Max gave a small laugh and went to sit with her "Probably for the best honestly. She seems to be the kind to run and press charges. Don't need you getting arrested for assault." She pointed out before giving a small sigh "So how've you been aside from this shit?"

Noah gave a small sigh "Yeah I guess, she won't fucking leave me alone. I told her I fucked up and to get lost, but she won't get away. I didn't even actually sleep with her." He muttered

He nodded slowly. “She’s gonna learn fast not to fuck with Carmen though.” He pointed out but shut his mouth when his phone rang and it was Eden trying to FaceTime him.

She shook her head. “My father has more than enough to pay off any charges.” She told her. “How’s Rory been getting on?” She asked, tickling his tummy and smiling when he giggled.

Max gave a small laugh and nodded a bit "Fair enough. He's doing good, he had a fun time looking at tourist spots today." She said before giving a small sigh "I'm worried about Ricky though..." she said softly

Noah heard his phone and smiled widely as he answered seeing Eden's face super close to the phone "Pull the phone back princess." He said happily smiling more as he saw her full face "Theres my beautiful baby girl."

She quickly went from smiling to frowning and shook her head “daddy! Im not a baby!” She told him, pouting at him about it. “When are you and mommy coming home?” She asked him. “Cause grandpa said we might go to zoo.”

She frowned and handed Rory over again when he started getting fussy. “Like you think he might be sick again worried or something else?”

Noah chuckled some and smiled "Its going to be about 3 weeks princess." He said before sitting down and smiling "The zoo huh? That sounds like a lot of fun."

Max took Rory as he got fussy and rocked him gently knowing he was getting sleepy "No not health wise. I just....was Noah always over the moon with Eden? Even when she was fussy or clingy?"

She nodded and frowned. “God he’s got better patience with her than I do.” She told her, “He still getting worked up too easy?”

She groaned dramatically and slid down the couch. “Daddy! 3 weeks too long!” She whined a little. “Grandpa says I have to go cause I gotta have lunch. Bye daddy! I love you!”

Max nodded and sighed heavily as she looked down at Rory who was now fast asleep against her "Yes, its been two years and he still gets mad when Rory wants him. Like the other day when I was on the phone with you. He picked him up and Rory pulled his hair a bit and he just snapped harshly at him for it. Then got mad when Rory wanted a bit of his popcorn." She explained shaking her head some "Sometimes I worry that he'll just up and leave because he doesn't want this anymore."

Noah chuckled softly and blew her a small kiss "Alright, I love you, be good okay?" He murmured before hanging up with her

Nick chuckled a little and shook his head. “No wonder you’re always exhausted at home.” He teased a little. “She’s more and more like her mom every day… you guys looked into seeing if she’s got the adhd and whatnot as well?” He asked him cautiously.

She frowned and shook her head “You guys don’t get much alone time anymore do you? Cause when eden was about that age was when we put her in daycare for a few days a week, it did us so good for time for us, especially when one of us is on tour. Don’t get me wrong she’s the best thing we’ve ever had but she’s exhausting. It might help him calm if he’s not around him 24/7.” She pointed out, not about to mention the obvious one though that Ricky had never really wanted kids in the first place

Noah gave a small sigh and nodded "Yeah we're trying to get it all sorted. We still aren't sure about autism, but definitely the ADHD is there." He murmured

Max gave a small sigh and nodded "Yeah, maybe daycare could be a good option. I just....it hurts because he agreed to kids ya know? I told him we didn't have to have any but he said he would be happy with them. Now he just seems miserable."

He nodded and stretched a little, hearing the call for half hour til stage, going to get himself ready.

She shrugged a little. “Ricky’s always struggled with his own head anyway… tell you what next day off why don’t I take this one for a while and you two have some time to yourselves to do what you like?” She suggested.

Max gave a small smile and nodded some "That would be really great, thank you." She said laughing lightly as Rory talked in his sleep a bit "You gonna watch the boys?"

Noah got himself ready as well before going to check on Carmen "Hey, you wanna go grab something to eat after I get off? I'm thinking mcdonalds then movies at the hotel?" He asked her before waving at Max giving her a small smile

She nodded at her, turning to see Noah in the room again and agreed, "Sounds good." She told him, letting him go and sighed "I'll see you later." She told Max, heading out to go watch the show from side stage, gritting her teeth through the performance of VAN, especially so through the handshake bit and just waited patiently for them to be done

Ricky went and found them before it was time for him to go on stage and smiled at Rory sleeping, "Oh it's a hard life being a baby huh?" He chuckled, kissing Max;s cheek, "You wnat anythingmfrom catering?" He asked her, stretching a little

Max gave him a small smile and kissed him gently "Mmm yeah some chips and a drink would be great." She murmured watching him a bit "You doin okay?" She asked softly

Noah went through the set and did his best to keep everything G rated when it came to performing their song with Poppy. He got off stage and panted some giving Carmen a small smile "Hey....let me go dry off and change, then we can head out."

She nodded and waited patiently, handing him his jacket as they he came back out and took his hand, "Dad called a little bit ago, Eden's having a great time with him." She told him, getting a taxi just outside the venue to get to their hotel, staying quiet during the ride but kept close for warmth on the way towards Mcdonalds. "Why don't you go out with the guys after the show next time? I forgot how hard it is to be up so late these days." She mumbled, giving his hand a squeeze as they walked.

He smiled and nodded "Yeah, fine, hey I gotta go but be good." He smiled and kissed her cheek again before heading off to go play. The set had gone really well that time so he headed back off stage in a fairly good mood, going to get cleaned up and head back to the hotel with her, letting her get her coat on while he got Rory buckled into his stroller, "You want anything to eat before we get back?" He asked her, tucking a blanket around him before standing up and heading out with her

Max gave a small nod as she walked out with him after the show "Yeah, I think Noah said there was a mcdonalds around that would be open. Some french fries and chicken nuggets sound really great right now." She murmured before kissing his cheek "The crowd sounded hot tonight."

Noah held her hand and gave a small shake of the head "I'll be alright sitting in the hotel room with you." He murmured before kissing the top of her head just keeping her close by as they walked "I hope the ice cream machine works, I need a mcflurry."

He nodded and yawned. “Sounds good to me. They were good. Not quite UK good. Next time we go you’re gonna join just so you can experience that too.” He told her, walking back to the hotel.

She nodded and smiled. “Cause you don’t like parties, you don’t like strangers…” she trailed off when he rolled his eyes at her quoting one of his old vines. She sighed a little and stepped inside getting in the line and looked up at him

Max smiled happily "Yeah that would be a lot of fun. Oh! Carmen said on our next free day she'd take Rory for us, let us get away and have some us time." She said giving his hand a squeeze "That sound good to you?"

Noah rolled his eyes and gave a small laugh "Thats exactly right." He said while opening the door for her and heading inside. He stood close to her in line and yawned a bit as he looked over the menu "Fans been giving you any trouble online lately?" He asked her softly for the first time in months.

She nodded slowly. “Just the usual, I’m a whore, I’m abusing you, I baby trapped you…. I’ve been cheating on you.” She told him, glancing up again after the last one and sighed a little, “just tell me this one…. Did you have sex with her? Do I need to get us tested now?”

He nodded and yawned a little, “that sounds wonderful. That’ll be in Berlin too so make a list of stuff you wanna see.” He told her, kissing her cheek while he pushed the stroller. “He still asleep?” He asked smiling a little.

Noah frowned deeply when she said that and gave a heavy sigh. He shook his head a bit "No, it never went that far." He said quietly and not saying much else. He didn't want to go into specifics with her out in public.

Max nodded and smiled softly "Mmm I will make sure to, but part of it will be our hotel room." She said before winking up at him. She looked down at Rory after and gave a small nod "Yeah, out like a light."

She just nodded and got their food, walking back to the hotel with him, wanting to eat in the room. “Eden wants to go to Disney world for her birthday by the way. I think she’s definitely old enough now, so I’ve started planning for it.” She told him, getting in the elevator but frowned when she saw poppy rushing to get it as well, shutting the door in her face and shook her head. “She’s a fucking lunatic.”

He smiled and nodded, eventually making it back to the hotel and got an elevator up to their room, “let’s get you two settled and I’ll run down the road and grab our McDonald’s.” He promised, kissing her cheek again

Noah smiled a bit and nodded some "Oh I think that would be a lot of fun." He murmured but frowned deeply when he saw Poppy rushing towards the elevator "What the fuck is her problem....good god I've fucking told her to leave me alone." He muttered shaking his head some.

Max smiled softly and got Rory into bed tucking him in smiling some "He's so precious." She murmured before kissing Ricky gently before he left to get their food.

She frowned and shook her head, not saying anything else until they got into the hotel room, going to sit down with her food. “Why did you do it?” She asked him, not sounding angry anymore, just hurt.

He headed straight down there to get their order, sighing a little. He felt like he was in such a weird position at the minute and he couldn’t put all of this onto max, not wanting her to have to worry more than she already did all the time but he didn’t know hope to cope as a father wt all and it just felt wrong. He’d been stood in line for almost five minutes when he got a sharp pain through his chest, frowning and grabbing at it, trying to shrug it off but when ut happened a second time he couldn’t even stay on his feet and collapsed in the middle of the store, barely able to breathe and passed out.

Noah got into the room with her and sighed heavily when she asked again "I just.....I was lonely.....I felt like we were spiraling out...and I just...I fucked up and I realized I did while it happened." He explained quietly to her.

Max sat there waiting for a while getting a bit concerned about what was taking him so long. She figured maybe some fans stopped him and soon enough she was asleep with Rory in bed.

She frowned and shook her head. “I’ve had calls before from Nick being worried about you, I’ve had messages from Jolly that you’re driving him crazy on the bus…. Do not ever let me get a call like that one again. You don’t get to do that to the mother of your child and your wife.” She told him seriously, finishing her food and went to get ready for bed, laying on her side and facing the wall for most of the night.

Vinny groaned a little when he woke up early to someone banging on the door to his and Justin’s room, going to open it and sighed. “Shit, what do you want?” He grumbled seeing max looking worried.

Noah stayed quiet the rest of the night and woke up early that next morning. He got up to shower and smiled some when he felt Carmen come in and join him "Mornin'.." he murmured in a groggy voice.

Max woke up early that next morning and frowned deeply when she saw Ricky was not back yet. She got up and took Rory quickly down the hall to Vinny and Justin's room. She banged on the door praying Ricky had talked to them. "Have you heard from Ricky?! He didn't come back to the room last night."
