"i-i have" Lorica looked over to Sarcoline's room but then looked back at Aryl this man had known her for a long time hasnt he? "h-how did you and Sarcoline meet? Are you good friends?" What did others think of her creator? What did she think of others? In the other room Sarcoline was slowly putting on clothes until she heard Lorica and stopped waiting for the development to go further, Lorica is displaying autonomy and she wanted to know how she'd react.

"Interesting question, my friend. We met down at the lab maybe... Two months ago? Anyway, I was talking to her about when the next line of rifles were being made. She was pretty nice, and we hit it off well, I think. Though I only consider her a friend, if I raised that question." He told her, a smile forming as he reminisced. "Not to mention I'm supposed to be monitoring Albion, but I never get informed about these meetings!" He said the last part louder than the rest, to make sure Sacroline heard her.

Sarcoline rolled her eyes and quickly got dressed opening the door fully clothed this time. "he never schedules" she shrugged at him, "in fact you just missed him, i can take you over to his place though" She walked over to a dresser and pulled out a bottle of liquor and a shot glass to drink out of. "he comes uninvited, everytime" Lorica gave her two cents into the mix. "-and he is a messy individual"

"I heard him." He remarked, watching her grab the bottle. "It isn't like I need to talk to him anyway, I'm just concerned about his... More abstract tendencies... I don't want him to try to kill you, too many questions, I'm sure you're aware." He said, grinning as he listened to Lorica. "From what I've heard, I'm glad he hasn't tracked anything in here, this place is far too nice for the likes of him." Granted, the likes of him included himself, depending on how you looked at it.

Even as the brutes stood themselves back up to prepare for another charge forward in attempts to attack the hooded stranger, Sakamoto had stood his ground with no signs of taking any defensive stance whatsoever, rather he just awaited for his opponent to blindly rush him. Just as the trio neared him though the sudden sight of the same male from within the pub from earlier had began to charge forward towards the trio to attack them with heavy and yet quick movements with his weapon. Clearly, with how the thugs relied far too much of their focus onto strength and plain endurance, they were too slow to be able to dodge let alone defend themselves from the attacks of the other male stranger assisting the hooded male. All the while, his fellow thugs were being taken down by the very man from within the pub earlier; the center muscular male who held onto his broadsword showed no remorse for his own companions and rather just continued his attack towards Sakamoto who had stolen the gang's motorcycle.

By the time the muscular thug raised his massive broadsword over his head to prepare and swing it downwards to slice Sakamoto in two, rather than bothering to side step out of the way; he only raised his palm towards the abdomen region of the male threat for only a moment. Mere seconds passed and the large thug had halted himself in the middle of his movements only to be wide eyed and eventually leaving only white in his eyes right after from the sight of practically being put unconscious. Although the attack was unseen, Sakamoto had actually sent massive waves of vibrations through the larger male's body from his abdomen through his entire body till it reached into his own brain. With the severe amounts of vibration shaking through the body, it wasn't going to take long before the thug simply collapsed to the floor with a loud thud.

After ridding himself of the threat, Sakamoto only brought his attention towards the assistance of the other male to see if he was finished with the other two just yet. Whenever he was done, this was probably the best time to question him on the fact that whether or not he was really heading to Vacuo or not and if their goal aligned with his own, the trip of two might make things a bit safer down the road from Vale to get there; especially with all the Grimm around nowadays. The entire time the hooded stranger stood there, he was completely unaware of the presence of another Faunus was actually nearby who seemed to also be interested in assisting in the battle if things had gotten out of hand.

"i doubt he'd try," taking a drink she refilled the glass. "I'm too high profile for Atlas not to investigate, plus im his main supplier of dust. And-" Looking over to Lorica "i have her to protect me, always." If Lorica had stomach it wouldve felt like she had the butterflies, and a weird feeling came over her pride. "thank you!" Lorica practically jumped (but not really) and the sudden outburst made Sarcoline raise an eyebrow. Noticing this Lorica lowered her head and seemingly tried to hide in the dark corner of the room. "sorry" Sarcoline laughed and drank from her glass to walk over to her to give her a pat on the head "its okay Lorica. Now Aryl how has work been for you?"

"Slow, but I'm enjoying the break from the field." He replied, standing to take off his coat. He set it on the armrest of his chair and sat back down, the scarring on his right arm now visible in his grey shirt. "While you may see yourself in that light, are you sure he does? He may not care about your status. Besides the point, I shouldn't dwell... How is work for you, I've heard that our new rifles are ready for field testing in a few days, is that true?" He asked, changing the subject.

"Perhaps he doesn't see it, but he sees the consequences, he has you to worry about too." Walking to the chair across from her dear Aryl she sat down legs crossed. "Work has been work, you know how i feel about it. I barely come here anymore, last time i was here was about... a month ago." "one and a half months." Sarcoline looked at Lorica "Thank you Lorica, the new rifles are finishing up the control group testing, i 'borrowed' one for Lorica" With a grin(m) she looked at Aryl. "They just dont know about it yet i'll tell them later though"

Aryl grinned as she mentioned her so called 'borrowing' of the new rifles. "Perhaps you should take a break? I understand your dedication, but it isn't any good if you work yourself to death..." He told her, his grin fading to a more serious look. "Besides, coming back here every so often wouldn't hurt, either. Unregulated bathing, no guards patrolling everywhere, no wary looks or curt nods in a conversation... Oh wait, I may be talking about me." He said with a chuckle. "Perhaps I will take up your offer and meeting this Aibion fellow. I haven't actually seen him." He said, looking over to Lorica for a moment.

Sarcoline was about to counter Aryl's concern about her 'overworking' but she was caught off guard with the latter statement. "you're supposed to be monitoring Albion... but you havent met him?" She gave him a very clear expression of disbelief. Even Lorica seemed to react but less so to Aryl's words and more so to Sarcoline, she never gave such a strong emotion to something before. "We'll when would you like to meet him?" her expression still unchanging but she felt like she shouldve gotten that out before he answered.

"I hadn't the chance, so yes, I'd like to know where he lives so I can speak to him." He said, a bit confused at her reaction. "I thought you were aware of this. I've been busy with R&D, or making sure my own skills weren't lacking." He explained.

Sighing she placed a hand to her head, and to think i thought he was in check. "well i suppose i cant keep you waiting on me to meet you two." Getting up from her chair she walked over to her room. "You can wait outside for me i'll just be getting a coat for this weather." Lorica opened the door for Aryl "It will only take a moment" she nodded to him. After getting ready and all dressed up and properly armed Both Lorica and Sarcoline walked outside to spot Aryl. "Its evening so hopefully we can catch him while hes asleep" She grinned at her friend and unlocked her car for all of them to go inside. "I hope your nose isnt too sensitive, where we're going isnt too friendly to those." The waterfront normally smells fresh but with all the refugees theres been a lot of littering and pollution about with people throwing trash and unmentionables in the water.

When the three arrived to a place where Sarcoline could park the car she got out and peered out towards the makeshift settlements that was essentially becoming a shantytown or some kind of refugee camp. It was a sore sight on what was once a beautiful beachfront and it made Sarcoline remember what happened five years ago, and a constant reminder of what was most likely happening outside of Atlas. "Well we're almost there just gotta get down there Lorica stay on high alert in case any robber gets smart or white fang agents happen to be around." However unlikely the latter would be considering Albion lived near but they could be targetting him too. Signalling for the both of them to follow she walked down to Albion's base of operations. "Now, how to do this? it should be this wall" She placed a hand on the cold steel expecting something to happen.

Aryl followed along, silent as he pulled his coat on and followed her to the car. Coming on the waterfront he couldn't help but feel bad. Not only for the people here, but for how nice this place used to look. He made sure his handgun was ready as he stepped out, his shield making it's way onto his forearm. The shield was rather small, the length of his forearm and maybe only three times the width of his arm. It was black steel with gold accents, an interesting mix, certainly.

As they walked nobody seemed to bother them, save for the few asking for money. When they reached the base and he saw her looking for the entrance, it concerned him. "You've been here before? Jesus, Sarcoline!" He said, walking forward and brushing her away. He raised his Dawn's Fang and banged on the wall a few times with his fist, his form of knocking.

The sound of steel being hammered filled the cavernous mill, as the Faunus worked on his latest piece. Placing the hammered metal back into the forge, his silence was interrupted by Selene. "Sir, It appears Ms. Sarcoline has been spotted in the area by drone E-108b. It seems she has brought a guest. A faunus." The AI said over the intercoms. Letting out a sigh of annoyance, Albion pulled the hot piece of steel from the forge and set it aside to cool as to not over-cook it. Grabbing Thunderous Edge, he made his way to the upper levels, and outside.

After waiting several minutes he watched the two approach from his perch above the entrance. It amused him, as he watched the two try to get in by pressing on the wall beside the door. Of course this ended when her friend decided to bang on it instead. Deciding now would be a good time to reveal himself, he spoke up. "You know, it would probably help if you tried using the door instead of trying to get through the wall." He said dropping down from his perch, devoid of his wrappings, having forgone them when he started up the forge. "To what do I owe the pleasure of your visit?" He asked placing his hand on the door. A short scan later, and it opened. "And what's this? Another Faunus?! And one she's not hostile towards? Progress..." The burned fox added with sarcasm as he held the door open. "I should hope not to remind you not to touch anything. You are both guests in my home."

Sarcoline rolled her eyes at the actions of her colleague both his outburst at her places of destination and his banging on the wall. "sometimes it is necessary to go to these places" Shrugging him off before looking to the fox who jumped down from seemingly nowhere. "unlike you my colleague has proven himself both in Atlas academy and the Atlas military. speaking of." She placed a finger on her chin. "you two mightve met, both of you are former hunters from Atlas Academy right?" grinning she looked at the two curious on what the two think of each other. Lorica was simply standing by her creator scanning the area for hostiles and ready to act if necessary. "by the way your place is quite, luxurious."

Aryl grunted at her response, looking at the Fox that landed before them. "I actually went to Haven, for a time... Before everything happened. Besides the point, you must be Albion?" He extended a hand to the fox, eyes scanning him for any signs of hostility. "I'm Aryl Mikado, I thought it'd be in our best interest if we met." He said to him. His breath came out in small puffs, and his other hand rested on his Dawn, ready in case anything were to happen.

A small girl with a eye patch covering her face was wandering around the town in search of something. A smile always on her face when she greeted animals and people alike, which caused her already to get received differently than most. The occupants of the town would go out of their way to avoid her, they felt something wasn't right with the girl. She looked creepy and the smell of death and dirt followed her scent, not just the fact that she seemed to be talking to herself most of the time.

Actually Momo was just lost in her own thoughts however she would always have her teddy bear with her. "Teddie, looks like there could be friends here....." She noted, looking towards the direction of the pub. The purple haired girl watched out the corner of her eye as a person was promptly beating up several bad guys. She was quite cold due to the type of clothing she was wearing, however there honestly wasn't anything that she could do. It wasn't the fact that she was a faunus, that on it's own right is bad enough.

It was the fact that she was considered "creppy" and anything creepy would be deemed an outsider. The snow didn't even bother her in the slightest, she watched the snow just pile up on her clothes while she would keep her teddy bear clean and dry. She just stood in the snow watching the passing people rudely brush past her like she wasn't there. Sneaking carefully closer towards the person, she lightly tapped his shoulder to get his attention. Using Teddie, she hid behind him while waving his paw towards him. "Hello."

Albion merely ignored the newcomer's gesture and made his way back towards his forge. "I know who he is. Like I said, you're not the only one with friends in the military." He replied stuffing the hammered piece of steel back into the dust powered forge. "And such a fine job at "Keeping an eye on me". It's like you're never there." The fox added snidely, as a couple of drones scurried by carrying a tray of silver chalices, looking to be hand forged with such a high degree of detail, as the second carried a bottle of unlabled booze. "Since you're here, you might as well get comfortable, and ask your questions... or was there an ulterior motive for your coming here..."

Aryl ignored the rudeness from Albion and followed inside, taking in the area. "I see you have an eye for detail. I can appreciate that." He unholstered his Dawn and extended it onto a spear about as tall as he was, if not taller. "Perhaps you could appreciate the detail of this? I made it myself. Now it isn't nearly as good as what you can make, it seems... But it's still nice." He said, offering the spear to him.

Sarcoline instantly placed her hand on her face whispering something under her breath when Aryl decided to try to flex Albion. Lorica walked over to the two of them both wondering what they were doing and under secret orders by Sarcoline to keep the situation from getting out of hand. "We just came here to see how you were doing and Aryl was eager to meet you, arent you Aryl?" She walked over to what seemed like a couch and sat down in it. "they say first impressions are everything and this might be entertaining to watch." Crossing her legs she observed the two converse. "You dont have any white fang agents that might be looking for you do you?" Perhaps she can change the current topic?

Leaving the steel to heat, Albion took the weapon and gave it a careful look over, running his hands allover the spear, get a feel for it. After a minute, he took several steps back and preformed what could only be described as a beautiful dance of death. The spear twirling in tight precise arcs, along with sever rapid jabs and and strikes before abruptly stopping. "About 13 grams over weight. It's balance is off and top heavy." He said giving the weapon a critical eye. "I recommend adding a counter weight to the butt of the shaft."

Handing the weapon back, he returned to his furnace to check on his steel. Glowing a bright red he quickly moved it to the anvil. What happened next could only be described as Impossible, as he shaped the piece into a rough shape of a barrel in the span of two seconds, before placing his tools down to let cool. "Negative. You and your companions were the only ones detected in the vicinity. Not to mention, Albion is quite thorough when dealing with those murderous bastards..."
"Thank you Selene... Like she said, you were the only ones detected"

Aryl took it back and hefted it. "Perhaps you feel that, but I weighted this toward my tastes, and it isn't necessarily meant to be used alone." He hefted the small shield as slid in place at his arm. "And those supposible 13 grams you felt allow it to pierce more when I lunge with it, so I think it's fine as is." He added. He looked at the Fox again, thinking he looked familiar, scarred as he was.

"well if thats the case we dont have to worry about anyone listening in." Sarcoline sank into the couch a little further getting comfortable with her surroundings. "if you two are done measuring each others 'weapons' lets get to business shall we?." Crossing her arms she looked up at the three. "Aryl, if you looked at the news recently a warehouse filled to the brim with weapons was found, raided and connected to the white fang." she gestured to him then shifted to Albion. "That was the work of Albion." she supposed she needed to give credit where credit was due. "The white fang are getting more bold, there could be more warehouses like that strewn throughout the city." Closing her eyes and letting out a sigh. "Unfortunately the wheels of politics hinder us from getting a stronger hold on the situation which is why we need give our support Albion to help keep this city safe." Opening her eyes on Aryl again, pretty much explaining why she was working with him in the first place which should give him more understanding of the situation at hand.

"It doesnt mean we cant do anything however, we should try to sway public option on our side, both Atlas citizens and the refugees. If we get enough support our military would have more freedom to search without giving time for the white fang to clear out." Lorica, being reminded of the warehouse incident from the news, had her head look up as if she had a idea pop into her head. "Mr. Hunt, did you obtain any information after you raided the weapons cache?" Sarcoline blinked at the interruption she had been so worried about public opinion that she completely overlooked the fact that there couldve been something else in the warehouse other than weapons! how could she have been so clueless! there could be evidence of more warehouses! "Any new location of more weapons caches? any list of names of White fang operatives in the city? if so i suggest you hand it over to the Atlas Military, if you go out on your own to attack these warehouses one by one they may get suspicious and go underground." Sarcoline nodded proudly, well done Lorica! "The Atlas military can strike these locations simultaneously, denying them a chance to turn tail and run, well Albion?" Sarcoline's crimson eyes fell upon the burned faunus waiting for his answer

"Sadly no. Nothing on other potential bases. Although... The Corpse did mention where to find one of their top enforcers." He replied, dunking the hot steel into a bucked of brine water. Steam hissed and filled the air before finally going quiet once again. "Ever heard of the "Grimm Reaper"? Apparently she had been spotted in Vale. We take her out, and the White Fang's command structure in this region will fall into disarray. And it'll send a message to the bitch Sienna Kahn" he added with a sadistic smile, his eyes almost glowing with madness.
