(You, guy) You're living in a cabin in the mountains by yourself. You're a little wealthy but not overly so.

(Me, girl) I get lost while trecking by myself in said mountains and stumble across your cabin on the verge of hypothermia.

We fall in love over an undertermined period of time.

There's a bookshelf covering the entire left wall, a huge fire place on the right. There are two leather couches in the open living room, a coffee table, and there are two bed rooms on the second story loft, which has a railing where you can look down into the living room. You can make up whatever else you want.

-You must be male (preferably between 19-24, but that's not a requirment).

-We will fade to black if the situation demands it (probably taking it to a conversation).

-Regular Rp Nation rules apply.

-1-liners are pretty much fine as long as you post often, which I consider to be more than once a day, but if you post that little, I'd like your post to have at least a little length.

Personality:Xobic is a very upbeat, who seemingly is as eccentric as just about everyone. . He is rash, impulsive, and determined to do everything his way, whether for good or bad, In battle, Xobic either comes off as his ordinary crazy and unpredictable personality, or his more serious, cold and steely side, and as an intimidating scene. Xobic is a self-proclaimed genius and is very proud of himself, in particular his fighting abilities.

James pulled up to his family's cabin and looked at it for a moment. He had hired a local guy to stock it up for him, cause James was planning to be here for awhile. He had just found out his fiance was cheating on him and decided he'd be a recluse for a few months with no human interaction. Its definitely just what he needed. He got out of his car, and let his Corgi out with him.

"Jane, stay close, dont wander off." The small dog looked up at him, and promptly ran off. He watched the dog run to a tree, sniff it, then run around a few more times. He knew most of the dangerous animals were getting ready to hibernate so James wasn't worried to much as he brought his suitcases into the cabin. He had spent quite a few summers up here, and this would be his first winter. He knew there was a chance that he might be snowed in, but he had plenty of movies and books to keep him entertained until the end of time.

He took a deep breath in of the clean, country air and smiled, "Ah.. Nice and Alone." He walked inside, and Jane followed him in through the small dog door.

How could I have been this stupid?, I thought bleakly. I'd been trecking through four feet of snow for the last 9 hours, no snowshoes, no food, barely any water. I'd had a pack full of supplies, but I'd fallen asleep, and when I woke up, it had been gone. I suppose wolves had gotten it, but there was no point in speculating. I'd just lost everything, and I needed to find shelter and get a fire started. I was freezing, my toes were already numb, my fingers were getting there, and the rest of me wasn't much better.

James stretched and looked toward the fireplace. He was just in sweats now, he gathered everything and started the fire and turned the lights off smiling at the orange bouncing off the walls. He grabbed his favorite movie, Aliens, and put it into the blu-ray player and sat back on the couch. Jane was scratching at a window, and barked. James looked over at her, "Jane leave it alone, come on." Jane looked at him, promptly ignored him, and barked again at the window.

(I changed my last post a little.)

I think I'm going to pass out, I thought. Then I shook my head. No...I have to get somewhere warm. I'm on the verge of hypothermia, if I don't get my temperature up, I'm going to die. Yeah, great pep talk, Liza!

I leaned on a tree to rest for a second. I was almost in a clearing, but it looked empty from where I was. But then I noticed...

"Smoke? Where there's smoke, there's fire." I stumbled farther into the cleared area, and I started crying.

"Thank you, Lord." There, across the clearing about 100 yards away, was a brightly lit cabin.

Jane started to bark more enthusiastically when she actually saw the human she had smelled and heard crunching through her forest. "HUMAN, HUMAN OH MY GOSH A HUMAN." She looked at James and barked. "BIG HUMAN, THERE IS A HUMAN, HUMAN OH MY GOSH!"

James paused his movie and stood up, "WHAT JANE!? WHAT!?" He walked toward the window and saw the figure in the setting light. "You're kidding me. There is no way someone would be stupid enough to try and hike at this time of the season!" Jane shook her butt enthusiastically due to the lack of a tail to shake. James put on his jacket and walked out. "Hey! You! Are you okay?" He cursed to himself at the cold, and Jane took off, running toward the other human.

I guy about my age and a little animal came out the front door.

"
Hey! You! Are you okay?" he yelled. I didn't have the voice to yell back, not even counting the crying. He was already coming toward me anyway. The little animal reached me first, a dog, kind of like a fluffy weiner dog with no tail.

(Hey, I'm probably logging off in a few minutes, just so you know.)

Jane wiggled her butt and jumped up to her knee, "Oh my gosh this one is much nicer smelling than Jessica, I hope she is the new Jessica, old Jessica sucked."

James got to Liza and saw her condition, "Uhhh. Lets get you inside." He took her arm and put his around himself, "What in the world are you doing out here?"

(Ok thats fine, reply whenever)

"I-I was hik-hiking. I g-got lost," I stuttered, teeth chattering from the cold. "I th-think I'm going in-into hypothermia. I've b-been walking in this for 9 hou-hours." We made it to the front door and went inside. I was so cold, I felt like I was walking into a furnace, which made sense with the fire.

"Take your clothes off, they're wet from the snow." James went and grabbed a blanket for her and offered it to her. It was a Dallas Cowboys plush blanket. He turned away from her, "So uh, whats your name? Im James." He was staring at the wall. "She's cute, even for someone who just walked through 9 hours of hell"

"Oh my goodness the new Jessica is coming inside with us! Yay! She'll be so much fun, I cant wait to show her all of my toes, I think I'll start now." Jane went and grabbed a chew toy and brought it to Liza and dropped it at her feet, looking up expectantly.

"Liza T-Tate." I pulled my coat off, then my jeans and everything else, wrapping up in the blanket he'd given me. I moved my foot and it bumped into something. I looked down a little and saw the dog sitting there, and a chew toy at my feet. I smiled and crouched down to rub it's head.

"Sorry, puppy. I'm a-a little t-too cold to play right now."

James turned when she addressed Jane, "Thats my pup, Jane. Are you from around here? Its rare to find someone who isn't from the town at the bottom of the mountain out here.. especially this late into the season. Its dangerous..." He scratched his head, "I guess in the morning, once you've rested and warmed up, we can drive you back to town." James smiled a little and sat on the couch.

Jane looked up, "Too cold to play? Its never too cold to play silly new Jessica. Its always too hot to play!" She ran to James and jumped into his lap, and received a pat to the head.

James looked at Liza, "So, Liza.. Are you hungry? I can make a small meal for us.. Im not the best cook, but I can manage."

"I'm not. I'm from Michigan. I come here every few years and hike in different places. I've never gotten lost before today.

"It would be really great if you could. And any hot drink would be fine." I sat down on the couch, blanket wrapped from my neck to my feet. I was still shivering. "C-Could I move over by the fireplace?" I asked James.

"Of course you can, just dont catch my blanket on fire." He walked to the kitchen and started to boil some water and brought out two hot chocolate packs. He looked outside and saw the first few sprinkles of snow and frowned a little. He really hoped that it wouldn't snow to much other wise she might be stuck here for a few more days. While she seemed nice enough, and was certainly cute enough, he did not want to be stuck here with a stranger he had just met... No matter how much Jane seemed to like her.

Jane sat at the New Jessica's feet and started to lick them beause she was certain this is what Humans liked.

(Also, sorry, I didnt get a notification last night that you posted!)

(It's cool♥ I'm sorry I wasn't online all day today. Oh, and I 'like' most of your posts 'cause I think it's cute that Jane can understand English and has cute little dog thoughts♥)

I walked over and sat on the hard-wood floor by the hearth (making sure the edges of the blanket were safe), stretching my hand from between the blanket toward the fire. After a few minutes, James brought mugs of hot chocolate for us.

"Thank you," I said, trying to force my frozen face smile. It kind of worked--especially when Jane started licking my feet. It tickled.

"Hahaha! What are you doing Jane?--hah ha!" I scratched her head again to get her to stop, almost spilling hot chocolate on myself in the process. I took a few gulps and kept the cup in my hand to help it get warmer.

I turned toward James.

"I'm really grateful for this," I told him, "and I'll pay you back for everything when I get back to the hotel, I promise."

James raised his hand when she offered compensation. "Its no problem really, I wasn't going to leave you out in the cold to die." He nodded a little not smiling. James looked down at Jane, who was accepting Liza's petting, "Wow, normally Jane hates females, maybe you've got a magic touch. My fianc- uh.. my... ex, Jane never liked, the first time I brought her home Jane pee'd on her clothes."

Jane shook her butt excitedly, both from the petting and the memory of peeing on Old Jessica's clothing.

I couldn't help smiling about the peeing "Then we have something in common, Jane," I told her, "I don't like women either, despite being one. We're boring, mean and way too fashion conscious." I grinned at James over my shoulder for a second, but then I sobered. I stood and walked back to sit at the end of the couch he was on, hot chocolate in hand.

"Thank you for everything you're doing," I said, not looking at him, "and...I'm sorry you and your fiance didn't work out."

James looked at Liza for a moment, "Its not like you forced her to have sex with men other than me. Unless you did, in which case I hate you too." He smiled a little. "So uh... what type of movies do you like? Have you ever seen Aliens? " He nodded toward the TV, where the image of Bill Paxton as Private Hudson was still on the screen, frozen. "Its my favorite movie.

Jane followed the new Jessica enthusiastically and jumped between the two humans, and laid against Jessica's leg.

James looke down at his dog, "You traitor."

I laughed a little. "I like movies like 'Die Hard', 'The Good, The Bad And The Ugly' and 'Rocky'. And yeah, my dad and brother like this movie, so I've seen it a few times."

Jane jumped up and layed next to me, and I chuckled when James called her a traitor.

I looked over at him while he was looking at the TV.
He's handsome, and nice. How could anyone cheat on him?

(Sorry, but I'm logging off in like one minute. Talk to you tonight or tomorrow♥)

"Oh, so you're attractive and have a good taste in movies?" He laughed a little. He started the movie up, but turned the volume down a little in case she wanted to talk more. He didn't mind having her company for the night since he was taking her to town tomorrow morning anyways. "There is a second bedroom with a shower and everything, but I didn't bother getting it ready.. so I guess you can just use my shower tonight, or in the morning, but you'll smell like me, which I dont think is a bad thing." He shrugged and watched the TV screen

I blushed as he played the movie, not able to look at him. He told me about the shower and the separate bedroom I was relieved. From what, I have no idea, except that I wouldn't have to sleep on the couch.

"If it's okay, I think I'll take a hot shower after I get a little warmer," I told him.

"If it works for you, it works for me Darlin'." He smiled a little as the movie went on. "So uh, what do you do for a living? Besides get lost in the woods?" James looked at her for a moment, and then back towards the movie.
