Ryan drove around the sushi place five times before finally beating a motorcyclist to a massive parking spot. “Not today, dude,” He remarked hungrily swerving into his rightful space and parking his car. Normally Ryan wouldn’t pull such a move, but the need for feed was real.

Ryan’s gaze shifted to his phone as he grabbed his jacket from the backseat then got out of his car. There was still no word from Lee or Garrick. Chill,bro. He thought to himself while grabbing his phone from the cup holder and sliding it into his front pocket. His hand routinely shut the car door before locking it with a spin of his key.

Already the delicious scent of Japanese food could be smelled from the distance. As a result, the guy slickly wore his jacket and walked over to the restaurant. All was smooth until a random pang of pain suddenly struck Ryan’s eyes causing him to sharply glance at the culprit. He naturally furrowed his brows at the sunlight that reflected off the biker’s windows. Unsurprisingly, the older man had found a spot even closer to the restaurant. Ha, too small anyway. Ryan thought while eyeing the size of the parking spot and finishing off the silent argument with a shrug. The two nodded at each other after briefly evaluating each parking spot and respecting their decisions. Ryan’s gaze then shifted over to his friends who were entering the restaurant. They all looked starving.

Prior to entering the restaurant, Ryan paused before reaching for the door and looked over at a familiar scent. He tilted his head a bit after taking in the scene of Mallory smoking nonchalantly. “. . Lunch time!” He exclaimed almost unexpectedly while he rapidly entered the restaurant.
