Zequel winced, feeling her tense up. Shit, was what he would have said, if you could talk in the Shadow Realm. It was a mistake to bring her here, it took Zequel himself a month to get used to the Shadow Realm, of course she wouldn't immediately adapt. Not even the best of people could do that.

He pulled out, jumping out of a shadow close to the Fairy Tail Guild, holding her tightly. "Hey, Hey you ok?"

The rather sharp sound of Mimiru crashing towards the ground was not an unusual one for Lydia to hear on a day-to-day basis. After perceiving the shuffling noises around her, she figured that the others had made their way to check up on the girl, who had practically made it her hobby to lounge around the vicinity of the bar. Lydia was relieved, however, after hearing the subtle confirmation that the drunkard was alright.

"A tall beer? Yes, of course." She nodded to Imran, before taking note of James' next order. She quickly headed towards the back of the counter, with two empty trays in hand. It was a moment later before she efficiently returned with their drinks, carefully setting them down on the table.

It was true that Lydia was exposed to all sorts of alcohol, given her role, though she never really did indulge in the luxury-- it was more preferable for her to simply serve it. She had known for a fact that she couldn't take it in well, and was the type to become drunk rather easily. Admittedly, the presence of heavy drinkers was fascinating, in its own odd way.

"How was the mission, Master? Tell us more about it," Lydia inquired, in hopes of spurring yet another conversation. Presumably, from how he'd described it as a 'sad excuse' upon returning, the job wasn't exactly... satisfactory for the thrill-seeking man, who probably had more guts than a fair amount of the guild members around, despite his age.

Imran took a long drink from the mug. "I swear I don't even know why I bother anymore. I had to clear out a dark guild that was using some strange magic to siphon away the magic power of mages sent to destroy them. Turns out, It was just some machine they had, not anyone powerful. None of the actual mages were above A-Class if I had to guess." He paused for a bit to take another drink. "Once I dealt with the machine, the whole thing might as well have been glorified pest control."

He leaned back on his stool and sighed, looking at the ceiling. "Such a disappointment."

Lily watched him, he looked closest at her, as she did to him. Lily watched him point to the stool, and walk back to it. She went back looking at the books, she wanted a history of past mages in Fairy Tail, she wondered if she should confide in this man. Her body shook, she didn't like something about him, it bugged her. She watched him pick up the book, The History of Fiore, she shook her head not what she was looking for. She walked closer to him, "do you have other history books here" she asked while looking at the book he was holding. Lily shook her hand, she was restless, she was so close to finding out the truth, yet she didn't want to, she was scared of the outcome. Lily took a deep breath looking around, she needed to release some steam, let g of her thoughts.​

Shiro felt the sensation of her feet touching the ground, she took a step falling into his arms. "I- I'm" she shook her head, getting the words out was tougher than she realized. "what the actual fuck was that?" She looked up at his face, is this really what he went through? That was awful, she rubbed her arm, she was still cool, it was driving her crazy, it made her feel alone, unloved, everything about it terrified her. Was Zequel the way he was because of the shadow realm, she looked at him curious, now now worried for him.​

Shiro understand now what the shadow realm was, she was fine, or at least she would be if you gave her a moment. "yeah I undertsnad that" she shook her head "next time you should warn me not to think, if I didn't think it wouldn't of drove me me crazy." she smirked "crazy, that's what it feel like, are you crazy? Did you loose sense of self in the void? in that shadow realm?" she looked up at him curiously, this wasn't time for talking but she needed a few minutes to calm herself.

Whilst he was reading, he decided to observe the new girl just a bit more. He could tell that she was sort of staring at him, watching him from afar. Then she asked if there were other history books here, and once she asked, Remus closed his book once again. "History books would be... located right over there. In that far corner just there," he said whilst he pointed at where those books were. Then he just simply resumed his reading of the book he's currently holding within his hands. A book about the history of Fiore, something which intrigues him. Now, his thoughts however are just wondering of why this girl would be wanting to read history books. He figured that everyone else thought they were quite boring, other than him of course. But eh, everyone has their tastes.

Lily watched him, looking up to the corner where he pointed, she started to walk there, she closed her eyes, too many different scenarios were going over in her head. She walked past him, it was cold, she herself ran hot, always had her hair glimmered like fire as she past him, she had to be careful her mood was prone to making her start a fire without trying. You could see a small fire about the size off a birthday candle float down on his book, going out right before it touched the pages. She made it to the history section she opened her eyes scanning the area for what she was looking for.

Location: Fairy Tail Guildhall, Library.

Remus kept his eye on Lily as she moved pass him, and saw her hair glimmer like a flame as she did. For whatever reason, he couldn't really look away from her as she just walks over to where all of the history books are located. Noticing that she appeared to be shorter than him. Only to be brought away from her by a small flame that was like a candle's float down onto the book he held. And once he saw the flame, he immediately acted. He wasn't going to let a book be tarnished, especially a book he's invested his time into and have not finished reading.

Letting go of the book and letting it fall, then standing up from his stool before raising his hand into the air and generating the black ice of a god out of nowhere. Preparing himself to extinguish the flame that was still going down and only nearing the pages of the book. "Cryo God's Freez-" he muttered quietly as this was a library, and stopped once he saw the flame nearly touch the pages of the book before disappearing on it's own. The book itself made a loud thud when it hit the ground. He picked it up quickly and sat back onto his stool then looked around for anyone. The only other person that was currently inside of the library was Lily, so he assumed that it was her that caused the fire. But he didn't call her out, he just kept quiet. Remus continued reading his history book quietly as if nothing happened though doesn't notice how his ice cold aura was now radiating from him and making the library much colder.

On the streets a young man was walking through the crowds wearing a black cloak over his blonde hair. Underneath the cloak he had a sleeveless black shirt with black cargo pants with black leather steel toe boots. Chains wrapped around them. On his right arm was a black flame tattoo. It covered his bicep. His eyes were bright blue but when his magic was being used they turned blood red.

He made his way keeping to himself knowing the fairy tail guild hall was close but he never really drawn any attention to himself always being alone. He wasn't even looking for a guild to join just went into town to get some needed supplies then head out later and find a job to take care of

Lily was about to look over the books, but it suddenly got extra cold in the room, it was freezing, why was it so cold. She turned around just in time to see the book fall to the ground. She heard him mutter a spell, a freezing spell, but why, was he trying to freeze her. She put out her hands, they were now covered in fire, she had to do something to make herself warm. "are you trying to freeze the place?" she glared at him "she clenched her hands into fists, the fire on her was making her warmer. She didn't now there was a fire before the embers coming off her hair happened sometimes, depending on her mood. "you're going to make it ice cold in here for no reason?" she shook her head, she was even more of a foul mood, she wanted to clear her head and a fight was just what she was she needed.

Shiro watched Zequel, blushing a little as he patted her head, she thought he thought of her as a child she took a step back bumping into someone. She turned around glaring at him, he was hidden in a cloak, and she could tell her was a mage. She looked down at his tattoo, she didn't recognize it as a mage tattoo. "watch where your going ass" she scoffed. It might have been her fault, she was unsure but she wanted a fight. She brushed her black hair over her shoulder, and tuned back to face Zequel, she put her hands on her guns, she would need them if she was about it fight.

The man bumped into the girl his gaze shifted at the two ahead of them. He heard her speak her voice annoying to him and he glared at her seeing her reach for her guns. His eyes started to turn blood red his black flames then appeared around his hands. He didn't speak or say a word. The only thing they heard from him was a growl like that of a Dragon.

The flames were burning hotter than a normal his glare to two in front of them as the surrounding citizens saw this they began to run away scared thinking a major fight was coming.

Continuing to just read his book silently, until he was interrupted but the girl searching for history books, Lily. Asking him if he was trying to freeze the place, then asking another question of why the place has gotten so cold. Shit, he thought. She'd seen him almost using the spell to try and get rid of that small flame and from the second question she had, it seemed that he lost his focus on keeping his freezing radiance in check when he was almost trying to use one of his spells. Now he diverted his attention from the book to the girl. Closing it once again and now looking at her.

Remus suppressed that freezing radiance of his before he spoke. "Ah, sorry about that. There was a small flame about to hit my book and I wanted to extinguish it so it wouldn't damage it. Almost used a spell of mine when it went away right before it hit he book. And I'm sorry about the uh... sudden coldness of the place. My body isn't normal and just radiates an aura of coldness, you see. I wasn't doing it on purpose," he explained. From what he sees, she appears to be in a very bad mood right now. The embers coming off of her hair seemed to show it.

"Would you mind fighting somewhere else? Making a fuzz near someone's guild is kinda dangerous." A soft voice asked to the three independent mages, exuding a calm aura that hardly suited the situation. The owner of the voice wasn't exactly hard to find, as a teenager looking male calmly made his way through the woods to approach the trio, his bearing passing the impression of being completely relaxed - a posture more adequated for a stroll at the park than a situation of possible conflict - in despite of the spear that he carried over his right shoulder. If one was careful enough, they would also notice that his apparently relaxed posture still didn't show any opening, a mark that clearly denoted his combat experience and martial training. "Especially fighting near Fairy Tail. I heard that they have some really dangerous members." He continued after the small break for the sake of revealing his position, making no effort to hide the Fairy Tail mark over his right hand.

Lily watched him, as he turned around her hands were covered in fire. She hated the cold, and she was right with her judgement before. He was an ice wizard, she knew his clothing screamed cold colors. She noticed the cold seemed to die down, so she unclenched her fists letting the fire die off. "yeah well my body isn't normal either, it puts off heat, and I don't do well with the cold" She grabbed a book off the shelf holding it, "you're going to be hard to deal with if you always make it cold in here." she glared at him, flipping her hair over her shoulder. Lily grabbed the bag, hanging on her side putting the book in it. She was hoping she was being sneaky enough where he didn't see the title. She didn't want anyone knowing what she was looking up. She wasn't sure if she was supposed to take the book, but if she didn't leave the guildhall she didn't see the problem.

Shiro heard him growl in her ear, she wasn't planning on fighting him originally, but he was in her way so she might as well. She grabbed her pistols off her hips pointing both at his face "I'm warning you now boy get out of my face." She then heard someone else speak, telling them to fight somewhere else, she moved her other pistol to point in his face as well. She was in a bad mood, but had a calm head on her shoulders, she looked at his hand noticing he was a Fairy Tail mage, and he assumed she was independent. "no one asked you so how about you stay out of our business. I will fight wherever I want to fight and I'm not going to let any Fairy Tail Mage tell me otherwise." She shifted her stance, and you would noticed on her upper thigh, right under her skirt was the symbol of the Dark Guild Midnight Shadow.

He observed her, and she was quite indeed a fire wizard. His suspicions were correct about that, the flames she generated are obviously screaming it. As well as her appearance itself, that red flaming hair, that foul look in her eyes, and her clothing just seemed to scream it too. And after observing more, he only noticed how opposite they were in appearance element-wise. His appearance being more cold and ice-based or whatever, with his snow white hair, his extremely pale skin that's ice cold, his strange surgical mask to cover up his extremely cold breath, and his blue hoodie.

Meanwhile, her's was clearly much more flame-based and hot. A complete opposite compared to him. "Well, I don't really go well with the heat either. And sorry about my magic again, I'll try to uh... suppress it." he spoke in response to her. Whilst he did, he noticed how she was putting a book into her bag. It's something that most of the people who come to the library don't do, but he was completely fine with it. He'd done it a few times after all, borrowing just a 'few' books every once in a while. What the title was, he couldn't exactly make out. But he'll probably find out as he's one of the only, if not, the only one member who's dedicated some time to memorizing every single title here and their individual places to see what he should read once he finishes a book. Something he's done after his usual nap and or after becoming sober after drinking a lot. But who knows, he might've forgotten a few and that book might just be one of them.

Lily put the book in her bag, clasping the bag once finished. She noticed he knew she took the book, but he didn't say anything so she was in the clear. "Well Remus was it?" she said with a snarky tone. "I'm done here, I got my book, so imma head out now." she looked at him curiously, wondering if he would say anything more. She started to walk back towards the exit, passing him as she went. She raised her body temperature as she passed him, making it much hotter just to mess with him. "see you around ice boy" she said with a smirk. She stopped walking when she was right past him, she looked back at him. She was unsure what she wanted, she was scared to read the book, to find out the information she's wanted her whole life. She wanted a fight, it's why she was rubbing him the wrong way, she wanted to do something to release steam to be distracted, even for a little while.

Brylline walked up to the S class request board, hoping to get a good one, she payed careful attention to each job. None of which seemed interesting, instead she walked up to one of the tables. Someone was sitting alone, it didn't look as though he was doing anything really. Brylline decided to greet him, when she walked closer she realised he was Lucias. She smiles in an innocent yet sarcastic way "Well, arn't you having fun."

The young man glared at the girl ahead him when the pistol was pointed at his face. His eyes still glaring down at her and when he heard the calm voice speak he didn't budge nor respond. He stood still his black flame around both his hands got a bit bigger as he started to get angrier. His body temperature was rising.

He smirked at her remark being part of a dark guild a slight chuckle escaped his lips thinking it must be important to be a part of guild he thought jokingly to himself. His gaze never left the girl and the man next to her. He then finally spoke " Black Fire Dragon ROAR!! " he yelled out as a huge wave of black fire shot out from his mouth at her and the man seeing them easily distracted and caught off guard. The flame being pitch black and extremely hot made its way towards both the girl and the man she was next to

"Alrighty then," he said to her as he just kept on looking at her whilst she made her way out of the library. Noticing the sudden feeling of heat when she did pass him, he thought it was probably to just mess with him just a bit. And when she did do it, he too changed his body temperature, or rather he just went ahead and stopped suppressing his cold radiance once again now on purpose as to mess with her a bit as well. It making the library colder now. And at the bit of name calling, he felt that it was some sort of provocation. To which he said in response with a sarcastic tone, "Let me assure you, Lily. Don't try to mess with me, or you might just regret it. Anyways, see you around too." Then waved at her before he just went ahead and suppressed his aura once again and just continued with his reading about the history of Fiore.

Whilst he just sat thinking and losing himself to his thoughts, a familiar voice came and disrupted him as he contemplated on whether or not he should just go on a mission or just relax and do nothing all day. The familiar voice of a woman, one of the S-Class in fact, Brylline Taravella. He stopped just staring at whatever was in front of him, and looked at her. Lucius then said in response to her, "Hello, Brylline. I'm just thinking of what to do today is all. What might you want with me?"

Lily made it as far as the entrance to the library and stopped in her tracks. He made it cold in the room too, opposite of her heat. What made her stop wasn't the cold, she figured that would be a normal response, she stopped because he gave her a warning. It made her mad, she might be younger than him but she didn't doubt that she could beat him. She grabbed the side of the doorway, clenching it beneath her fingers, she used it to steady herself and she turned to face him. "I'll regret it?" she shook her head. "is that a challenge? because I'll take you on anytime." she smirked "and her hands were encompassed by fire again. She let go of the wall so she didn't burn it. "I don't like your tone" her eyes lit up like flames.

Barely after just reading a few sentences of his book, he was once again disrupted by Lily. The tone of her voice now just sounding like it was mad after he said those words. She might've not caught the sarcastic tone of his voice when he did say that, but now he didn't really care much about that. Soon after he thought of that, she said she didn't like his tone. Closing his book once again, and now just looking at her once again. Her tone made it quite clear she was mad at him for sarcasticly saying that she'd regret to mess with him. Standing up from the stool and placing the book down onto it, now grinning underneath that mask of his.

The thought of a fight against her might just be fun, and he read enough from the book anyways and was just about to finish once he just read one more page of it. Seeing her hands now just going ablaze, and those eyes of hers just remind him of his own when he's truly fighting with all of his might. With all of that, he might just really want to fight her. See what one of the new members of the guild are capable of. "It might be. You wanna go right now?" He said to her, secretly just grinning underneath his surgical mask.
