Being a Squire to one of the most powerful knights, to one of the most powerful kingdoms, was indeed an honor, My days of training had paid off, for Sir Mechanist and I were sent to the Kingdom of Boletaria once communication had been severed, and a thick fog enveloped the land... We were just one of many groups that made it past the fog and into the Kingdom to liberate it from the Old One and it's demons. Sir Mechanist and I offered to go into the Valley of Defilement, to liberate it from the Demon's control, what we instead found, was something that would shake my Faith, my sanity, and my soul, forever.

Originally Dubbed "Black Sun." Ozawa Haruhiro is the brother of Nobuhiko Akizuki who is also currently known as "Shadow Moon" by the general Populace or "Glorious Leader" by the believers. He was constructed for the purpose of being as equally powerful as Shadow Moon, but the project was scraped in favor of Professor Midorikawa's "BATTA-AUG 01."

Upon escaping moments before SHOCKER's brainwashing, Ozawa has thus been renamed and protects the innocent under the guise of "Kamen Rider" Adorned with his Hopper Mask that allows him to tap into power unknown to normal people through the life force known as "Pranna." After developing a relationship with his partner, Ruriko Midorikawa, he had to witness as his legs were broken and helpless from Kamen Rider 2--Ichimonji Hayato while he was brainwashed by shocker--As Chameleon-AUG killed Ruriko in Cold Blood.

He wears her scarf as a constant reminder of his failure, and for his drive to become stronger and protect everyone, no matter the cost.
