our capital city so that you can drop your cargo off."

"Earth?" The Admiral asked.
"We don't know sir. All we know is that the ships have humans in them." The First officer said.
"Of course you may sign onto our PACT. We are forming a grand alliance with other civilizations. But I am sorry. We can not join you. Our nation's principles are simple. Never attack another nation unless we are attacked first, do not interfere in the conflict of others and to never allow another nation to attack us. We can not join your campaign because we are not directly threatened by these terrorists. But they are also operating outside of our territorial borders which goes against our nation's policy of never launching a planetary invasion unless we are attacked by forces outside of our borders."

Military forces were no longer in riot gear but in full combat gear with riot shields that had sharp metal blades welded onto them. There were soldier firing rubber bullets at the protestors and soldiers beating rioters with batons. Ther ewas a number of people with their hands on the back of their heads on the ground or facing the wall with soldier pointing guns at them.

Flux, cloaked and perched on one of the buildings of the planet, watched the message broadcasted across the UGF in dismay. The Dominion was being framed and it seemed that whoever was really responsible had escaped. Then, quite suddenly, the signal of one last drone was detected, weaker than the other ones but definitely on this planet still most like.y confiscated by the UGF. Flux stood up, he intended to track this drone down.

It had all happened before Bianca could comprehend it. She had finished the assassination, and out of nowhere, a swarm of... drones surrounded here, protecting her from unseen gunfire. Before she knew it, she was back at the Sigmaterian Bounty Haven. Quickly regaining her composure, she realized that her ship was still in U.G.F territory. With a wry grin on her face, she made a mental note to obtain a new one soon. However, she was distracted as her eyes moved towards one of the monitors, seeing as the report on how the dominion had supposedly saved her after killing the vice president.
"Even I have to admit, that was pretty well played, Sigma..." She muttered.

She would also notice that Sigma thought of absolutely everything, as her ship was parked within the hanger. Alongside it was bars upon bars of gold, payment for the mission, alongside incentive to keep her mouth shut.
"Your services were spectacular, Sigma thanks you for you work and transfers your payment from the Dominion to you."
A Sigmaterian soldier that she hadn't even noticed said to her, before turning away to leave the hanger.

"Dad. Is the Vice president okay?"
The room fell silent. "He was pronounced death in the late hours today. It was too late when they brought him to the hospital." The President said.
"Our troops brought back evidence of one of the drones that was shot. It has been taken to the GEO.D.S for further examination."
"Prime Mistress. I think that we should sign the treaty now. I apologies for the rush. But we will need to prove to our people that we are not lying. And that will mean we will have to contact Dominion. Kiria, get the Prime mistress to the conference room. I've alerted all other leaders to go there as well." The President looked up to his aid.
"Get Tarus, the leader here as well. So that he can sign this PACT." The man nodded and headed out.
Kiria nodded and guided Shala to the conference room. Before opening the door, Kiria looked at Shala. "Will you help?"
"We the UGF government do not believe that video. We feel it's a lie. But our people are fooled by it."

"Come with me sir." The Marine said guiding Tarus to a helicopter. "You must sign the treaty now sir. You will be sent back to the capital building."
The marine shut the door and ran back into the hospital. The helicopter took off as it began to make it's way to the capital building where it landed. There were soldier waiting as the helicopter landed, the soldiers began to escort tarus to the conference room.

Soon, the president of the UGF walked in. All the generals saluted and the politicians and leaders gathered around.
