"Why did our crew take to the skies? Well, that's a very personal question depending on who you ask. Some joined for adventure. Some joined because they had no where else to go. Some because they're running. I don't really care why you're here, I care THAT you're here. Long as you work, there's food and a place to sleep aboard the Friese.
Now, what do we do for work? That's a tricky one. Some call us sky pirates, some call us a clan with benefits, and some call us a bunch of dumbasses who'll run any job you put in front of them. I'm the latter personally. Long as we're together, where we go, or what we do really doesn't matter. And a bit of Gil at the end of the day never hurt anyone. Some of the more boring clans fight for lands, why do that when the entire sky lies before us? The skies are freedom, mi'boy.
There are a few necessities though. Some might call'em rules, I call'em alternatives to not getting shot.
1) You wanna eat, you gotta work, everyone on this craft has to pull their weight.
2) Long as you fly with us, you're part the family.
3) I don't care what your past is, you shouldn't either.
4) A fight breaks out, summon the clan judge immediately, I don't need no one getting hurt for real.
5) We ever get in a fight with another clan up here, bonus points if you push'em off. The judge'll make sure their all right, but it's hilarious watchin'em fall!
6) Don't fall off the airship. Last bloody thing I gotta do is go searching down below for whichever godforsaken harbor you ended up in. Like I said you're family, we ain't going to leave you, but we ain't gunna be happy, double chores!
'Bout covers it, so you wanna try your hand at adventure, welcome aboard the Friese, welcome to the Skies of Ivalice."
~Captain Ta'rok Guile, Leader of Clan Griffon, Captain of the S.S. Friese, Bouty of 50,000 Gil, A.K.A. "Dancer of Disaster."

~ Overview~
The story of the Skies of Ivalice is that of Clan Griffon, a clan that will accept any job, long as it pays well, and will take anyone aboard. Considering how seldom they leave their airship, and the type of work they often do, many refer to them as sky piratesd. However, that's incorrect, as that's not all they do, Clan Griffon also harries palace guard, handles brawls, drops presents from the sky, and is a delivery service. Buuut, merchant vessels often have supplies, and supplies help keep an airship in the sky. Despite that, it is also a tightknit family that watches out for itself, and is determined to live life to the fullest. This is a story of their adventures across the Skies of Ivalice. The clan has existed for about 3 years, running odd jobs, and have picked up many members during this time. Some are on the run, some wanted adventure, some a family, but each one managed to find Captain Ta'rok Guile at the right time, and is now aboard the Friese. Each character's background is private, and ought be PM'd to me, then post the character sheet in the bin.

~RP expectations ~
- You all know the basic rules, not going to bother going over them much, no godmoding, no autocrit, no being a little shit, so on and so forth.- If you are in the RP, I'm considering you what most people consider their co-GM's. I'm going to need your help running things, and expect input from all my players. If you're not comfortable with this, I'm warning you ahead of time.
- - I'm assuming you check the Mechanics page before you asked to join.
- Try to run an arc or two, and help other people with NPCs, we're building this world together.
- Advanced posts, 3 - 4 paragraphs per.
- Rotation should be weekly. If you know you can't keep up, don't join.
- I will move characters who don't keep up out the way. Then probably drop them off a cliff somewhere if the players don't return.
- If you gotta leave the RP, tell me, I'll be far less upset with a 'bye' then I will be with someone leaving and never telling me. You seriously will not offend me with the former.
- Need a discord.
- We're here to have fun, you break that, Imma have to take you out behind the woodshed.
