Fantasy Freelancer Files (Red vs. Blue)

@1stLt HChurch I really love RvB, and I'm so glad that you and Huntrey made a role play (to be honest, I was too lazy...) about it. I'm in the process of watching the show a fourth time through from the start, and when I saw this role play I had to join. Honestly, I expected a mediocre role play at most, because I don't have a good track record with fandoms, but this role play very quickly jumped to the top of my list, and it's barely begun. All of the people in it I like and are great role players, I even feel like my posts are lacking compared to most of the others. I even posted my own role play that I really wanted to do a while back, but I haven't even posted once today because I've spent all my time going through this role play. It's a great experience already and I can't even wait for the story to really pick up.

personally I was hesitant at first mainly because I've only watched the series and never got into the Halo games. I was kinda afraid I would mess up with stuff like that and I still hold onto that fear xD


I always thought this rp was going to he great I just didnt trust in my own skill at first but I'm REALLY enjoying it despite not being to reply as much. I can chat like this just with rping it depends on the day. I can eithet rey alot or once


I'm really glad I found amazing rpers like you guys though X3 Compared to people I knew on this old rp site, you guys are epic~
 
I've actually tried this rp twice on my old site that I originally began rping on (I joined that site..around four years ago, I believe?), and both times were complete failures. I was hesitant to redo this one, but I decided I should since this is a new site. I also really wanted to, as I wanted to see this story at least come close to a finish. And since I now have Hunter to help me run it, and he helps me a lot. Because I was hesitant of it failing again, I took extra precaution and planned this heavily, with Hunter and I having long conversations about only this so we would both understand and agree on ideas. Also to have everything figured out and perfect. That's also why it took so long to post. But now that you guys are all posting, and see no want to stop, you have no idea how happy and relieved I am. Really. I appreciate every single one of you in this rp with me.
 
Well, I'm off for the night. I'm putting a cap on my postings, unless everyone is posting I'm only going to post 2 times a day per character (there will be exceptions, and smaller posts won't count if I'm just trying to move something along). I just don't want to drown people in a sea of text, because I don't like coming home after a long day and read through 4 pages of text just to post once. See you guys

By sketchy, I may add that I also mean he's a sketchily accurate representation of the way an actual A.I. would make decisions void of emotion and purely off of reason and logic. Which is terrifying, I might say.


 
@TheAncientCenturion Is Zed this role play's version of Sigma or is that just a coincidence?

And Sigma and Zed share some characteristics, but the goals are different at the end of the day. Zed has, as of yet, expressed no desire to find other AI or meet the Alpha, or at least doesn't find it as enthralling as Sigma did. Due to the qualities Zed did inherent, he's more self aware of how life works and its fragility. You've got to constantly change to fit different environments, adapt, evolve, never stay a constant for too long. Sort of why he is or was annoyed with Jersey's constant drilling of the same exercise. But he values his own existence pretty highly, to borderline Meta-stage levels.

I'd have to go with an O'malley possessed Doc or Wyoming. I just loved that little faction of those two, Lopez The Heavy, Red Zealot, and Gamma.

This isn't including Lopez, Sheila, or Donut. It also comes to a near 6-way tie by .01042000053 of a point. :3 It's hard for me to choose between the original Blood Gulch crew, other than Tucker being my favorite. After Tucker, I really love all of them the same. Even though Grif is at the bottom of the list, I still enjoy him the same amount as everyone (except Tucker)

I legit miss Andy the bomb and Evil Doc, though. I got sooo angry when York beat Wyoming down in the locker rooms, until I remembered York got killed by Wyoming. Fuckin' York.
 
I wanted to make Oklahoma like Tucker, but after a while of me debating I morphed him into who he is now. He still has some fundamental qualities of Tucker, but he's not near as much like him as I was originally going to go. I mostly changed him for originality sake.


@Mockingbird You should have seen me when I came up with that line in my head. I was trying to think of a humorous way of accurately representing what a covenant ship would look like to someone who wasn't sure what it was, so I googled "Covenant Transport Ship" and found an image. Let's just say, that line was the first thing that came to my mind.
