Just got home from my cousin's graduation and I had the same feeling.
I've never been to a graduation before, but my brother was graduating so I had to go. It was interesting. Then I found myself thinking about what will be on my cap and what will be my senior quote next year, and I got both excited and scared. I am one year away from graduating. It..doesn't seem possible.

And my class will probably graduate outside. In the middle of the sun. And in the heat hotter than Hades.

Fucking great.

You get a senior quote?! That's bullshit! I wish I got a senior quote! I could see it right now.

"As a wise man once asked: 'Do you ever wonder why we're here?' It's one of life's great mysteries."

My friend graduated with a 1.9 GPA!

Which episode is it in Season 12 when Caboose gives that somewhat inspirational speech about being mean when Tucker and Church were being asses?

I know the perfect yearbook quote. Use a RvB quote. My friend did that.
Mine will probably be a Harry Potter quote. Specifically, the quote is, "I'll be in my room, making no noise and pretending that I don't exist." I might use an RvB quote, though, knowing me. Hell, maybe even a HTTYD quote. The RvB quote might be, "Your past doesn't define who you are. It just gives you a starting point for who you're going to be." Most other RvB quotes are either too inappropriate or would take too much explanation to have people understand. I might think of something else, though, since I'll have the whole summer to decide.

Wait, senior quotes aren't asked for at every high school?! What is this bullshit! I thought that was a normal thing!

Oh, oh. Having just "Do you ever wonder why we're here?" would be a cool one, cause it would make people wonder. And what makes it even better is that my school asks for where you got the quote from.

I'm pretty sure that is episode...16, if I remember correctly.

I just about died in the middle of class as I remembered that Simmons' full name is Dick Simmons and when I realized the next second that I think there is a famous person named Richard Simmons.

Either Rooster Teeth made a weird coincidence or they are clever bastards.

The choice of an inspirational quote or a funny one... Decisions decisions...
That's so true that it hurts.

Yup, that is episode 16. Yes! I was able to know it just from thought and remembering the events of the season! If only I could do that with my two finals tests I have this morning....

I got a funny one... I would use it but it's got language. Here it is!

I think it has to do with the size of the class. Do you know about how many people graduate with you?

You can say "Son of a Beachball" instead. If I need to sensor "bitch" for some crazy reason, I say "beachball." Don't ask why. I just did it once out of nowhere and it stuck.

Well, I know that the quotes are asked for at the beginning of the school year when the senior class is around 110 strong. The amount of seniors that graduate don't make a difference, but my brother's class only had 85 people graduate. How many seniors are in your school's senior class every year?

I wanna use a Wash quote. Maybe, "That was the worst throw ever... of all time."
I'm considering putting "Longest four years, ever. Of all time" on my cap next year.

My school has 15 seniors for it's first graduating class, and only 13 are graduating.

Usually somewhere around 200 people graduate a year. My class will be 190 and my cousins was 140 something.

Holy shit! That's smaller than a stupidly small high school near mine! What small town do you live in?

Really? That's dumb that your school has a senior class of that size and they don't have senior quotes. I'll be honest and say that those are some of the best parts about buying a yearbook every year.

Does your school at least have a yearbook committee/class? And if so, do they at least ask each grade a few different questions about themselves and put them in each grade's section for the yearbook (bad way to explain it, I know)? I never get put in the book for those answers because none of mine are funny or cool (and I'm nowhere near popular. More like a laughing stock), but the answers are sometimes still fun to read.

I don't. I live in Bellevue, but down here in Robinswood we have a very special school called "Bellevue Big Picture" in which there are 300 some odd middle schoolers and about 80 to 90 high schoolers. Maybe less.
