"So realistic!" -> Lone Star's Jam wears off, your body somehow regenerates from a machine gun letting off into you. At least in halo you have shields and armor to make things kind of believable.
And supersoldierness
I play COD with friends; I play Halo when I play by myself.

That sounded hilarious.

and eh, COD is something I usually do when friends are over. If I didn't have a friend over iD be playing Assassins Creed Rouge

......I need to play the Halo games. They seem fun
Let's just say that Black Ops zombies made my fear of zombies turn from a minor thing, to a fear as solid and difficult to break as the hardest thing in the universe.

YOU NEED TO. You read one of the books, anyway. The games don't do as much as the books, and you focus (mainly) on the Master Chief, but they are still damn awesome. And they look beautiful, with a great story.

Halo 4 I really couldn't get into so much. The lack of the Covenant as a real threat bugged me. They were used, yet again, and we didn't even see a ring leader! I found the new Forerunner/human robots to be a pain to kill, and with a lack of a rewarding feeling to it. Hunters have been getting easier and easier since Halo 3, I long for the days when I'd freak out to see a pair.

Good story, sort of. But I didn't even bother to play it online or get any additional armor enhancements. I hope Halo 5 will be something different and better, something I could get into playing with more then a few friends.

I don't know about you guys, but I found the Halo 4 campaign incredibly easy for some reason.... ( O.o )

Yeah, like I said COD is just friend funess. That and Minecraft.

Alone Mockingbird time is Assassins creed, Deadspace, pokemon (on Nintendo obviosuly) ,Kingdom Hearts (also on nintendo), Saints row.

I'M READING HALO BOOKS RIGHT NOW OWO

I'm only on the first one, Fall of the Reach, mainly cause I've been busy with school books

It's either easy, or I got REALLY good at campaigns. Like, despite certain areas (Gondola...), I had no problem. It's all just a matter of what order to take your enemies out in.

I bought Minecraft recently, but I am totally lost in it. I tried making a castle, but it came out weird. It seems fun if you have the time, I just. . Can't get into it.

Or understand red stone.

My favorite games to play has to be Dragon Age; Origins. Any of the original three Halo games, Pokemon Leaf Green or Sapphire, The Hunter; Primal, Civilization 5, Gotta love Megaman X. . . Dark Clouds, even though I never completed it.

You should probably switch over to the Lannisters for your service provider, they're much more efficient than the Starks or Baratheons. U_U

In all honesty, I only died 7 times throughout the entire campaign (2 of which were me not paying attention) and I just recently got 100% total commendation progress. It's just so easy, even on matchmaking...

I can't play online, so I can't get anywhere in Halo 4. And I'm not trying, either, because I have only played it twice and I'm..maybe half way through the campaign. Well, half to two thirds, anyway. I did that about two months ago. I was considering playing it today, but I was feeling too lazy to do anything even slightly productive. So I didn't.

And are you fucking kidding me?! Hunters always scare the shit out of me (that is weird as hell for me to say)!! I remember in ODST, I once hid on a balcony for about 30 minutes, trying to summon up some courage to go kill two Hunters that were trying to blow my head off the whole time. Then, on another ODST mission, it took around five minutes of me running around a city center and emptying three guns in the general direction of a Hunter before I finally killed it. And, ya know, a bunch if yelling and cursing in fright...I'm a woos when I play video games. In embarrassing. I guess it shows how little I actually play video games.

I melee hunters. Use less ammo that way.

I mean, ODST you're not Master Chief, who can fly into the air and take minimal fall damage from a Hunter's shield bash. >.> I ignored that game as an exception. But I just remember in Halo 2 and Halo CE, trying to fight them was Hell and you could never flank them effectively. They did a lot of damage, and focusing on one usually meant leaving yourself open to another.

Halo 3 and onwards, their armor would break apart and make killing 'em tooo easy.

Minecraft can be confusing at times

OOoooo and Skyrim. Skyrim is fun

I admit I am a huge pokemon nerd though xD for a lot it is a shock but I can't help to love it. Except for the shows. Fuck the shows. And movies, excluding the first one. And Pokemon 2000. Those were good

And ...NEVER OAO

....God dammit lagging phone

@1stLt HChurch What Halo books do you recommend? I really need to read some now. ;-;
Ooh, ooh, okay. Fall of Reach, First Strike, Ghosts of Onyx (that's the first Halo book I ever read, and the end made me cry so much..because my two favorite fucking characters DIED), the trilogy by Karen Traviss (Glasslands, The Thursday War, Mortal Dictata. Make sure you read Ghosts of Onyx first ), and Evolutions (there's technically two, reach both). There are others, and you should read them all, but these ones are important. And Eric Nylund is just an awesome author.

....ok maybe. I like Jamie and Tyrion is awesome

I might go to the Snow line. It gots Jon and Ramsey *wiggles eyebrows*

I'm not particularly GOOD at Halo, especially not multiplayer, but I can 'strategically' kill my enemies if given adequate time (if you consider my playstyle strategy, or just mindless sitting in one spot until an enemy just so happens to walk into my scope). Wouldn't mind playing with ya sometime, if time permits.

A Lannister always pays his debts, including any issues you may have with Lannister brand phones!

Skyrim was TONS of fun, I bought it when it came out and honestly didn't play it till last year, in college. Spent days doing that alone, getting the best partners I could for my Daedric following Imperial. Though, I can't find it that fun now that I did most of the main quests twice. . Replay value does go down significantly. Same, after Leaf Green, I lost track of the newer Pokemon. The movies, older ones, were fun. Mewtwo and Aerodactyl were the best. Of all time.

Man, Tywin is the best. Or was.

I have a tendency to go the stealthy route, assassinating everything with a heartbeat. Once everything goes FUBAR I just go in guns blazing. And I unfortunately have a tendency to rarely play halo games after I've completely completed them, but ya never know.

PC version is best. Mods raise the replay value.

I'm not very good at the campaigns to begin with, but I completely agree with you about the order of enemies. Since it was the last game I played, I'll use Halo 4 as an example: When fighting a Knight, I would always - always - take out the things flying with them. Forgot what they are called, but they are, as I call them, the Forerunner Engineers. Take the Knight out first, it will just get regenerated and show its stupid face again. But take out the Engineers first, and then the Knight will be gone for good. The Knight will try to stop you the whole time, and the Engineers sometimes run, but it helps in the long run. I learned that the hard way.

In the other games, I always focus on the stronger enemies before I take out the smaller ones. But that's just a given idea.

Pft.

I personally love all pokemon games.

Diamond/pearl/platinum I loved. LOVED

White was defiantly the best character design and I'm a fucking huge N fangirl. The plot was kinda good though the pokemon weak.

White 2 was ew on characters but plot was pretty good

The newer games are fun but not AS good.

But....my absolute favorite pokemon games....are FRWAKING POKEMON MYSTERY DUNGEON. THE SOUNDTRACK, PLOT, GAMEPLAY, SIMPLE AMAZING ♡

Tywin was amazing

Yeah, but, that involves getting up close and personal with them. And also getting to their back long enough to beat the stuffing out of them. That's nerve wracking for me.

The design for most of the newer pokemon seem weird to me, I just can't get into it really :/

Nor did I play the spin offs. . I can harddddly comment on much of that.
