Only accepting if you're going to be a dedicated part of this RP.

I know it's long, but bare with me here.

•In 2039, world wide conflicts such as racial discrimination toward the Halflings of the world, world-wide poverty and hunger, corruption in most governments erupted into threats of nuclear war between rival countries. Angered by their neglected stance in the matter, the citizens of the world revolted at this thought causing a full-scale riot in every country, their governments, and all military practices of the world’s nations.

•These uncontrollable riots the world in two.

•The first side is the UGA. The UGA (United Global Alliance) was formed when the governments could not control the massive riots that took place day by day. They are a global police and military force trained only to destroy all of those who appose governmental power. They consist of the world leaders, loyal solders of the nations, riot control, and the best of the best planning an attack or taking the defensive side. They have unlimited access to weapons and resources to outfit their troops with the best equipment on the market.

•The other side of the conflict consists of many riot groups.

•Some of the more powerful groups include the FWF (Free World Fraction), the “New World Order Crusaders” or NWOC, and the “Anarchy=Freedom”, or just AF. These groups are all against the UGA but have different plans for their idea of a UGA-free world. They don’t get along but do help one another when the firefights get heated.

•The FWF consist of mostly the deceiving Halflings (half-human, half-animal hybrids) who are seeking anything from revenge on the UGA or equality in the world, they reside mostly in small, run-down suburban towns in various countries. Their ability to adapt to any terrain, wide variety of skills, and ability to take the appearance of any other riot group or UGA makes them the most versatile group of the riot groups. However, their fuel of hate and anger towards the UGA gets the best of them more often than not.

•The NWOC are the wiser of the three groups, they consist of the churches and ex-governmental personnel and want the world to be one big democracy with equal rights for all, though, they are often not trusted by the other groups and are accused of being spies and running on corrupted systems. They reside in large cities and old governmental buildings of the countries that were previously obtained great amounts of riches and power. They have access to many resources like food and shelter, but lack many skills to preform assaults on unknown terrain and would rather take the diplomatic approach to things.

•The AF believe that the world should not have leaders, that it should be an “Every man for himself” type world. The consist of the younger generation of the world, and reside everywhere. They do not stay in large groups, for there are so little of them. They stay in camps of about 20-30 people per camp. They are some of the best fighters and can adapt to nearly any terrain. Their only downfall is their lack of weapons and resources.

As proof that you read the majority of this, post the number "2042" as the first word in your character description.

•There are smaller groups and even sub-divisions within these more powerful groups, but these are just the three most influential and powerful of the many groups.

For those of you who stayed...

The year is now 2042 and you are taking part in the largest revolt in history, the world will never be the same...

Hello! I am joining, but I have a question. Do we need to have a picture? I can't seem to find one that is sufficient enough for me. Thanks -James
Alright, I posted a picture, so if I didn't work than I can edit my post. Also, you can't see much of my characters face during battle and stuff. So I'm not going to be super detailed. I hope a few mor people join soon!

Raiden was in his outpost, just outside of one of the major cities, where he was sent to start recruiting for more members for his division if the FWF. After gathering his gear and taking a look around the small shack of an outpost, he started to walk towards the cities hoping to find some possible recruits in the market area. In his hands he held his rifle, and on his leg was his pistol which was holstered and loaded, the same went for his rifle. The sky was grey and it was cold, the January weather was not taking it easy looking as though it may snow any moment. He smiled at this thought yet keeping all his senses on high alert. He didn't get far from his shack before he heard a buzzing noise coming from above him. He looked up to see a UGA Gunship circling above. "Damn..." he thought as he started to pick up his pace slightly. The gunship was close enough that he could see the numbers on the side, and the guns armed and ready. He began to sprint now. He heard a very loud BOOM from the airship and he turned around just in time to see his new homes blown to shreds. the shock wave trembled the earth below him and sent his body up into the air, then down onto the ground. Shrapnel whizzed past him. The wooden pieces of the shed lay on the ground engulfed in flames, he got back to his feet and began t run for the tree line. Once in the cover of the trees, Raiden dove behind a large rock sticking up out of the ground, turned and aimed at the gunship following it's position with the sights of his rifle. After a few fly-byes, the gunship flew off into the distance. The snow began to fall as a slight burning pain erupted on Raiden's face. He touched his cheek and retracted instantly; a shard of hot metal must have burnt him. He brushed off the pain and stood, getting a good look at the shed. "Damn...I already broke it..."

The inside of the airship gently rocked as it carried the soldiers to their destination. Poet sat by himself, disassembling his rifle and pistol then reassembling them. He slowly cleaned both with a towel, he checked his magazines, loaded one into his rifle and pistol, strapping the rest to his belt, unsafe? He didn't care. He performed these actions mechanically, a routine he'd done since he joined the UGA.

He got to his feet as he heard the guns fired at some rebel camp of sorts. He didn't really listen to the mission briefing. Poet opened up a side door to watch the carnage and saw a lone man run away. The airship strafed back and forth until the men were satisfied that everything was destroyed. Poet's eyes narrowed and he readied to jump out of the ship. Someone grabbed his shoulder and roughly pulled him back.

"The hell are you doing!?"

The soldier yelled, it was a man of higher rank. Losing his patience he grabbed the man and pushed him against the ship's walls and pushed his forearm against his throat.

"You boys get back home."

He said, low and threatening. With that he jumped out of the ship, a second before he hit the ground he activated the jets inside his boots, gently lowering himself to the ground.

Poet pulled on his balaclava and strapped on his face mask. He kept his rifle slung over his shoulder and thrust his arms outward as if inviting someone for a hug.

"COME ON OUT SCUM!"

He yelled, facing a large rock that the rebel had used for cover.

Hearing the UGA soldiers voice. "Mother f-" he looked into the darker forest to see a grey wall, easily climbable that lead into the city. He laughed to himself. "Sold." he threw a tear gas grenade over the rock and as he heard the hissing from the can, he turned, fired about half his mag in the soldiers direction, making sure just t scare and not to hit him. Radien then proceed to haul ass toward the wall, through the thick trees. Once at the wall, he began climbing and shortly after reached the top. he raised his fist as a symbol of the riots, then took a leap off the wall and disappearing into a large crowd of citizens

Nothing happened. Poet started to mouth off an insult when a grenade rolled to his feet. Poet took off in a sprint towards the rebel but the grenade hissed, spewing gas everywhere, Poet held his breath but his eyes were unprotected, they watered and he barely saw what was in front of him. His eyes burned but he continued forward until he was out of the gas. Taking a moment to clear his eyes he look up to see that rebel on the wall that led to the city, his fist raised as a symbol of defiance. Anger surged through Poet and he ran to the wall and easily climbed up, his light, modified armor making it possible.

At the top he saw the usual wave of civilians that milled around, today the crowd made him especially angry. He jumped down and cut a path through the crowd.

He fired off an entire magazine into the air, scaring the citizens off to the sidelines, clearing the street. He saw nothing. The rebel was gone.

Poet stifled his words, opting to let his actions speak. He fired off more rounds into nearby windows, reminding the civilians about who owned the city and stormed off...he needed to deal with this soon.

"Jesus!" Raiden thought to himself as he heard the gunfire and threw his rifle into a dumpster and locked it. He still had his pistol and he put his hood up. He tossed the keys to an FWF officer, the officer nodded and once they both took a breathe, they nodded to each other and, acting like civians, darted into the array of running, screaming people. Their bodies hidden from the UGA solider. Radien found himself in an alley way with a small FWF insignia on the ground. He leaped up and into a window where other halflings where taking shelter.

N O L A K I N G

Nolaking saw it happen from the moment the young man climbed the wall. The FWF encampment he was sent to check out had been destroyed, which was a damn shame.

He saw the young neko man walk through the crown, disguising himself, and then moments later saw the UGA pig lose him. Nolaking wore a ragged robe that should not bring much attention to him. He continued scanning the market from the position he was in, and dark open bar.

"Ahhh. UGA!" He watched the fearful citizens run for their lives as the UGA soldier shot pistol rounds ad pushed forward.

He was stuck on what to do. Should he simply report back to his unit? Or should he help the FWF soldier and bring him to safety.

He tapped the glass of water that was in his dark rugged hands....

Poet was enraged. He started to yell at citizens, trying to find out where that rebel freak went. He knocked down a random person, smashing their nose with his pistol.

"WHERE THE HELL IS HE!?"

The civilian tried to crawl away begging and scared. He saw the look of fear in his eyes. Poet sighed as the citizen said nothing. He turned away giving the man false hope before whirling around and firing a bullet into his knee. He might get in trouble by management later but he was gonna question each and every one of these lowlife pigs. He turned to the next person...

In the room he was in, the other FWF personnel tossed around gas masks and rifles. Through a series of events, Raiden's rifle made it to the room he was in, he grabbed it and a gas mask. He loaded his rifle and tossed another gas grenade out the window before darting up to the roof. "Stay here!" He yelled to the citizens in the room he had just left. Once on the roof, Raiden took cover behind an conditioning unit the hid his whereabouts from the UGA soldier below. Bullets from the solider ricocheted left and right around Raiden. He waited for an appropriate moment to attack.

NOLAKING

Tensed at the sound of the wailing citizen who just got shot in the knee. Without thinking he stood up from the shadowed bar nearby and walked over to the UGA soldier slowly and spoke up with calm firmness.

"He's my friend. Please dont hurt him... he knows nothing. He was just heading across the street and getting some food before all this."

He held his hands up to signal he was no threat. He kept his hood up however.

Hands on his rifle, Raiden was about to jump out of cover to shoot the UGA when his ears twitched at the sound of someone talking. Radien held his attack and listened for a moment.

Poet eyed the rooftops trying to find the rebel...he didn't see anything but he fired a few more rounds towards the rooftops in an attempt to scare him if he was up there.

"He's my friend. Please dont hurt him... he knows nothing. He was just heading across the street and getting some food before all this."

Poet slowly turned towards the voice. The voice belonged to a man, black, according to his hands that he held up, he couldn't see his face though, but Poet preferred it that way. He grabbed the civilian by the shoulder in a rough grip, pulled him close, and hissed in his ear.

"You're interfering in UGA business...this is a warning...next time you'll be arrested...or worse."

He pushed the man away. Though his face was hidden behind his mask Poet smirked as he backed away and resumed his search.

NOLAKING

Nodded his head in fake submission and thanks as the UGA man walked off. He waited till the man was few more steps away to pick up the civilian who was writhing and yelling with pain about his knee.

"Up and at her. Cmon big boy youre ok." Nola said as he picked up the man by the shoulder so he could hop his way back to the bar.

Once at the bar Nola instructed the man to apply alcohol and bandage the wound before heading to the ER. "Now heres some fare for a taxi ride. Take care of yourself." He patted the man on the shoulder before peering out of the now empty street to see if the UGA man was still out there.... if the FWF man is compromised he needs to confirm it. If he escapes well good for him.

Gus snarled, he had enough of this useless slaughter. Leaping over a person being interrogated by Poet, Gus grabbed his gun, and snarled in his face, grabbing his other arm. His muscles were pulsing with rage, his eyes burning with hate. He spat his words at him "You fight and harm those you were sent to help? Your a bloody dog who can't comprehend simple facts!" Gus strangely though moved Poet in a way to hold the gun into the air, like a big target. Gus screamed this time "Bring it on you filthy swine, shoot me in front of everyone, you will cause even more riots! You will cause more death then good you damned monster, Its not my fault or my people's fault what we are, but if you will murder us for it... Show it now! Show your chaos! Show your death!" He was pushing him, or distracting him...

walks out of his house in Grand Turk with sniper and his short staff on his back and his pistol in its holster on his hip. he walks to beach and looks out towards Florida but dose not see any thing.

"not a single boat in the water, its to quiet we need music."

Walks into his house and puts some reggae music and starts to dance in his room. after a little bit he walks back out and he looks at his boat in the dock, it is a catamaran and looks new but it is not Apollo just keeps great care of it.

"i need to go main land and see what is happening"

starts towards his boat

Raidens ears twitched again; another person was talking to the UGA...yelling. He peered out to see the UGA guard was distracted. 'Thank you kindly." He said under his breath. Raiden got a good look at the distincter's face and remembered it. "I'll be sure to thank him later." Raiden darted off into the snow-covered city landscape, leading as many citizens away from the UGA as he could.

The streets were clear as Poet slowly walked down it, his FAMAS at the ready. Gunshots erupted from the rooftops. One hit his armored vest, cushioning the blow but he still felt the kick. A second bullet embedded itself in his thigh. A third grazed his face mask and hit the ground, dazing Poet for a split-second. He found the building the rebel had hid on and he proceeded to make his way there when someone pulled on his gun, forcing him to look at yet another rebel.

Poet looked towards the rooftops and back to the kid in front of him. The kid was spouting off a bunch of crap about how he was was an animal...Poet was about to go after the original rebel he went after but then the kid challenged Poet to shoot him.

Poet took off his mask and balaclava. He slung his rifle over his shoulder and looked at the kid, amusement in his eyes.

"Take a good long look at my face, you'd do well to remember it."

Poet threw a quick punch to the kid's gut, doubling him over and he kicked him backwards.

NOLAKING

"What the hell? Whered he come from?" Nola was caught off guard at the mans sudden attack on the UGA man who seemed to be further down the snowy street. The crowd moved further down. At the corner of his eye he saw a figure move from a roof to the city landscape.

He moved from the bar to the alley that ran parallel of the street. As he did so he saw UGA beat that mans behind without much effort. "Stupid.

He continued down the alley. This way he did not have to run into the UGA and his insane attacker. He walked briskly down the alley hoping to catch up to the crowds and perhaps the FWF agent.

Then, the kid's eyes glow blood red, and he roars into the air, back flipping and putting his claws to the floor, his voice deepening and turning more evil. He screamed "then take a good long look at my face..." he spit some blood to the floor, before his skin erupted into fur, his jaws and claws extended, he lifted up his sword, and in his other left hand lifted up his wrist. He fired a dart into his face, before leaping like a lion on top of Poet, and said "Take a look into my eyes you filth!" He slammed down his sword, hooking into his gun, and tossing it away. He roared, his other hand up to protect his face or to grab his other hand to stop his pistol.

as Apollo reaches the boat he opens both sails and takes a good look around

"probably wont see this place for a long time. but im ready for a fight... its ok i will be back."

pulls up the anchor and heads to Caicos islands then from there Apollo will hop from island to island till he reaches Florida coast

"this is going to be a long trip but here i come main land!"

Boat leaves the port.

Thats what
Hello! I am joining, but I have a question. Do we need to have a picture? I can't seem to find one that is sufficient enough for me. Thanks -James
I move along the rooftops in my standard BDUs and armour. As I moving I try to pick out the best point to set up my OP (overwatch position). I see a large group of civilian rioters and I set up my rifle and aim just to see whats going on.

Raiden hid in an alley way trying to wait for more followers. "This way." He announced to a young, darker skinned man. He met the man half with his rifle in his hand. Assuming he was a citizen, "Hey, there's a safe house about a block down. Get there fast." Raiden stepped out into the road looking back at the UGA solider from afar. Raising his weapon and standing between the young man and the UGA solider he said, "Go, i'm behind you!"

Nola was tempted to say something like "Oh dear god thank you!" But felt that was insincere, too dramatic and.... just comically uncalled for. He sounded with a gruff nodded. He wanted to stay close with the FWF operative though and walked ahead only a little, keeping to the back of the group and aiding the old or sick.

Poet landed hard on the ground with a grunt, the lion on top of him. His rifle was thrown to the side and he was unable to draw his pistol. And so he resorted to words.

"So tell me animal...why do you guys fight? To have a free world? And when you get that free world...who keeps order in the streets? Huh? HUH!? If your petty groups manage to win...AT WHAT COSTS!? Do you know how many lives you'll throw away? Nobody'll be there to help repopulate because YOU'LL ALL BE SLAUGHTERED! You claim that the UGA is in the wrong, we've kept the world in order for longer than any of you could!"

Poet transitioned from heated talking to yelling. At the end of his words he spat in the lion's eye and jammed his thumb into it, not hard enough to where the eye would be rendered useless, just enough so that the lion reared back, freeing Poet so he could gather his rifle and sprint towards the direction the citizens ran.
