Daniel quickly turned his character as a blopped as behind him on his radar. He then quickly pulled the trigger and killed Shade's character. "Nice try, maybe you will get me next time."

"Don't worry the game is really made for the Zombies to win, for humans it is about staying alive for as long as they can. If their were more people the game would last longer and every time a human died they would join the Zombies."

If only she knew what she was talking about, Daniel silently thought to himself when she called him cute. He just continued to smile and kill her as if nothing happened while deep down he was thinking about the fact that he was truly a skeleton of his former self. At least as long as he wasn't under moon light he could still enjoy human pleasures like eating food and enjoying its taste. He quickly moved his character to the right of his screen and shot Shade's character again.

Heidt gave Illoi a curious look as she had her little tantrum. Well that... was something. He would've figured that she'd be used to his asshole-ish nature now anyways, given how long they'd known each oth- wait. They'd just met, like, an hour ago. She wouldn't be used to jack shit yet. He frowned, watching her down an entire bottle of water, before that cocky grin came back to him.


"Well well, that's interesting." He tossed his hat off, letting it fall wherever, as he half-assed his seductive pose, laying on the couch like he was a french girl waiting to be painted. "I didn't realize how thirsty you were. Well, if you need something to drink, there's a tall, blonde sip of water right here, and you can have it for *cough!*onemilliondollars*cough!* free.~" He winked at her as well, sealing the deal. This was gonna be the shit.

Despite having known her for what seemed like forever, hearing her say she found beauty in all things made Falcon light up, both ears taking on a pink hue. Gods, he thought, why was she so perfect? It was as if she were the one sweet angel in the world, sent down here to heal his deepest wounds. His deepest insecurities. He was so unsure about everything that had to do with himself, yet she threw those prospects aside like they were foolish. He glanced back up at her, an astounded look on his face.


"Huh... everything...? And sharing a home...?" He shook his head, though a smile touched his lips. "You say some of the greatest things, you know that? It's like you know exactly what to say to make me feel even the slightest bit better." He let his gaze settle on their hands, and he slid his other one over Nyr's, relishing in its warmth. "...There's a song that I, uh, really like. It's called... uh... 'You Saved Me'. It's by this rock-and-blues slash soul slash a lot of other things artist called 'Gary Clark Jr.'." Falcon shook his head, before glancing up at Nyr.


"I'm not sure if you'd like the song, or him, for that matter, but thinking about how good you've been for me- it reminded me of that song." He was a little peeved when their server came up, but he ordered his food as well, and watched him walk off. "Remind me later, and I'll find a way to play it for you, alright Nyr?"

The man's attitude only sparked her temper up again and she threw the empty bottle at him, letting out a colorful swear as she did. "I'm taller than you, so don't even go there. Also, you're not my type." She scoffs, sitting down on the other couch with one leg crossed over the other. "Even if you were, I wouldn't get within four feet of you. Earth Mother only knows where you've been sleepin around." She undoes her hair from it's braid bun and starts to comb it out with her fingers, using it as a shield between her and Heidt so that the man wouldn't be able to see the faint color that tinted her skin.

Nyr smiles sweetly at him. "Sounds good to me." She gives his hands a gently squeeze, humming softly. She thought about the music of her homeworld, and the music that she had heard in passing during her time here on Earth. It was odd, but she didn't seem to mind most of the music. She glances down at their hands, brushing her thumbs across the back of his hands with a small smile on her lips. She thought carefully about what she was going to say next, mulling the words over a bit before deciding to actually speak.


"If...if I ever find a way back home...that would mean I'd have to leave this world behind. If I did that...that'd mean leaving you behind as well. I...I'm supposed to be apart of a great prophecy, and I'm supposed to lead my people to freedom when my father passes on to the next world but...I can't do that from here. To be honest...Falcon, I want to stay here. I don't want to go home if it means leaving you here." She averted her gaze, turning a faint shade of pink as she did so.

Sage picked the girl up who was clinging to his waist after he and Allison arrived at the house and his little sister , Sarah , run out the door and tackled him ,he stumbled and nearly fell but kept standing . He thanked and waved at the girl's friend before he turned to Allison and Sarah tackled Allison.

Allison fell to the ground with an 'oof!' landing on her butt as Sarah tackled her. "Nice to see you too Sarah, have fun with your friend?" She asked her, giggling and hugging the girl on top of her gently.

Finally Shade managed to kill Daniels character and he set the gun down wiping his head of all the sweat that had accumulated. "Well down, who knew a wolf would be so good." He said jokingly, he then rubbed her head scratching behind her ears in a friendly manor.

Falcon's hands twitched as she mentioned that she would have to leave. He let out a long breath, before grasping her hands in his own, and he looked at her with a look of undeniable determination. "No. I won't let that happen." He shook his head, eyes locked on their interlocked hands. "I refuse to go back to that life, not when I've been so close to happy with you. I... I can't go back to being so disappointed in myself, a-and seeing myself as nothing more than a wretch." His eyes shined as they locked again with Nyr, this being the closest he's felt to emotion in a long time.


"Nyr, when I'm with you, I feel things that, I thought would never be felt within me again. When I'm without you, I feel empty, like I'm missing something in my life. Without you, my light would fade again, and I'd sink into everlasting darkness. I'd become that dejected creature you found me as, and I can't imagine having to go back to that..." He squeezed their hands, eyes downcast. But then, the leapt back up, that determination re-setting itself within him.


"So, no, I'm not letting that happen. I... I made a promise, didn't I? That, I'd be beside you, through thick and thin, no matter what may happen to us. I don't make promises often, but when I do, I keep them, okay? I couldn't imagine a life without you, so I won't let it happen! Even if it takes a hundred- no, a thousand- years to get back to you, I'll do it. I'll sacrifice anything I need to, if it means being with you, even for a mere moment. A leg, an arm, my lungs, my heart- all of it's expendable if I can be with you." His gaze was averted, as it became clear he was embarrassed with how much he needed her.


"Because... because, Nyr. Because I can't live without you- not truly, anyways- I can't just let you go like that." He looked at the floor, his ear a lovely shade of crimson. "Because I need you, I have to see my promise through. And that's because I... I-I..." He kept quiet for a moment, then shook his head, unable to say the word. "...Nevermind. I'd just... just sound stupid trying to say that, wouldn't I?" he glanced back up at her, in an almost shy, reserved kind of way. He'd come so close to saying it... but he couldn't. Not even if he tried.

"Ow!" he cried, as the water bottle bounced off his forehead, clattering off somewhere. He sat up, rubbing his forehead, growling to himself. "Hey, why'd ya do that? I was just messin' around- yeesh..." He glanced up, surprised to see Illoi hiding behind her hair. He'd seen women do that more than one time around him, especially when he got to embarrassing them. He chuckled, getting to his feet, and strutting over there, before leaning on the couch's armrest.


"D'aww, what's wrong? Lil' Miss Fireball's feelin' embarrassed?" He leaned in close by her ear, so he'd only have to whisper. "Well, I can make the embarrassment go away, if you want?" He chuckled softly, blowing a little air in her ear, before pulling away, figuring he'd done his job to annoy her. He stretched his arms to the sky, then went to get a bottle of water of his own, stooping down to grab it from their mini-fridge. "Man, what a buncha baloney, they don't even have wine..." He muttered, unscrewing the cap, and drinking little more than an eighth of it, before glancing back at Illoi, in the back of his mind worrying that he'd gone too far.

Once you put on the helmet the outside world is basically shut out until you take the helmet off." Daniel then grabbed two helmets and lead Shade into a sort of room made for the game. He then put on the helmet and since he had played this game before he had an avatar that looked like his human form.
