So. For a civilian and soldier to meet, the soldier would either be off-duty meaning he is civilian at that moment. Or there would have to be an attack where the two would be involved.
Would a terrorist attack where Diana would be involved and Devon comes in to protect the civilians and take out the terrorists sound possible?

I suppose that the solider would be coming back from one of his tours and my character, Diane, is visiting the country while he's currently off-duty or something of the sort and the two meet after an attack or shooting of some sort in a store or public place.
