Quick question! As I am currently working on my post. (Working on the awakening part) do nicolas and perenelle visit the other characters or do they just receive the letters?

That’s entirely up to you!! You can have your character meet them, or their letter can just magically appear sometime after their awakening.

One last two questions.
Would the letter mention the press on the seal thing?
And with her recieving a letter how would she get to Yggdrasil?

Yes it will mention to press the seal, and like in my post your character will smell mint and then it will change to whatever scent your character has. The seal will glow green for a moment
And once again that is entirely up to you, the flamels send golems to escort the students and they are equipped with everything that student might need including money. So you could say your character took a bus, plane, or simply drive cross country like my character did.

Also for reference, the golems are like 6ft tall with grey skin, they look mostly human except for the bald grey heads and beady black eyes
