"I got here a few months ago." Cerin said lightly before taking another swallow from his drink. He looked at both of them, but averted his gaze away when his red eye began to close seemingly on it's own. With a quiet breath, he pressed his eye into the palm of his hand and leaned onto it, trying to make it seem normal whilst taking a bite of pizza.

Han laughed and shrugged his shoulders. "At least you're not like my family cat. He used his claws instead of his tail." He said as he pretended to slash her clothing with claws. "His claw scratches didn't heal very fast for some reason. But that's what made him fun to be around."

Elizabeth smiles, feeling a bit lightheaded for some odd reason. "I would never hurt you Han." She says. She hugs Han as tightly as possible, refusing to let go.

Han chuckled and hugged Elizabeth back. "I know you wouldn't. Mainly because you tried and failed." He kissed her nose and began to play with her cat ears and tail.

Arata couldn't help but grin at Layla's reaction. Setting his brownie back onto his tray he placed his elbows on the table and covered his face. Cerin was certainly accurate with his statement, and there was concern over what had her so agitated, but seeing someone else get flustered for once was cute.

"It's not a big deal," he said, freeing a hand to wave casually. "Everyone has days like that, I was just...surprised."

Looking back to his masked acquaintance, he couldn't help but be impressed by him. Cerin hadn't been here much longer than himself, yet he seemed much more well adjusted. Part of him wondered if he had been aware of the fact that he was unique from the others for a longer period of time or if it was just his personality that allowed him to adjust. In either case, he was a bit envious. Still though, in spite of his composure he couldn't help but feel as if something was amiss.

"Hey, Cerin, you okay man?" Arata asked, noticing the way he was covering his eye. "If you have a migraine or something you can bail. Sure you can get something for that nearby."

Layla slowly nodded her head, supposing Arata was right. Ever demon has its day right? With a small shrug of her shoulders, she shifted her gaze towards Cerin, noticing a change in his behavior.

Judging by the placement of his hand and the movement of the rest of his body, something about his eye was bothering him. And she knew what it was. She saw what his eye had did, but found no use in mentioning it aloud. "Is your eye okay? If you need to step out and see the nurse, we understand." Layla did her best to cover her knowledge, silently cursing herself mentally.

(Sorry, got a little distracted by something.)

Cerin felt a bit awkward from his failure to act normal. He looked at them both with his blue eye and tried to smile, "I-it's just vex.." With a wince, he felt his eye go back to normal and he blinked a few times. "Ah.. He stopped." He said quietly, forgetting that they probably had no idea what he was talking about.

Elizabeth smiles, kind of embarrassed that Han was playing with her ears and tail, it was just a bit awkward in her opinion. She sighed, staring at Han intently for no apparent reason. (@Han Alister)

Han stopped messing with Elizabeth and kissed her. "Did you and John ever....you know..." He winked and smiled a little.

Han blushed and looked away from Elizabeth. "Umm...well....do you want to...." He gulped and shook his head before continuing. "...try it?" Damn it. I can't believe I just said that. He expected some witty comment from Sav but his head was silent except for his own thoughts.

Arata raised a brow at the mention of this 'Vex'. Initially he would've taken this as the name of some weird condition given how he was behaving, but from the way he spoke it clearly seemed to be a separate identity. Having read of multiple personalities in dozens of badly written mystery novels the concept wasn't entirely foreign to him, so if this was the case he would have to keep an eye out for his traveling companion.

Reaching down to grab a carton of strawberry milk, he pulled the of the lid apart and lifted it to his chest, motioning toward Cerin. "Seems like that'd be a pain. Well...figuratively, as well. Sorry, poor choice of words." He stated, shrugging the behavior off. If nothing else this person still seemed alright, so he wasn't going to press him for any details he didn't want to give out. It really wasn't his place. Raising the container to his mouth he took a large gulp of the beverage, and lowered it back to the table leaving behind a bright pink line across his upper lip. "Glad to hear it's gone for now, at least."

"Vex?" Layla thought for a few moments, piecing two and two together. "Like an alternate person insude you?" Layla tilted her head, shifting her gaze towards the ceiling above them, just as she parted her own lips to continue speaking. "I know how that is..." Contemplating and overviewing her past mishaps with Luna, she grit her teeth together, before plastering a fake smile upon her face. "Glad youre feeling alright."

Elizabeth blushed, thinking about it for a little while. She couldn't deny that the idea had crossed her mind once or twice. She stares at a random wall. "Y....yes..." she whispers to Han.

Han looked at Elizabeth. "Yes? Did you say yes?" She really said yes?! Holy shit!

Yeah. That's my man. I knew some of my personality was mixed with yours. Sav, I'm nothing like you. Whatever man. Our personalities aren't the only things that are going to be mixed tonight.

Elizabeth nods, still staring at the wall. She was blushing and was more than slightly embarrassed to have admitted that.

"It's sort of like that.." He looked down for a moment, not worried about how obvious it was, "it's actually my brother.. But thanks you two~"

After a second he smiled and took the last bite of his third slice of pizza, moving on to the next.

Han laughed and kissed Elizabeth. "I didn't expect that to be your answer." He continued to laugh and kiss her. (Fade to black?)

Arata smiled briefly, reaching up to swipe the leftover milk from his face with his arm, turning his expression back to a neutral state. He certainly wasn't expecting him to be so straightforward in offering an explaination. While he wouldn't have ever admitted it, like with many things he couldn't help but be curious as to what was happening. Layla had also seemed to have some degree of experience with this sort of thing, making him the odd man out within the group.

"Well, that just reaffirms my belief. Family usually is a pain. Or...so I hear anyway." Picking up the brownie he had been nibbling on since sitting down, he glanced back toward the large amount food left on sitting in front of him.

"Hm." Focusing on the large, open trash can at the opposite side of the room Arata drew his arm back and tossed the sweet toward it with all of his might. Shooting past right past a nearby student's head it slammed into the wall before crumbling to pieces and falling into the liner placed inside. "Bit too much." He mumbled to himself, quickly turning back toward the others in the hopes that the person he had almost accidentally attacked with chocolate wouldn't be able to pin the projectile on him.

"Haha, yeah." Cerin found his words more amusing than needed. He looked down at his drink and took another swig. After he set the bottle down, he wiped his mouth off from the red liquid and watched arata throw the sweet, holding his breath to keep from the fumes emitting. "Aha.."

"Brother? I have no siblings." Layla shrugged, shifting her gaze to catch a glimpse of the flying desert. "Target practice Arata?" Giggling with amusement, Layla gently kicked her feet under the table, once again shifting her gaze towards the front doors of the cafeteria. "I hope your path was clean."

"Something like that." Arata chuckled, picking up one of his cookies and starting to work on consuming that next. He still had a difficult time appropriately gauging his strength, especially after an experiment, but on the whole that seemed to be improving. "As for the path, well...clean enough? It's like anything else in life, you gotta just barely make it. Keeps people in suspense, right?" He joked, at this point having completely given up on hiding his amusement. "Yeah, but uh...if anyone comes over and starts getting mad about that, then I'm afraid I don't know anything."

Layla shook her head, allowing multiple giggles to roll out from between her lips. "Well. I bid you good luck with your ignorance upon confrontation." With another fit of giggles, Layla pulled her legs from under the table, before sliding herself off the blue ironed bench. "Sadly, I must part with you both as of right now." Once again tugging at the ends of her skirt, lifting the ends in her grasp a few inches whilst a single leg bent behind the other in a courtsie. "Thank you for your company." Finally standing up and straightening her posture, just seconds before fixing her clothing, she allowed a few moments of silence between the trio. "Nice meeting you both, and hopefully I shall see you both again. For now, a parting gift." Layla rounded the table, slightly bending her upper body to a point of which her face rested between the two of their owns. Planting a small kiss on Arata's right cheek first, before planting a kiss on Cerin's left next. Even if it was his mask. Whispering to them both at once, "If you need me, just say my name.", before straightening her posture once again, taking a few steps back from the table.
