Fantasy Freelancer Files (Red vs. Blue)
Well, Mr. Smarty Pants, sorry I was asking? How did I know if it was walking around, or flying, or doing something dumb and weird like birds do? 'Cause I think the dove I saw was seriously trying to kill itself.

Don't sass me little lady, or I'll just post that fanfic right here in the OCC. CX

xD ! Raptors are pretty cool, I'd agree to that. We get the occasional hawk in the Summer where I live and like. . They are freaking scary. I'll be taking a walk on the bike path, which is just an off beat and trail paved road that use to be for trains. And then I hear a squawk and see a Hawk just. . Circling me. Going lower as I walk further in the same direction. Shit freaks me out, their talons aren't a fucking joke.
Hell, I don't mess with a pack of geese. Those fuckers are fierce when protecting the younglings.
My mom used to have geese when she was a kid. She fucking hated them. What she has told me before about them has made me permanently afraid of the little shitnozzles.
And then came the fucking enormous flying bugs that are nightmare-material.
That shits cool too! A God damn dragon fly with the wing span as large as a God damn eagle! Shit, I'd love to see one of those! The creepy crawling centipede-esque mollusks from the era? No fucking thank you, though.

And once we had a Barn Owl in our barn for a day. It was pretty cool, especially since they are my favorite owl species.

I've never gotten close enough to check myself, but friends have told me that their beaks are sharp as shit. And if they attack you in packs, you'd gonna get some fucking blood lost. They can fly the fuck after you! How the fuck do you fight that? I mean, choking them maybe but they're like eight to a group! I walk away when I see a goose in my path. Not about that life.

xD . What do they do, apart from the hoots and the nocturnal hunting?

Bugs creep me out. Which is funny, cause my first job required me to be around them and handle them almost constantly. But, anyway, let's just say that if I was alive during that time, I'm pretty sure I would just commit suicide. Because bugs are just scary to me.

Hehe, I just might baby.

Since we are talking about owls, guess who got to hold a Great Grey Owl once?

Spiders I can deal with, I cannot deal with some of the land insects and some of the flying beetles. Dragon flies? No problem. Flies? No problem. In college, we had a study room I'd go to when I needed to use the internet, my dorm was too far to get reliable Wifi. Won't lie, I spent most of my time on this game RPing with friends. But like, giant beetles would always be around and just buddy up next to me. I would grab just computer paper, smash them and run out to the trash can in the common hall next to it. 90% of bugs freak me out. But dragon flies just look so cool!

I just find owls very pretty and intriguing. Also, Barn Owls don't hoot. They screech. And, they have some of the best ears in the owl kingdom, so they can hear better almost every other owl species. This is because their ear holes are not in the same spot on either side of their head, so they aren't even and symmetrical. I forgot how that helps them hear stuff better, but it does.

You did? Nice! the coolest thing I've done like that is hold a couple snakes.

Also, DO NOT. I'm serious. It would make me uncomfortable, cause it was kinda personal.

That's very interesting, because for most animals symmetry helps them. Like with sight, binocular vision is dependent on symmetrical eyes that can over lap. I guess they don't have to be symmetrical, but I'd place a dollar on it that it's the best way to go about it. Screech? Fuck that lel! I'd run if I walked into a barn and heard that, I'd think the fucking place was haunted at first.

It wasn't that cool, only a wee little baby one.

And don't worry dear, there's only one thing that personal that I plan to post. You won't hate me for that, trust me.

They don't make a very loud sound unless they're scared. Otherwise, they just make a soft sound that isn't scary at all. When the Barn Owl was in our barn, we climbed up into the loft to get a better look at it, because the loft didn't have the wall on it yet that separated it from the rest of the barn and it was even with the rafters. The owl started to fly around a screech a lot, and damn near came over to attack us because it got so scared. We quickly climbed down, because it could have fucked our shit up.

No fuck that! I am not going into a birds territory like that, owls have terrifying talons too! I'd not watch it and tease it, fuck your shit! The second it starts screeching I am running off. Maybe even throw back a mouse to appease it. You can't fight something that flies! It has the aerial advantage!

Unless you have a shotgun. Shotguns solve everything.

Fired an Ar-11 once in my life, last Summer. Shit scared me so bad, I'm glad I was the guy to clear the gun out though, otherwise I'd be afraid to hand it off. But yeah, no. Fuck all guns. I'll stick to my foil sword, where I can poke people and make them mildly irritable.

Hey guys! What have we been doing?

*reads chat*

When I was six, I saw a dead bird laying out outside the glass door. It's cold, dead eyes were staring at me. Actually, it wasn't dead at first. It looked me in the eyes as it died.

It was raining...

Hmm... seeing death before your eyes does that to you, huh?

xD . Such a deep story. But shit, guys! I was driving home the other day and on the road, center of it to be exact, there was a small pug hit! Blood around it, and when I was getting closer to it, it's head popped up! Got me right in my chest cavity where emotions go.

I'd of stopped, but the roads a fifty with no U-turns around. I woulda been blasted by the truck behind me.
