Fantasy Freelancer Files (Red vs. Blue)
I'm not very good at the campaigns to begin with, but I completely agree with you about the order of enemies. Since it was the last game I played, I'll use Halo 4 as an example: When fighting a Knight, I would always - always - take out the things flying with them. Forgot what they are called, but they are, as I call them, the Forerunner Engineers. Take the Knight out first, it will just get regenerated and show its stupid face again. But take out the Engineers first, and then the Knight will be gone for good. The Knight will try to stop you the whole time, and the Engineers sometimes run, but it helps in the long run. I learned that the hard way.
In the other games, I always focus on the stronger enemies before I take out the smaller ones. But that's just a given idea.

Assassinating the Watchers (Forerunner Engineers) is so much fun. You just sorta jump on them and everything looks at you like your fucking crazy.

My strategy:

If there's an enemy I can take out with one shot (grunts, jackals, Forerunner Crawlers, etc.), I do it from a distance, and I kill all of them. This prevents me from getting shredded to pieces by a ton of small guns. Then, I do one of two things when I comes to stronger/shielded enemies: 1) Stay at a distance with a Marksman Rifle and just pop rounds off when I can to get headshots, or 2 run at them with Assault Rifles and use a hardlight shield when they retaliate.

And yes, ALWAYS kill the Forerunner Engineers (for the sake of not knowing their names) first. The amount of ammo you'll save compared to taking out a Knight multiple times is astounding.

You have to try the Mystery dungeons. Not the newest one. That one is fucking ahit.

But the older ones....Blue rescue team and Explorers of sky....honestly...FOR ME they have the most fitting, best soundtrack of any video game I've ever played

Blue Rescue Team was the best. It's been forever, but it was the best.

I can't play the newer Pokemon games. Mystery Dungeon I can do, I fucking loved that game until I lost it. I still want to try and find it.

Not sure which one it was I had, but it's been lost for quite a while.

Psh, you're all here talking about multiple games, and I'm just sitting here like, *derp* "I only know Halo." *derp*

I certainly am learning a lot of better ways to play Halo campaign, though. Will I remember them in the heat of battle? Probably not. Are they still useful tips? Fuck yes.

Here's a tip: Try to get grunt methane tanks to explode when they are clumped up. It's just as effective as a grenade.

AHHHHH BUT THE SOUNDTRACK. simply amazing. And the plot arw just so fkjdkdndkdjkd

They made me cry at the endings, I'm not ashamed. The endings were just so heart wrenching for me

How do you do that? Shoot them in the back where the tanks are? Because that does sound very useful.
... The hell does MC do during his downtime? Just do that "I'm staring out into space" thing all the time?
He's probably having deep thoughts of the likes of, "Man, my life has been really fucked up so far. Fuck this place. It's full of assholes.

"But, hey, I'm still pretty badass, man. Badass, I tell you. Badass."

I don't remember if you can do it from the back, but I think you either shoot the front of the tank right above their head, or where their tank connects to their bodies. Can't really remember exactly. Been a while, and I'm sorta doped up on painkillers.

He probably has those thoughts in the heat of battle, not just his downtime. He's probably thinking about how everyone he knows is an asshole except Sergeant Johnson and Cortana. And that one guy. He's probably thinking about how everyone else is an asshole, while simultaneously beating a brute with his own gravity hammer. That's probably how he gets his "anger" out.

I remember in Reach, there was a marine named Fisher. Fisher was a fucking badass man. He was the only useful marine ever. I fucking loved Fisher. But then the mission ended and I never saw Fisher again.

I REALLY wish I could just lay down and have someone narrate the entire Halo game storyline including ODST and Reach (in order, starting with Reach), in a nice, soothing, Morgan Freeman voice. Then, I would like that person to play Co-op campaign with me for as long as it takes to beat the entire game series.

Preferably Morgan Freeman himself.

True, true. He is probably wishing that Kelly, Fred, Sam, Kurt, and Linda were there with him. Because those were his teammates on the Spartan team of Blue Team (Blue team, fuck yes!!). Hell, he probably even misses CPO Mendez. But everyone else was probably on his shit list. And you don't want to be on Chief's shit list.

I feel horrible at how hard I laughed at that.

The only thing that could make that better is if Morgan turned out to be a total boss at playing all the campaigns.

How do you think I felt? I was gone for an hour earlier, and it took me another hour to really catch up once I got back.

Fisher is the only marine I've ever seen ram a banshee with a warthog, and then land on a hunter. And then survive, proceeding to kill bothe the banshee and the hunter with his rocket launcher.

>.>. It's pretty bothersome. People should learn to stop posting when I am gone! Gosh!
