...Holy crap people actually exist there now! I haven't been on there in like... 5 or 6 years! Well, other than like 3 years ago, and no one was there then! When did people start getting on here again?! xD


It's still shitty, a horrible game, and the shoutbox is better than the game, but DAMN people actually get on there now. xD
 
Wiz basically has been an asshole and half the admins have stopped being admins, mods are gone from their position of power, etc, etc. Muse got the worst of Wiz's temper and left after being threatened to be permabanned.


 
This is what I figured would happen, why I didn't want to have anything to do with the leadership change last year. I saw Wiz in action back then, and I did not like it.
 
I'm gonna be honest, I wish Ace was still here...


I'm not into the politics of Administration here or whatever, but I knew Ace and I liked him. I wish I was here when he left, too.
 
Ace was a local, and he was a good leader. I plan on talking to him, see what we can get in terms of people Ace knows that can run a site like this (unless he wants to), then begin to help plan for... For the exodus. It's gonna happen, and he we have to be ready. If we can have a place for people to run to we might even be able to keep the community for the most part...


See, people here are like family. The loss of even one is devastating. If we can keep together, life might be able to move on like normal. It will one way or the other, I just hope for the best.

Can't say I am picking up what you're putting down. I don't really care who runs the site, and if it does crash, there IS RPGuild and others. They don't look as nice, sure, but they'll work.

We're not talking as much about the site as we are the community. Administration has been having issues since GgAce stepped down as Owner and Wiz took up (I think that's how it happened, I'm not sure. As I said, I wasn't here then). I'd hate to see this site's community fall because of him, but it seems it's happening.

I've been in many moderator positions, but none of them have been as big as this site. Once I've been in an administrative position for a site, but that was just because my friend was in it as well so he kissed the ass of the site owner to get me in, so I don't really count that.


If there's a crew coming together for administration, I have stuff to offer if you need someone. If not for administration, moderation's cool as well.


Or you know... I could just be a member... ;-;

The old mods have been talking about it too, it seems. I'm not sure about the details, but it looks like they were talking a lot about where we might go or how to save the site. There are a few ideas (including having two or more people acting as the head of the site instead of one. I would personally considering using anywhere between 3 to 5), but right now nothing is solid. I'll see if I can get into the conversation about all this if it's still running and get back to you guys with more.

I don't see too big a difference, nor does it truly effect me. There are plenty of other places to go, and aside from this and maybe one or two other people outside the group, it'd be pretty much the same on another site as it is here.
