Elissa nodded, then sneezed.
Pulling her back jacket closed, the drenched blue haired girl hunched, shivering slightly as he followed Aurelia and Basil into the bank. Wet and cold didn't feel nice. Like stepping out of a shower into a sudden chill. And this chill was strong enough to put out fire, so it was freezing, even without being soaked. Though it was better than the half-baked plan of running in, doing their best to avoid the fires, and getting the casualties out quickly she supposed. Elissa was surprised, but grateful that some of the higher ranked mages had stayed behind to help. It made things easier. Her clothes would dry soon enough. Freeze dry that is.
Of all days to be wearing a dress.
She glanced at Salt. "Take a turn left once you enter. There's an unconscious banker laid out behind the counter. He has the keys to the vault where some civilians are locked."
Dying of fire was unlikely with someone who could douse fire on their team. Aurelia could probably the burning bank into a winter wonderland.
Still, Basil's statement reminded her of Salt's statement about not turning away information from a would be thief's dreams if it meant saving lives. Sounded reasonable enough. But it also made Elissa question what Salt wouldn't do to save lives. She didn't voice the question. It wasn't the time too and it would seem out of place. Instead, she added, "Please be careful. We're lucky Aurelia came when she did."
As hypocritical as that sounded coming from someone who suggested running into a burning bank with only wet clothes as a protection, it was the truth. Running in like that was risky. She'd let her emotions get the better of her. It happened sometimes. When she entered especially vivid dreams, she took on the feelings of the dreamer.

Alistair whistled as girl ran past him and jumped towards the behemoceros. He'd thought she was crazy until she created "clones" to throw herself in a clever and unique manner. "Wow! Did you see that? Seriously awesome! We can't let her leave us behind."
Whether Allistair would feel arms wrapped securely around his shoulders or not, the redhead tightened his grip on the rope and swung towards the beast, his feet being what kept him from slamming him (and his passenger) into the hide. One foot in front of the other, the mage scaled his way upward. Once he reached his arrow, about half way to the top, the man used the shaft as a temporary perch and released the rope. He seemed to have no problem with balance though he stabbed beast's with 2 daggers that appeared--one in each hand--all the the same and continued to scale the rest of the way.
Well...almost the rest of the way.
He stopped just before reaching the top and, instead of climbing into the back of the beast, peeked up to gauge the situation. You'd think they'd notice eventually that they were being pursued.
"What do you think?" He whispered to the girl clinging on his back. Originally, he'd planned to weaken the beast by singing into its ear. Would help the others stop its rampage. Possibly even slow it down. But wresting control of the behemoceros, by knocking off all the robbers, would accomplish the same...assuming any of them knew how to drive a behemoceros. Either way, the surprise attack was apparently theirs. "Punch their lights out? Or should we knock off all their stolen goods and see if they jump for it?"
