Realistic or Modern Flight 2466: Plane Crash

Toby Guzzeti

Toby tensed slightly as Yarrow asked him various questions. The one that concerned him the most was the sexuality question. In all honesty, after the crash he wasn't even sure anymore what he was. He bit his lip as he glanced at the leaves on the ground. "Uh, well, I like blue...I'm 19..." He sighed quietly, not really sure how to answer the next question. Toby spoke more quietly now since he decided to ignore it. "I like to skateboard and yes." He bit his lip, his tongue flicking his lip right from one side to he other as he continued to walk.

Yarrow listened intently smiling, listening to Tobys voice. He frowned a little noticing that Toby didn't answer his question.

"Thats all very nice." he smiled nodding. He decided he shouldn't hide his question. He just needs to ask him.

"Toby... I hope you dont mind me asking but do you like boys...?" he said softly, stopping to look him in the eyes.

"You can tell me... I like boys, so I wont judge." he said softly. He grabbed Toby's other hand and looked in his eyes. They were beautiful.

Carmen looked up and saw other people "Thank god for that" she sighed then turned to the girl "I'm going to find others okay?" She asked the stood up, picking up her spear then continued to walk down the beach. About ten or so minutes later she saw a beautiful girl sitting on the beach (Chanel) "She could be a good model" she thought to herself then approached the female "Hey.. I'm not going to hurt you!" She cooed, biting her lip "Jesus really Carmen?" She thought to herself @Zatanna

Toby's eyes widened as Yarrow's hand traveled into his own. He stuttered, his feet shuffling as he always did when he was nervous. He bit his lip ring, looking into his eyes nervously. He wasn't sure if he wanted to say yes or no, but he also wasn't even sure what might happen if he said yes. He shook his head slowly, looking down at the ground. "No..." Toby said very quietly, almost inaudible for Yarrow to hear.

Chanel turned around and the looked the woman with the spear up and down.

"Who the fuck are you?" she asked, a little irratated from just waking up.

"Am I being hit on?" she asked, raising an eyebrow and looking Carmen up and down.

Yarrow frowned a little and dropped Toby's hands.

"Oh... Im sorry... I thought the smiles and blushing and stuff meant you iked me... Sorry Im stupid..." he said a little let down.

He wiped his eyes and slipped his hands in his pockets.

"Sorry... Why didn't you say something...? I would've stopped holding your hand and stuff... Im sorry you're just really cute..." he said smiling a little.

Toby immediately felt bad. He suddenly had a very strange thought of just hugging and making out with him. He shook his head, scratching his neck sadly as he continued to walk. Toby was thinking furiously in his brain. It didn't matter if he liked boys, right? He had always felt s little different to them like some of his guy friends were. It was time to change, he thought as he lifted up his wrist that was covered in his tattoo. Toby slowly slipped his hand in Yarrow's, continuing to walk as if nothing had happened. His hand fit perfectly in the other males hand, causing a blush to appear on his cheeks.

Yarrow blushes as Toby slips his hand into his. He looks down at the hands, but then he realizes what has happened.

"Hey... It's okay. Thanks for 'telling' me." he smiled, kissing the boys cheek.

"I dont wanna go back but it's kinda getting dark..." he frowned.

"Should we go back?" he asked, looking at the male.

Toby tensed, his feet halting, as he felt Yarrow's lips brush against his cheek. He hummed slightly, surprised by how much he loved the feeling. As soon as the touch left him, his hand lifting up and rubbing his cheek gently. He laughed slightly, glancing at the other male's lips. Toby shook his head, leaving the thought from his brain. He nodded slowly, his eyes glancing up at the sky again. "Yeah...Hey, what's that?" Toby asked, reaching his arms up into the tree and taking out an apple. He smiled at him, handing the fruit over to him.

Yarrow smiled as Toby handed him the apple.

"Well look at that. You found an apple. " He said smiling at the boy.

"So we could take this back to the ground or eat it now, by ourselves... What do you think?" he asked Toby, looking at him.

"Damn you're cute." Yarrow said winking at Toby.

Toby Guzzeti

Toby smirked back at Yarrow, looking into his beautiful eyes. He laughed at his what he presumed a sarcastic comment. "Your choice." He said, although he did like the idea of them camping out here for the night. He blushed, pushing his tongue through his lip ring. "You're cute." He said, smiling.

Yarrow giggled at the boys comment.

"Why thank you." he smirked.

"How about, we sneak back and sneak away from the group and sleep on the beach just you and me?" he smiled a Toby, just wanting to be closer to him.

"MAke me a deal.. If we dont get off of this island in the next month you'll be my boyfriend okay?" he said softly.

(im going to bed nighty)

May nodded her head in gratitude, her eyes fixating on the flames which rose steadily from the fire and the crackling sound of wood which emanated from it. She found it beautiful despite the circumstances they were in and she wondered if there would ever be a time where she'd be able to sit by a campfire with her companions and eat S'Mores. "My leg feels quite better thanks to you and the dizziness has receded, tell me Rae did yo--" May was abruptly interrupted by a boy's voice, turning towards the source and waving enthusiastically.

@Lex Halycor

@Auralunabella

Rae heard the voice at the same time that May did.

A guy, shouting "HEY!"

They both turned their heads in the direction that the sound had come from.

The source of the voice was rather far away, but still she could make it out.

It was a guy, and a girl as well, seemingly holding each other up, and both appearing to struggle to remain standing.

She looked at May, "Stay here," she told her. "I'll go and see if I can help, you need to rest still."

Rae got to her feet, still taking care not to worsen her own injuries, although she was feeling much better.

She made her way over towards the pair, only limping slightly this time, hoping she would make it to them before one or both of them fell to the ground.

As she got closer, she thought, "Wow, what a pair they make," as she noticed their matching head wounds. The girl appeared to have an injured leg as well.

Rae couldn't spot any further injures on the guy, but who could tell from this distance? She closed the gap between them as quickly as she could, and hurried to get under the other side of the girl, as she seemed to need more help.

"I'm Rae,' she said breathlessly, as she put the girl's other arm around her own shoulders, helping the guy support her weight. The brisk walk had taxed her, and she breathed deeply as few times, trying to catch her breath.

"Where did you guys come from?" she asked them, looking into the forest, from whence she herself had earlier come, also having been carried to safety.

She hadn't had to deal with many head wounds in the veterinary clinic, and hoped she would be able to help them, as they made their way towards the fire.

@Annabella
@Lex Halycor @FateofHearts

Panting, the girl spoke up as best she could. "I'm Flannery, and this guy is Randy." She paused to catch her breath. "We came from the beach. At least, I did. I dunno where he came from." Another pause. "Though I hate to admit it, if it weren't for this guy, I'd probably still be out at the wreck." Flannery winced as her head throbbed again, this one stronger than the last. "This is worse than a monthly subscription to Lucifer's Waterfall of Blood" she thought. Her face screwed up in pain, and she let out a rushed breath. "I could really use some booze, though." she thought out loud.

@Auralunabella @Lex Halycor

Rae chuckled.

"Nice to meet you both, I'm Rae, but unless you're familiar with fermentation, the booze will have to wait."

Although I wouldn't mind a drink or two myself.

"Right now I just want to get you two settled by the fire and take a look at you. How are you feeling?" she asked the pair.

They were obviously injured pretty badly, but the cool thing about dealing with people is that they were able to tell you where it hurt.

"I have to admit, I'm just a veterinary assistant, and I haven't dealt with many head injuries, but I will help as best as I can. There is another girl who may be better equipped to help you guys than I am, but she is off foraging, so I will do what I can until she gets back. K? I know I can at least look at your leg," she told Flannery, "and perhaps help with the bleeding," she added, nodding towards both of their heads.

Rae continued to help them make the trek to the fire, and she was relieved when they finally arrived, and she could help them both settle in the sand, near where May was.

"You still good May?" she asked, as she busied herself with the two new arrivals.

@Annabella

"Ughh..." Tyler groaned, gathering his bearings. He had been

tossed out of a crashing plane and into the brush.

Literally awful. That was the first thought that crossed his mind.

Pushing himself up from the sand, Tyler saw blood staining the sand. His hair stuck to his forehead with blood, but that seemed like it was all, aside from a massive headache. He beat aside some prickly bush and found himself stumbling out onto a beach. With people. A roaring fire and a smoking plane were the first things he noticed. He was still trying to wrap his head around the fact that he was on a fucking stranded island. "Rose with thorns." he muttered, taking in the scene.

May smiled at the man before nodding contentedly at Rae, she had heard of the girl who had gone foraging and hoped to join her soon in order to assist as best as she could. This injury had served to hinder her and she felt pity for the others who seemed to have been further wounded as well, the wreckage site hadn't been lovely neither had it been secure and she only hoped that things would get better and someone would magically appear to save them all. "Yes, I am well..a pleasure to meet you Flannery."

Arabella's grey eyes popped open, and attempted to sit up. Her lower body was trapped beneath a piece of the wreckage, but her upper body was completely free. She managed to get onto her elbows, searching for any sign of other people. She wiggled a bit, testing what range of movement she had. A stab of pain shot up from her leg, causing her to moan out in pain. She didn't quite know what was wrong, but she had a feeling that her knee was dislocated. She tried reaching a hand down to confirm her theory, and felt her knee sticking out of its place.

She saw a few people in the distance, but she was too far to be heard. She checked for any other injuries, and other than minor scratches and cuts, she was relatively okay. She forced herself into a sitting position, making sure not to aggravate her injury, and tried picking up the object from on top of her. She managed to get it off for a second, but her arms gave out and it dropped onto her legs again, shifting her leg. She screamed out in pain, biting her lip in an attempt to distract herself from the pain.

Arabella laid back onto her back again, panting. She was stuck, and the closet people to her as far as she could tell probably couldn't hear her. She took a break, catching her breathe again, before she tried wiggling herself out. Every movement brought forth a new wave of pain, but she continued. She got the upper part of thighs out, and tried to do one quick movement to pull out the wrest.

Her thigh was pressed up againist a piece of sharpnel, and when she tried to pull herself out, it cut her leg. She cried out in agony, her eyes watering, as the blood beginning to pour out of her leg. The cut was small, but it was deep. Her blood started to soak the white sand around the left side of her body, and Arabella reached a hand down to feel the cut. She held her hand there for a moment, applying a slight amount of pressure, before pulling her hand back out. It was stained with the red fluid, and she grew worried.

"Come on, Arabella. You can do this." She said outloud to herself, giving her self the needed push to finish the job. She shifted her leg away from the sharpnel, and began to pull her legs out again. The pain began to slightly ebb away as adrenaline flooded her body, numbing her senses, letting her focus on the task at hand. She got the rest of her legs out, and saw her right knee for the first time.

Her knee joint had completely shifted off of its socket, sticking out to the side awkwardly. She touched it gently, trying not to move it. A small sting of pain ran up her leg, and she immeditely took her hand away.

Arabella looked back towards where she had seen the people,wondering if she should call out for them. She decided to do it, screaming out as loud as she could, "Help me! I need some help here! Help!"

Randall breathed a sigh of relief as two young women showed up to help them. He nodded to the ladies as the introductions went around, and released Flannery so Rae could help her. He plopped down by the bonfire, laying straight on his back, knees slightly bent up in the air. His muscles seared under his skin as he finally relaxed them, taking more deep breaths and staring into the sky over the fire. Black spots appeared over the bright flames in his vision briefly before passing away.

"W...Water. I need water," he said hoarsely, gesturing towards the other girl, who appeared to be wearing some sort of makeshift leg supports. May, was it? He was terribly dehydrated and he knew it. He hated to ask for help, especially with her own clear injuries, but he needed it and fast. Maybe she knew if there were others that found some. He kept his eyes open and moving, trying not to get too comfortable, afraid to fall asleep. "Please."

Randall suddenly became afraid. He was very tired as well. I can't fucking die here, I can't, he thought to himself, still trying his hardest to remain conscious. At least he helped Flannery get here, at least he did some good.

@Annabella

May found herself moving as quickly as possible despite the conflict with her leg, wincing slightly as she applied pressure to the one that was injured before glancing into the woods, Avery had possibly found something which was close to a stream and she could make the trip and return with ease now that she had been treated. Glancing backwards at the guy, she smiled reassuringly. "I will be back shortly, if Rae is to ask I am not far away and will make sure to return with water." She moved forward, supporting herself before walking within the forest. May needed to listen, allow herself to hear the stream rather than see it, the silence was astounding and eerie but she limped without feeling as much pain as she had previously, straining her ears in order to pinpoint the location. She hadn't known how long it took, could barely process the soft yet audible sound of water and she quickened her pace before trudging through two large bushes which stood in her path before she realized she was standing directly in front of water. Fresh water to be exact. She instantly set about making a marker of sorts before placing a stick directly in front of the bushes she had walked through, it would have to do if she hoped to show Rae this. Once more, she set about returning and could feel the imminent exasperation she had put herself through, she was already feeling slightly exhausted and that spoke measures about the need for water. She would have to bring the boy here with the others, navigation had always been somewhat easy for May due to her mild curiosity as a child (which was still present) and her preference for exploration which is why she wasn't completely surprised when she arrived once more at the bonfire, heading over towards Rae and Flannery. "I have found the stream the others have possibly found..I believe we should take that boy immediately before he gets to be too dehydrated."

Rae wasn't sure what to do as she listened to the guy practically beg for water.

She didn't have any.

She looked to May, who had been present went the rest of the survivors had gone foraging, hoping to ask her if they had found any water, but she had disappeared.

Rae was astounded.

Where did she go, and how did I not notice her leave?

"You'll be okay, there are people looking for water right now," she told Randall soothingly. "I'm sure someone has found something by now, and as soon as we can we will get you some."

She did her best to clean up the gash on his head, with more of her vest, but didn't want to leave him to go get water from the ocean; he was in bad shape and she didn't want to leave him alone.

She hoped he would make it, and she hoped May was okay, and she hoped that somehow she would find a way to help this guy.

She wrung her hands fretfully, worried that she couldn't do more; she didn't know where the rest of the people had gone, and it would be suicide to go off and try to find water in an unknown forest the way the light was fading; she would get lost and then be of no help to anyone.

Rae was leaning over Randall, doing little more than worrying, when all of a sudden there was May, and she spoke the most amazing words Rae could have heard right then, short of, "There is a boat on it's way and you are all being rescued."

That wasn't what May said, but what she did say was, "I have found the stream the others have possibly found.. I believe we should take that boy immediately before he gets to be too dehydrated."

"May!" Rae exclaimed. "Where on earth did you go? Never mind that, are you okay? Is it far? Will we all be able to make it? He doesn't seem like he will be able to travel far, we may have to make something to transport him on.." she trailed off, looking at May hopefully, noticing that she looked pretty worn out. She probably shouldn't have made the trip, but at the same, Rae was grateful that she had, otherwise they would still not know where to find fresh water to drink.

Damn, I am so useless still.

@Annabella

These people were cleary survivors too, Tyler had decided. So unabashed, he walked up to the chicks and the injured dude.

"Hey, I uh... just woke up about a minute ago. I'm mostly fine. But.. Can I help?" I can still walk, so I can get stuff. I suppose..." He trailed off. "What a dick move... Sorry. I don't really just go up and talk to people. But this is dire. My name is Tyler Rockenberg."

Way to dig your own grave. That was awkward.

Tony watched the others wander around, but felt too tired and confused to do so. He had a hand on his previously impaled shoulder, which was still leaking a trickle of blood down his arm. His previously white shirt was red, a strange shape of the colour spreading out from the wound. He didn't seem to care though, his head hurt. He licked his lips for a moment, frowning as he remembered that he was supposed to be with his dad right now. He wondered how bothered his father would be when he found out about the missing plane. Either he'd be a little bothered, or he wouldn't even bother to check if the plane had landed

May raised her hand in patience at Rae's questions, gesturing once more towards the woods before looking once more at the injured man. They would have to supply him with some form of support however it would particularly complex with the limited number of supplies. "I have marked the location with a stick so it should be easily recognizable and as for the trip, it is fairly far but we should make it in time for him to drink and before the Sun goes down, I am fine just exhausted.." She trailed off as another boy approached, introducing himself as Tyler before offering to help. The smile returned to her face once more. "Hello Tyler, I am May and it is a pleasure to meet you under such circumstances..I'm certain we could use the assistance however do you need some yourself? Most were slightly injured in the wreckage."

Rae looked in the direction May had gestured, and listened to her carefully.

We would be able to make it, but May probably would be unable to assist Randall in getting there, as still was still pretty weak herself.

Flannery hadn't really said much, but Rae knew she was injured just as badly, if not worse than Randall, so they would have to help her make the trip as well.

She thought May would probably be able to make it on her own, but she hated the idea of making her tax herself further, possibly worsening her injuries.

Just then, another guy approached, and he spoke.

Rae thought he must be a figment of her imagination, showing up just when she found herself in another hopeless situation.

"Hi!" she said excitedly. "I'm Rae, and you couldn't have shown up at a better time. May," she gestured towards May, "has just found us a source of fresh water which we all need very badly. Unfortunately these two," she pointed and Randall and Flannery, "will both need assistance making the trip, and May might need help as well. I could do it in turns, but I am not at 100%, and I would like for us to make it there before dark, and before Randall passes out completely. Do you think you could help me get them there? Are you hurt badly?"

Rae took a deep breath, and waited for Tyler to answer. She noticed that he also seemed to have a gash on his head; she could see the blood in his hair; but he seemed otherwise okay, which was more than could be said for the rest of these guys.

At that moment she thought she heard someone call out, but she couldn't be sure.

"Did anyone else hear that?" she asked as she looked around at the small group.
