Fantasy Freelancer Files (Red vs. Blue)

[QUOTE="Shadowborn Omen]Yes, you're correct on the level. I spent over an hour at that one single part. After about 45 minutes I reached my pinnacle of rage and broke myself and wasn't mad anymore. I eventually beat it and was like "This level's probably almost over," and told myself that for a solid 30 minutes after that, I ended up saving and quitting to go to sleep. >_<
The sniper Knight killed me a solid 25 times at least last night. You should have seen me when I finally killed it. I was standing up screaming "DIE! DIE! DIE!"... Lets just say that it got personal last night.

But I think that's why I'm so good at beating campaigns on their hardest difficulties; After a while of hardcore rage I just break and play with about as much emotion as MC.

Oh, I don't. My problem is that I hardly ever play any video games, so hard situations stress me out. Then I get into a panicked state where I move around too fast while firing, and I end up shooting absolutely nothing. It so aggravating. That's why I like to hang back and away from enemies now, because it give me more time to think clearly and efficiently as I kill them.

My playstyle is to take enemies from a distance as well. (Hence why both of my characters have a mid-to-long range weapon, even though one of them uses it at close range sometimes) My favorite weapons in no particular order are:

DMR, Covenant Carbine, Light Rifle, Sniper, Binary Rifle, and occasionally a battle rifle.

In that part of the mission, I believe I had a light rifle and a Suppresor, and I would stay on the Gondola with my light rifle until I killed as many enemies as possible, then I would go in and take each Knight out one-by-one. However, there was one Knight sniper (I think they're called Lancers?) that killed me more than every other enemy combined that mission. He completely countered my playstyle because if you sit still long enough (which I do to line up headshots), a circle will appear on his head for half a second then he'll shoot a binary rifle shot at you, usually hitting you in the head and instantly killing you. I ended up killing him by hip firing a light rifle while sprinting at him out of anger, thinking I was going to die. And when his shields went down I started screaming "DIE! DIE! DIE!" and pulled out my suppressor and sprayed as hard as I could.

...I felt accomplished when he disintegrated...

And the English language.
I hypocritically agree. Although English is my primary language (and the only language I can speak fluently), I can see how weird it might be to people trying to learn it as their secondary language.

Too many words sound/look the same but are different.

Latin, Latin is a hard language to learn. So many different ways to say the same thought process, all spelled so differently. Failed high school Latin and went straight to Italian, a mans language.

Lol. I know a similar feeling.

My favorite weapons in no order are BR, DMR, Needlers, Covenant Carbine, Assault rifle, and....that's about it. Also, the Forerunner versions of the human Battle Rifle and Assault Rifle (Derp, don't know what they are called) in Halo 4 are also extremely useful. Snipers and Spartan Lazers are also useful, but you have to set up behind cover and sit still too long for my liking. I only use them if I have to, like that one mission in 4 where you have to use a sniper for the first few minutes of it to take out the sniper Jackals (those sons of bitches), or when I just need to take out a large enemy from far away. And I also like shotguns and rocket Launchers of any kind, but only if I am facing a very strong enemy and I don't have to face them for long. Otherwise, if I have to depend on any of those weapons for a long time, it makes me uncomfortable. Mainly because of how little ammo they carry.

Nice. I get uncomfortable when I'm not using one of my preferred weapons. I hate unaccurate weapons. The most inaccurate weapons I use are the Assault Rifle and Suppressor (Forerunner version), and even then I only tap the trigger to attempt to remain accurate with them.

I have a tolerance for waiting. I played games like ArmA 2 and have just sat in one spot for an extended period of time. I think the longest was 45 minutes or so, just staring at the same spot waiting for a time to hit a target. Sadly, my bullet got body-blocked and I didn't kill him. >_>

Correction: I don't think it was ArmA, I can't remember.

I do every once in a while. I would NEVER wait that long again.

I've put a little too much effort into League and not enough in Halo today.

I feel exemptionally successful today.
