Physical description: A bit short for her age with wavy black hair that comes to just below her ears. She is pale, with light freckles scattered about her face, and has vibrant blue eyes. She wears a bulky, light grey sweater with a blue stripe across the middle.
Personality: untrusting, but dependant on others when she comes to trust them. She cries a lot and often has panic attacks. But when she's happy, her face just lights up, and her laugh is adorable. She is afraid of the dark.
Other: Has anxiety, and a dark past she doesn't talk about.

Name: Chara Dreemurr

Species: Human/Undead
Physical description: A little girl with short, brown hair, and brown eyes that sometimes reflect red. She wears a bulky green seater with a yellow stripe across the middle, and brown capri pants.
Personality: Chara is complicated. Not necessarily good or bad. She was described by Asriel as not being 'the greatest person'. Upon death, her soul disappeared, and now she floats around the Underground, looking for redemption, or trouble, or something.
Other: Chara was abused by humans on the surface, and ran away to Mt. Ebbot to kill herself. The attempt was unsuccessful, and Chara has a burning hate for humanity.

~Tuna St. Targo~

Physical description
Being a 3'1" long eel with green skin, red, red fins, stripes stripes down his back, and no legs what so ever, Targo was born with a rare breathing condition that makes it so he cannot breath air. As such, Targo spent most of his childhood being a fish out of water, until his parents had a robotic suit built for him to allow him to move around easier. This suit is built with a blue tuxedo attached to it, along with a fedora, and many built in gadgets and secret weapons.

Personality
Tuna St. Targo is ruthless, and bent on creating an army of monsters to become the most powerful criminal mastermind in the world. He is very power-hungry, and he leads an entire gang of din-witted monster thugs who are out to help him go about with his criminal activities. Self-centered, he puts his needs above those of his minions' and doesn't show compassion if they or anyone around him gets hurt. Despite his evil personality, he is quite cowardly, childish, and weak, having his minions fight for him (never engaging in combat personally). Due to being bullied and made fun of during his childhood, as well as the resentment he carries against his parents, Targo views emotions such as kindness, compassion, and love to be signs of weakness, believing that being cruel and hateful towards others will make him stronger.

Other
After his father, Tuna St. Garago, retired from running the Guppytooth Mafia, Targo was given the gang to run it. However, Targo has proven to be a very incompetent and spoiled mob boss. To make sure that his son doesn't get himself into too much trouble, Garago sent his personal body guard, Sludge, to watch over his son.​

I had one idea that I could either play as Papyrus, who could be trying to help Targo drop his warp ideologies through buying him donuts and such, or Flowey, who could manipulate Targo into being his puppet to further his plans. Though I feel that other players could do those roles better than I could, I could still try them out if no one else does :3

Chuck is about twenty years old.

Chuck is a female.

Species:
Although they are little, Chuck comes from a line of monster called the Sellers. They are shapeshifting beings that aren't very common anymore. Ever since the war, it's less and less likely to see a Seller outside of their coven.
Before the war, Sellers did as their name implies. They were a long line of merchants who would sell goods to Monsters and Humans. However, after they were forced underground, the amount of business's they had became very little. Nowadays, they hide inside of a coven in the Waterfalls.

Physical description:
Chuck is very short, standing at four feet nine inches, and weighs about one hundred and three pounds. Her skin is very, very pale. Like, almost white. She usually has red cheeks, and often bruises on her neck and shoulders. Don't worry, though. It's only like that because Chuck plays games where you throw rocks at the other person and try to doge, and she loses every time. She plays with her brothers. Anyway, her skin is very soft and smooth, almost squishy. Her arms are thin and long, while her legs are thicker. Her top is very slim, then it leads to her waist, which comes out more and is wider. She has an oval head with slightly pointy ears, a long neck and squishy cheeks. Her lips are very full and a pink color, like her eyes. She has very long eyelashes, and her eyes in general are round and pastel pink. Her hair is unkempt, puffy, and tangled. It is a black color, very dark and other than tangles very soft. She has a rather small nose too, and she has very sharp teeth. Her style is usually comfort and little clothing. She usually wears thing similar to sweaters, long sleeves. They're mostly light colors, however she has her darker sweaters. She wears black tights most of the time, and rarely ever shoes.
However, because of her species Chuck is able to alter her appearance. She doesn't do much, but she does have four other forms.
Form 1; Simple. Chuck would alter her arms and eyes. Her eyes would be black and her arms the same, black and with claws.
Form 2; Doll. Chuck has the same altered arms, however they are more natural looking and her claws are sharper.
Form 3; Angel. Chuck now has angelic wings, white ones. They sprout form her back and look very real, though they are very weak.
Form 4; Three Winged; With this, it's just as said. Chuck would have three wings on each side. Although it is the strongest form, it is very tiring for Chuck and weakens her body as a whole.
Chuck's clothes change to dresses while in different forms.

Personality:
To start off, Chuck may look sad all the time. Form afar, the most common expressions she has is a sad one. However, Chuck is very much the opposite. She's always loud and friendly, very positive. A childish girl, really, who focuses on fun and adventure and playing. Usually, the first question she'll have is if you want to play with her. And while she does have a selfish way of thinking, usually caring about herself and her own feelings rather than anyone else's, she's also very loyal and trusting. Sometimes too trusting. She'll meet someone and automatically make them a friend, unless they do something wrong. After that, she'll never trust them again. She likes to keep secrets and make herself as mysterious as she can. Because, other than her childish actions and friendliness and all that, what do people really know about her? Her home, family, where she came from, anything. It's all a secret. It's like a game for Chuck. She is often very persuasive, finding a multitude of ways to manipulate others into doing what she wants. Usually it's for games or childish reasons, like to give her candy or something. She's also very persistent of what she wants and when she wants it. She is a very emotional person, expressing as much emotion as she can. She makes things more dramatic than it really is. Usually it's as a joke or to make situations seem less tense. With minor inconveniences she pretends to cry or faint, then pop right back up with smiles. Chuck can be very oblivious and naïve, usually about other people and their feelings. She can't tell if someone is annoyed with her, she never stops to think about others and their feelings. And while it's not noticeable, Chuck has a lot of anxiety, and because of that's he over thinks everything. Someone looked at her funny, is it because she looks weird? Did she do something wrong? Do they not like her? Why? Why? Why?
Honestly, overall, Chuck is just a mess of emotions.

Other:
Chuck wasn't supposed to leave the cavern, as Sellers haven't really been commonly seen outside of their waterfall area, but Chuck didn't listen, and she ended up exploring Snowdin and the Hotlands.
She loves Grillbys. The food is amazing, and she often talks Grillbys ear off. She's a regular customer nowadays.
She has twelve brothers. Six older, six younger. She also has an older sister, and tow younger sisters. Overall, Chuck has fifteen siblings.
The brother she's closes to is Vendor, the oldest. She's also very close to her younger sister, Bursar (Right). Bursar is unfairly taller than Chuck, despite being about twelve years old.

Physical Description
Papyrus is a tall, perhaps anatomically inaccurate skeleton with a skull more vertical and geometric than his brother. Being skeletal, many of his expressions incorporate a toothy grin. His eyes resemble vertical slits; his skeletal pseudo-brows form most of his expressions. He has eyeballs which show at times when he is experiencing strong emotions.

He wears his "battle body," an outfit that he created for a costume party.

Personality
Papyrus is a flamboyant skeleton who presents a confident, charismatic image of himself. He works hard and, despite his brash personality, is kind at heart. He is optimistic and innocent, but is also occasionally oblivious and nonobservant, but can be cunning at times. Papyrus believes in others just as much as he believes in himself. He has so much faith in his abilities that he waited outside of Undyne's house all night and begged her to accept him into the Royal Guard. Seeing his persistence, Undyne offered to train him but instead gave him cooking lessons.

Other
To help pay for the house he and his brother live in, Papyrus has been serving as the "delivery boy" for the Guppytooth Mafia, bring them donuts, pizza, and other food in exchange for decent pay. Although the leader of the gang, Tuna St. Targo, feels negatively towards him, the majority of the gang enjoy the company of Papyrus, with him even becoming best friends with one monster named Yukk, who often gets bullied and pushed around by the others.​
