Equipment: Uses Armiger magic. Currently, Lorin is only bonded with a survival knife given to his father. He is proficient with other weapons, but by request of his father he only uses that knife for his magic currently.
Fighting Style: Lorin fights aggressively, but not recklessly. He prefers to warp in to start a battle, and can use his phasing to dodge attacks while striking in opportune moments. He is also proficient in changing weapon styles on the fly. That said, he can get excited in the heat of battle and rely too much on warping and phasing, in which case he will become exhausted for a moment - plenty of time to be struck down.
Appearance

Personality: Lorin is a charismatic young man, though still passionate and headstrong due to his youth. Even so, he believes in the right of people to live their lives and tries to allow this, though when one decides that the way to live their life is to harm another, he steps in. His loyalty is to his family and crew first and foremost, and will not put them in undue danger - not even for a national leader.

History: Lorin was born on the League ship that his father and mother captained: "Tolra's Doom", named for striking down a feared sky-pirate. Regardless of this, he lived as normal a life that the son of a League Captain could. He learned from a young age how to lead, how to fight, and how the ship and her people worked. In addition, when it was found he shared the silver talent with his mother, she taught him how to use it herself.

The crew grew to like Lorin for the most part, and most consider him to be the natural heir to Tolra's Doom when his father steps down. Of course, no one knows when that would be...​

Equipment: Abby carries around a basic wooding staff with a herbalist kit containing plants gathered in her travels to be used when magic cant solve the problem. Shes able too use Cura and stone and aero as a combat spell and is able too blind others.
Fighting Style: Abby tries too avoided fights as much as possible. But when in combat Abby will act as a support unit giving minor healing to her allies and can blind foes for up too six secs. If on the offensive she can use Aero to cast wind magic and Stone to throw any nearby earth.

Personality: To the public eye Abby would come off as a soft-spoken person. But to those that know her see her as someone who is very passionate about her work and is all ways excited when finding new ways to help others. When others are hurt she tends to refuse to take no as an answer and will get right too work on you regardless of your feelings.

History: Abby was born in markath too a family of weaker white mages. Growing up it was found that Abby was very gifted in the white arts and this would eventually get her a scholarship to one of the most famous White magic schools in markath. Abby would study here for a few years but would end up leaving after having several arguments with her professors and other students. Not having anywhere to go after this she would join the league as a freelance doctor to do her own research during her travels and hopefully make some sort of medical breakthrough while healing the illness her parties tend to get.

Fighting Style:
Close quarters combat is Mo's specialty, nothing makes him smile more than the thrill of boarding a pirate vessel and getting up close and personal with it's crew. Having no magical abilities, Mo has had to rely on his own whits and skill to survive the brutal fighting, high above the fertile green landscape. However he is not very effective in long range combat as his short-sword and pistol have a limited 'reach', favoring flanking charges to get stuck in quickly but he's known for tiring quickly after sustained fighting.

Appearance:
Coming from a small Asian ethnic group within Juril, Mo has tanned skin that is more often than not, dirty with black oil stains and other mechanical greases. His jet-black hair is always messy so he keeps it under a dark blue bandana around his head with a pair of goggles hanging around his neck whilst spotty stubble, lines his upper lip and jaw. Mo has always been the stereotypical short and stocky, middle-aged mechanic with a belt of tools around his 'getting bigger by the minute' waistline. He proudly wears the white and blue stripped tank top from his military days but to keep himself war in the cold climates, he dons a black hand-knitted jumper and navy blue cargo trousers, adding to his ever growing collection of spare pockets for tools. Grippy black military boots with steel toe-caps are a must aboard busy airships as one false step could either win you a free trip back down to the surface or lose a digit to a operating machine. Mo uses a horizontal sheath across his lower back to carry his heavy Pioneer sword ~ to keep it out of the way, it's angled down enough to the left so his hand can get a easier grip of the handle when needed. Furthermore he carries his hefty revolver using a dark leather holster with straps across his chest and shoulder to keep it tight against the front of his body, the barrel facing down towards his left leg so that he can fight with his sword in his left hand and his revolver in the right.

Personality:
An eccentric engineer with a wide grin and a big heart. Mo's not the kind of guy to shy away from others, more-so he treats his friends like family because loyalty counts in his book. Always willing to go the extra distance for the crew, his sheer determination was instilled into him from his younger years as a Flight-Engineer in the Juril military. His good-nature, sense of humor and willingness to co-operate with others has earned Mo the reputation amongst the crew as a honest good guy and a hard-worker. Whilst he does have the skills of a competent fighter, Mo's true talents lay in maintaining and repairing the grand airships that require a delicate balance of speed, maneuverability, firepower and survivability to stay aloft in these dangerous times. Whether it be at the control station at the bridge or deep in the bowels of a Magitek engine, Mo's always content when he has something to do ~ he's even more happy to help out defending the ship or going out to board the enemy, letting out great howls of laughter as he loses himself in the carnage.

History:
Born into a large, lower class family and with most of his older Brother and Sisters enlisting into the Juril military. Mo's destiny seemed already set out for him but instead of focusing on being in the infantry, medical corps or becoming a scout like his siblings, he followed in his Father's footsteps and became fascinated with Airships. Serving as a Flight-Engineer for several years, Mo's casual life-style almost came to a abrupt end when his ship was attacked on-mass by pirate vessels lead by the infamous Sky-Pirate, Tolra. Despite the fierce efforts by the Juril soldiers to defend themselves, it was clearly apparent that they were all going to perish in a hopeless fight, being picked off one by one until only a handful remained. Barricading themselves in the ship's mess, the few survivors prepared themselves for the end as the pirates set to work on the door with fire magic, axes and makeshift battering rams. But as all hope began to fade, the roars from the pirates quickly turned into panicked yelps as a League ship came into view, bursting through the clouds with all guns firing and crew-men's swords waving in the air as they rapidly advanced upon the pirates. Upon seeing their rescuers closing in, Mo and his fellow Juril soldiers felt rejuvenated and charged from out of their holdout to surprise the pirates in a pincer move whilst League borders quickly jumped aboard and made mincemeat of the disorganized pirates.

When everything was said and done, Mo felt he owed the Captain of the league ship a life-debt and offered his services as a competent engineer. Looking back at that moment so many years later, Mo still feels the pride of defending his fellow crew-men in such impossible odds and the desire to honor his dept to the Captain of "Tolra's Doom". He has been part of the ship for more than twenty years now, he continues to serve faithfully to the best of his abilities and he often looks out for the newer members of the ship, earning him the nickname 'Uncle Mo'.​

Fighting Style: Unlike most black mages, Kiel doesn't prefer to stand on the side and shoot spells from a safe distance at his enemies. He often prefers to be among them, step around their attacks, and weave spells into his own movements. Most of the magic he uses is at the base or second (-ra) level due to being quicker to cast, but he still knows a third (-ga) level Fire spell as well for if/when the situation arises. He isn't much for strategizing, and although his fighting style can't be considered reckless by any means, it isn't exactly calculated beforehand. He describes it as "an improvised dance! Like when suddenly hear a song you love and can't help but move!"

Personality: Kiel can be described as extremely cheerful and bubbly. He's able to stay positive even in the most dire situations and is always smiling. Sometimes his optimism is to a fault. He believes there is good in everyone and everything, and if someone or something is doing a bad thing, it's for a good reason. He doesn't feel this justify their actions or absolve them of any consequences, but it makes him reluctant to fight unless he needs to. Even during combat his demeanor is always apologetic. If retaliating isn't a necessity he often just avoids his opponents' attacks until they tire out and give up.

Regardless of if he's fighting back or not, he uses battles as a way to put on a show, making each move as if it was choreographed, and casting his magic at optimal times to enhance it. This is especially the case when he's fighting alongside allies, and he'll even go so far as to ask for feedback on his steps from them.

Another flaw of his is being oblivious to when people around him dislike him. This goes so deep that even if someone were to insult him to his face, he would somehow find some good in their statement and take it as a compliment. Luckily for those people, he isn't extremely energetic, attached, or overbearing, but rather extremely relaxed.

His interests, personality, and mannerisms could be considered stereotypically effeminate, but he's happy with them and doesn't mind if others criticize, although he is a little apprehensive about going to Belen or interacting with someone from the nation, due to their culture having negative views of his "softness."

History: Kiel was born to a family in Markath who lived among a community of nomads. In terms of their attitudes, they were extremely akin to hippies, believing that everyone should be able to do whatever they enjoy as long as it's not hurting anyone else. It's easy to see that these views heavily influenced Kiel in his upbringing.

His community didn't follow the societal norms of their nation in the pursuit of knowledge in schools of magic, which left them fairly outcast from Markathian society. Ironically, many of them were extremely skilled in magic regardless. They also lived fairly meagerly, as many of the well-paying jobs required good educations, but they were content.

Due to the nomadic environment he grew up in, Kiel had no issue hopping aboard the Tolra's Doom and traveling the world when he found an opportunity there. Due to learning about the stars and many constellations as a child, he is very fit for being a navigator, especially if the technology aiding those in the position fails.

Equipment:
She wields a pair of daggers, but they are not just ordinary daggers. Given to her by her troupe as a precaution against enemy mages, she holds a pair of Mage Mashers, which upon hit will "silence" the enemy's magic for a short duration of time. They can also be combined into a double-bladed weapon if needed be. She also has a supply of throwing knives.

As a Dancer, Milli's dances can conjure effects that can either buff herself and allies or harm her enemies. To put it in summary, she can perform dances that can heal, cure ailments, boost strength and speed, provides protection from any harm for a while, poison, confuse, stun, charm, blind, silence, and slow.

Fighting Style:
Milli fights with fluidity, flexibility, grace, and poise. As she fights, she can quickly think up sequences for her moves and the best possibilities to when she will defend, avoid, counter, or straight up attack. Her style is more amplified with her charms and appeal, no men will ever resist her beauty (or women depending on sexuality).

Personality:
Laid-back, carefree, easy-going, and outgoing. All that Milli cares for is bringing a good show and having a standing ovation. She lived to entertain people and giving them smiles on their faces. When it comes to men (or women if they are lesbian), she can be quite the flirt and tend to say or do things that can get pass the radar. Nevertheless, she is a good soul. She is friendly, polite, kind, and is good at giving advices to any subject.

History:
Milli was raised to a family of performers that are members of the traveling circus troupe called "Tantalus". At a young age, she was trained to dance for the crowd and entertain them. But then something happened. In one of their performances, the entire troupe was entertaining the entire crew of Tolra's Doom. Milli has her eyes on the "would-be" captain and felt something burning inside her. After the performance, Milli left the group and went on board the ship to get to know more about the captain, while at the same time, offer her entertainment services to the crew. After all, some voyages can be boring.​

  • Wyrmwood, forged in dragon fire specifically for use by a Dragoon. The spear is imbued with the dragon slayer attribute.
  • Scailmail, forges from dragon scales it’s really effective in climate control as well as against physical attacks. The scailmail retains the dragon trait of magic resistance.
  • Jump - The signature ability of Dragoons is the ability to jump to extreme heights and leap extreme distances. He can also glide and have long hang times in the air. His strikes from his jumps are always his most powerful attacks. He has two actual magic attacks from Jump. He can rain a barrage of projected spear strikes or land creating a powerful energy wave.
  • Breath - He doesn’t cast magic but instead can let loose elemental breaths to attack his enemies or heal his allies.
  • Lancet - Allows him to drain mana and the life force of his opponent, that in turn flows into him restoring and healing himself.
  • Dragon Slayer Attribute - Him bring a dragoon makes him able to wound Dragons and dragon kin much easier than those without the attribute.

Fighting Style: Sicarius first move is normally to jump whether for height or distance. He prefers to be the vanguard and to have the strike. He uses his abilities to push the pace and keep the enemy off balance always reacting to his actions.

Personality: Sicarius is proud of who he is and his legacy as a Dragoon. He has great interest in just about anything dragon related. Sicarius in general has very strong emotions and is effective in channeling them. His love, trust, loyalty, and friendship as opposed to being acquainted is hard to earn or garner. When that is achieved, they also incur his protectiveness and ensuring their well being is apart of his pride. In other words, those emotions burn bright and strong within him. However, his emotions such as hatred and sadness so easily become rage then eventually wrath. That is his inner darkness of that he does his best to manage but is unable to stifle on his own. That aside Sicarius is also very brave and open minded individual especially being he grew up around dragons and dragon slayers.

History: Sicarius comes from the legendary clan of Dragoons known as the Highwind Clan. Sicarius grew up in the region of Belen known as Dravania, in the Highwind territory Deist. From a young age he was surrounded by fellow Dragoons, dragon kin, and dragons. Naturally, Sicarius was raised to be a dragoon taught the ways of dragon skills, dragon taming, spearmanship, and the other talents of Dragoons. This was only a mere start for the young Dragoon.

Sicarius wants to ascend to being a legendary Dragoon. He looked over the histories of his idols finding out that they all left Dravania and traveled the world. Sicarius needs experience and he needs to travel. He also wants to learn all things dragon and dragoon which is not found solely in Dravania. This lead him to join the League, his skills were useful for visit, board, search, and seizure operations.

Fighting Style: Roysia specialises in long range combat, preferring to take aim from a safe and reasonable distance. She'll either find a secluded spot on a wider field of battle to watch people's backs, or else she'll maintain her distance as much as possible in closer encounters. If you hadn't suspected already, Roysia isn't so fond of close combat. Should anyone get close, she can use the bayonet of her gun - on or off the gun - itself if she gets involved in a close and hairy encounter. Though, she finds she's most proficient with her gun, and anyone jumping her or trying to get involved in close combat can often overwhelm her.

Appearance: To add to the above FC, Roysia stands at 5'5 and has a heavier set build.

Personality: Roysia, unlike her name some would say, comes off as a particularly rough woman. She's forthright, having come from a culture of strength and a family that never beat around the bush rubbed, and often comes off as coarse in her words. Despite this, she does seem to have a softer side to her underneath. She'll give a helping hand when needed, and looks out for others too (though, does like to brush it off and go back to that tough nature of hers). She does tend to be a laid back and relaxed person when you get to know her, and a hoot when a few drinks get involved. After that, she knows how to have fun and shake up the atmosphere in a busy bar or onboard if she so wishes.

History: As the eldest daughter to hold the Vedwin namesake, Roysia had much to live up to. Coming from a long line of fathers and mothers who had designed Belen's most extraordinary weapons, some of which were utilised by the royal line, it came as no surprise that Roysia and her brother, three years her junior, Cyriac, would be heavily involved in the family business. Roysia was often caught working or helping out in her mother's forge, the main proprietor, or else doing deliveries or fixing up weapons when she needed to. This introduction early in life allowed her an intimate knowledge of weapons and their intricasies, and eventually led to her interest and 'specification' as her parents called it, in guns.

It came as a shock when her brother, at 17, decided that he didn't want to make weapons, but he wanted to wield them himself, and enlisted for Belen's military. As much as his family wanted him to stick to his roots, they couldn't help but admire the pride in Cyriac enlisting, and figured if he was utilising their weaponry, it meant just as much to them. Roysia ended up with a pile more work upon her shoulders, but it was work she was used to. Life went on.

Three years on, it suddenly came about that Cyriac had just upped and disappeared. Despite searches conducting by government itself and the family of their own accord, no one had been able to trace his whereabouts. Unable to sit around and wait for him to just show up, she vowed to find him herself, and left Belen with this singular goal in mind. During her search, she came across Tolra's Doom, a mighty fine specimen of an airship, with even fancier and finer weaponry. Upon hearing they had docked because of a few problems with the weaponry, Roysia decided to give a friendly gesture by offering to have a look at it and see if she could fix (and not just because she was curious, of course). After managing to find the problem, and taking some time to fix it up, she requested some temporary boarding, just to get to where she was heading next, and she'd be out of their hair.

Two years on, she's still in with the League, maintaining their weapons and finally having a go at them full time. Though, despite this newfound freedom she's found with them, she hasn't forgotten her original goal; to find Cyriac. And she might just do that continuing to work with the League.

Deron wields her staff.

Deron has a good slew of summons. She can gain more in future and even form pacts with the likes of greater Eidolons such as Ifrit or Shiva down the line. It is possible for her to 'promote' some of her monsters, evolving a Cactuar into a Flowering Cactuar into a Gigantuar, a Tonberry to a Master Tonberry then a King Tonberry, so on. She has multiple of each.
While she can theoretically summon as many (which she does on the ship), it heavily strains her in combat situations, which is why she desummons them before battle, only to summon whoever is neccessary.
Cactuar - has one hanging that usually sticks with Deron, lying on her shoulder. She relies on Cactuar to utilize what she calls her signature attack - Thousand Needles.
Tonberry - has three hanging. Outside combat, one particular one usually hangs around summoned with Deron. They usually help with kitchen work. In battle, they're planted on the ground as they move slowly, and the moment an enemy touches them, they stab the enemy to deal heavy damage and get desummoned.
Flan - regular blue. About six of them.
Floateye - Has four of these floating around. The weakest of the Ahriman family, they are the size of bats and cling to Deron's shoulders. Inflicts Confusion.
Element - Has Red, White and Yellow Elements, each with the ability to cast variants of Fire, Blizzard and Thunder respectively.
Garm - three of them. They are set to be promoted to Raiju*, Flamehound and Frostbeast down the line.

Deron knows a few derivative spells of her own to aid herself.
Toad - temporarily turns an opponent into a frog. If cast on one affected, it undoes its effects.
Drain - Drains health from an opponent. Can be upgraded to Drainra and Drainga
Bear Trap - when cast on self or ally, the first opponent that strikes the castee will be trapped in an iron maiden for a certain period of time as it deals damage and immobilizes them. Can be upgraded to Guillotine and Iron Maiden, which are basically the same thing but stronger.

Fighting Style:
Deron's fighting style befits a Blue Mage for the most part. In combat, her preference is to temporarily summon monsters, before retreating them back, unless they are of higher tiers.

Personality:
Deron is a bubbly girl with an infectious smile, aiming to help however she can. It isn't common for her to frown or be upset in front of others, and she has a do-your-best attitude in almost all situations. Her confident front spreads throughout the team, even when there is little hope. If there is no one to cling onto hope, she will.

Deep down, she hides the effects of pressure and everything that can emotionally crush her, crushing it further under a facade. No one's perfect, after all.

History:
Deron, born in Markath, was born to a clan of Summoners who have failed to conjure high Eidolons for eons, something they are said to have achieved eons ago. Right now, all they can do is Deron was a proven prodigy, learning and picking up on the art at an earlier age compared to most. As such, she was seen as the one who would eventually bring glory to her people - by summoning an Eidolon at last. Deron, being pressured, decided to leave her home to avoid such, going on her own journey, before meeting the crew at some point.

Deep down, her sense of duty urges her to push on. While she originally said that she was going on a journey to personally connect with an Eidolon up-close as an excuse to leave, it wasn't exactly a lie.

Her name originates from Tonberry tongue.

Equipment: He is generally averse to using weapons, but when the situation calls for it, he does possess a pair of brass knuckles to improve his melee capabilities.

Fighting Style:
Jad is well aware of the sort of presence he has on a battlefield, and relishes being in the thick of things. He has become accustomed to taking punishment in place of his allies, and is more than capable of dishing out plenty of damage in a counterattack. His principle fighting style revolves around stunning enemies with powerful punches, before gaining momentum and dealing devastating damage with fast-paced combos.

He is also able to make use of the "chakra" within his body to boost the self-healing of himself along with his nearby allies, turning him into a reliable and sustainable threat on the battlefield.

Personality:
With a suitably large and occasionally overbearing personality, Jad isn't satisfied unless there's something to get fired up about. Both easily excited and easily angered, he has a tendency for dramatics, always looking forward to the next chance to sharpen his skills in combat. Having had very few close friendships prior to joining the crew, Jad was quick to label the group as his surrogate family. Since deciding that overthinking things has caused him only trouble in the past, he has instead decided to think as little as possible and see how far that gets him. Along with this, his prideful nature can occasionally get the best of him, having great confidence in his own strength, along with the immense combined talent of the crew, he strongly believes them to be capable of achieving any goal. But despite his big, dumb and angry demeanor, Jad owes much gratitude to the crew, and is willing to put his very life on the line for their sake.

History:
Deep within the mountains of the warrior nation of Belen lay an isolated mountain clan, those who suffered the most at the hands of the Daemons, so much so that even their skin remains bloodied to this day. The first incursion of Daemons took place here, in Jad's homeland. Born as a child surrounded by the worst sort of omens, Jad grew up in one of the most tight-knit communities there could be, though there was always a wall separating between him and his clan, a sense of dread and fear surrounding the omens which they put so much faith in. But there came a time when he was a fully-trained clan warrior, and was sent far from their homeland for reasons that Jad knew all too well. Now completely alone and isolated, Jad thought he had nothing left, however it wasn't long before he discovered a taste of true freedom, and the fulfillment that came with that. While he regretted the loss of those connections he had in his home, he was now able to release himself from those heavy shackles, those of guilt and those of fear.

Jad's pursuit of freedom would eventually, inevitably lead him to the skies, to join up with the League of Free Captains. Now with a new clan he could pledge his loyalty to, and an opportunity to explore new horizons, he truly felt prepared to take on anything.​
