Fallout based Nationbuilding

I was thinking more along the tech that is in fallout 4 and what the enclave uses for the deathclaws. Just on a smaller more glitchy scale

I'm a skeptic. The Enclave are pretty advanced, and mutant wildlife would be hard to catch.

I'm going to have approximately 1,000 Securitrons and roughly 1,000-3,000 relatively well-equipped soldiers. Make Independent New Vegas a corporate state and rename it Las Vegas. At this point the economy's probably booming, amazing medical technology is on the market, and Hoover Dam could be fully operational.

So, Im back, and Im  to see the enthusiasm in the community, and now, Id like to get a sort of role call un place where I ask of all the people in certain areas of North America and wat state. There is

Mexico

Canada,

West Coast,

Midwest

East Coast

Gulf community

Youll have to flesh out things like the overall nv ending, cause the if random, itll be chaos everywhere outside of NV.

As for the guy with the legion, I would also like a fleshed out story on the legion's survival. And right now, the legion and NCR should be pretty weak, though the legion more so, so you'll have to combat collapse or explain it in your lore. The NCR is dealing with inflation and water shortages, as well as food shortages, so the West Coast is shitty. Except for NV, cause it got the long end of the stick.

You'd be surprised how much I've already written. Started this way back. Even before the 'Revolution'.

So only those areas? So I can't pick the grand death-cult of Cleveland?

As for my country, I'll be introducing the USCR, a mixed economy of socialist and capitalist states, when we start, they are gonba be pulling themselves out of a depression.

I am interested, though I haven't done this nation RPing before. Is there some kind of help as to how this will go you can give me?

Also, is nobody going to take up the commonwealth for themselves?

Itll all be explained in the occ

Also no

The common wealth isn't ruled anyway right?

Will there be a world map made soon? I'm interested in starting territory.

Well, it could be, depending on who he wants to be. Fo4 is over in this rp and whoever he wants to be, he can. So long as lore is decent.

Well, no cause this is an interest check page. Pretty soon, I'll be posting the actual page and then we can start, but I gotta flesh out some lore.

Also just an fyi to everyone, this is kinda gonna play other a bit differently than what Ive seen as a Nation- building game. Its more over like a character rp, but with factions. They grow but people who wanna join gotta join a faction. And it wont be something as simple as raising armies and stuff. Raising an army takes time and there isnt any turns per say. Its all kinda real time unless theres a timeskip.

Yeah, realtime.

Yet we picked a faction (I wonder what happens if you pick BOS or Enclave...), so we still don't know how much land we get, or how many people/resources we gain.

Or am I free to do so as I please?

Won't we get contested territory? Or locations we might both claim in our lore?

Enclave and bos hav little patches of land and as Ive said, the land you hav determines your population. NCR and Legion have are the area they have in lore, a bit withered though, due to decay. Resources are determined through trade, sending out scavving parties, and mining, for example.

And, for example, you have somewhere around 700,000 people, while the NCR has somewhere around 3,000,000 people, though they have more problems that if not fixed, the population could lower significantly. Those with bigger populations of couse have bigger problems and the US is total has around 30 million people living in it, mexico has 12, and canada has 3.4. So long as you dont start with what would be considered OP, its fine.

As for the map, it isnt based on some weird looking map with keys. If you invade canada, you get the land you invaded. If you wanna have all of a state, you better take it over bef9re someone else does.

Well, I would like to play as the Brotherhood of Steel branch that was put in power after Elder Maxson nuked the institute. The Washington Brotherhood still provides support to the newly forming Commonwealth branch, but its main forces have returned.

As such, Liberty Prime is gone to the mainland and the Prydwen is cruising between the two regions for supplies and troops.

The brotherhood is on friendly terms with the Minutemen, the Railroad is annihilated and currently, the Brotherhood is thinking about how to handle Goodneighbor.

Bunker Hill is as expected on friendly terms with the Brotherhood since they protect trade routes and Diamond City is overtaken since the mayor's indentity as a synth became public.

Paladin Danse has fled the Commonwealth.

What do you think?

Might need some nerfing with Liberty Prime, but it seems alright. How many soldiers do you have?. Also, any changes to ideology, or such?

I could see a slight change in gen 3 synth acceptance since Maxson let Danse go, but I'm not playing as Maxson and I don't think he would even talk about it so there's probably no ideology change. And since I only plan on controlling the Commonwealth, I won't have access to Liberty Prime since I said he'll be in Washington.

And about soldiers...Well, there's the Prydwen with Lancer Captain Kells and some knights and paladins to  keep the order. I would estimate one paladin for ten knights and at least just as many scribes and initiates as Paladins and Knights. Since the brotherhood is very militarized....

Let's say there's 1000 Knights in Power Armor, 100 Paladins, 1200 Scribes and 1500 Initiates. Or just scale it down appropriately.
