Fantasy Faereach City of Magicks (Now Accepting)

Shiro kurogane]hikaru awoke some time later. "where am i?" she asked groggily. sitting up on her side she looked around the strange room. "was i captured again? if i am how did they get me? was it mizuki and kazuhiro's doing?" she thought frantically. sitting up she brought her knees to her chin and wrapped her wings around herself. she started rocking back and forth as the fear she felt in the lb came flooding back. any other dragonkin would fight. but human had weaked her body with the experiments. Kazuhiro Tomioka Kazuhiro woke up and went to the kitchen. Making two bowls of cereal he brought them and set them on his coffee table in the living room. Yawning he walked back to his room and opened the door to see Hikaru curled up in a ball. "Hey, you okay Hikaru? You passed out earlier. Figured it be safer if you weren't just in the streets vulnerable." Kazuhiro motioned his hand toward him, "C'mon I made us something to eat. Join me."

Kandra Bal Magna

Dracolich Castle - Throne Room

Kandra sat patiently on a throne made of some weird dark stone. The stones had runes embedded in them that sometimes sparked and glowed green. In front of Kandra, three skeletons were struggling to hold up a large mirror that contained the image of a bird's eye vies over the city. With a hand gesture the picture zoomed in and moved to Paragon Square. With a bored sigh, Kandra waved the image away. "These insects...so fragile, so weak...so...insecty." Kandra said as he stood up. Gray clouds swirled around his hand before lightning flew towards one of the skeletons and scattered its parts across the room. "Pick him up and leave...I have some thinking to do...leave the mirror." The skeletons chattered before they clambered about to pick parts of their comrade and left the room. With another bored sigh, he waved his hand and returned his view of the city.

(I used he because I think that people would assume that Kandra is a he. Not telling Kandra's gender just yet.)
Haruko Yamakage Haruko walked in as the skeletons, one in pieces, walked out. Walking up calmly he spoke, "So Kandra, still watching those pitiful creatures in the city? Is there anything I could do for you to make your view more... exciting?" Haruko smiled, he hoped Kandra would allow him to meddle with the city dwellers. He was dying for some fun and cause some mischief.

hikaru calms at hearing kazuhiro's voice. unfolding her wings from around her. she stood up looking at him. her eyes had cleared of her earlier fear. she was ok, the two had not betrayed or given her to humans. "y-yeah i'm fine. i passed out? t-thanks." she said shyly and flashing a small smile. her stomach growled at kazuhiro mention of food. "food sounds good.." she said in a mall voice while blushing a bit.
Hitsugya saw the mist and knew it must've been and illusion of some sort. He backflipped a couple of feet away from Vix and kneeled on the ground, taking in a deep breath then flapping his wings slightly and propelling himself in the air, leaving a small dent in the ground. With the rain still pouring down on everything, Hitsugya flew above the cloud of mist and blasted blsck fire from above, using his feet and hands to blast it.
Vix knew his
Mist would not fool anyone he just need to make sure he had cover. Plus he needed to catch his breathe. That's when a random kid bump into him. Damn kid gonna get himself killed he thought to himself. Luckily for him Reed teleported in to save him. He create nine blue flames with his tail. He scatter then and created 9 fox-fire clones on himself. He released his mist and there stood 10 Vixes ready to fight. " these aren't illusions hitsugya so try not to take them light" he said with a smirk.

Kazuhiro Tomioka Kazuhiro chuckled, "It's nothing all that special, just some cereal. Anyway you can call me Kaz, all my friends do. Lets eat." Kazuhiro walked back to the living room leaving the door open and sat on the couch picking up one of the two bowls of cereal. "So yea, this is my apartment, nothing amazing but not the same as the others. I got weapons, I got magic tomes, the only messy area is my desk." Kaz chuckled, "Maybe Mizuki will show up randomly, she tends to do that."

Allison nodded to Hitomu, "Nice to meetcha'" She told him before turning her attention back to Reed. "Oh, I see. That's cool. So you use spatial magic?" She asked.
Reed scratched his head. "It's not really magic but sure. Although it's mostly teleportation. What about you?" He sat down more interested in her now then the fight."

||Back Alley Slums - Faereach City||

Melchio sighed to himself, staring up into the sky as soft clouds floated through the sky, huffing their way across a scenic back splash of blue. Somewhere, hidden by large concrete spires and glass panes, was the sun, beaming life-giving light onto the city without a care in the world. And yet here did the Seraph lay, head on a rotting pillow he found tossed aside by someone in the apartments above. Despite living in the slums of the city he smelled quite nice- like he'd just taken a bath in a sea of flowers. It was thanks to one of his father's many blessings- one, apparently- always being hygienic. He doubted he even needed to take baths, but seeing as how he wasn't sure, he figured he wouldn't try.

"Well, I've slept enough. I still haven't found a job... I don't have any cash to blow... or any at all for that matter, and while I doubt I need to eat to live, it'd be nice to eat some quality food and not..." He glanced down at last night's meal- a bowl of cold soup that was really just water with a couple of chopped vegetables in it. "...shit." He sighed, standing and stretching his arms to the sky. Well, he might as well see what the city had to offer. Trying to get a job in the main city hadn't worked out for him- his jade wings, sign of his Seraphine blood, often threw people for a loop- so he might as well try and make a name for himself outside the city walls, see what he could find.

A short walk brought him to Paragon Square. He'd walked by here many a time, tempted to explore the teleporter, and see where it brought him, but he wasn't interested nowadays in visiting The Emerald Enclave. On his flight here, he'd flown over many a land, even crossed an ocean, for his father guided him to this place for... whatever reason. Perhaps there were demons to slay, Daedra and the like. But, so far, in his search, he'd been quite unsuccessful. He put that thought aside as he stepped close to the teleporter, before casting a glance at the nearby guard, who gave him a curious look as to why he hadn't gone through yet.

"Say, do you mind if I borrow this? I need to head somewhere, and I don't feel like flying. I'll just use a mix of my magick and that teleporter's tech." The guard thought about saying no, but figured whatever he wanted to try couldn't hurt, so he simply shrugged.

"Knock yourself out." Melchio nodded, a small grin forming on his face. He wasn't sure what the name of the place he'd seen on his way here, but either way, it looked to be an interesting enough place, so he figured it'd be fun to have a quick explore of it.

"Divine blessings... grant me the power of Teleportation! Send me to the area I seek!" In an instant Melchio was engulfed by a hazy white-and-gold light that grew brighter and brighter until it became impossible to look at. When it faded, the Seraph was gone, having teleported, unknowingly, to The Ruins of Saergad, deep within The Forest That Watches.

((I hope we're allowed to make up locals. Otherwise, I'm gonna have to change up this post... :V))

"These ruins are all that remain of an ancient Elven civilization that once ruled over these forests benevolently, until the Demon of Withering cursed their land to be the home of solely those who wish to spread death and suffering. These ruins are pocketed with thousand of grave markers with faces that spill fine mist to add to the eerieness of the ancient ruins. These faces are said to watch those who trespass, and alert the beast within their ruins of their whereabouts. Along with this, gargoyles and other disgusting beast roam the ruins in search of fresh meat to devour."

Fantastic-Forest-by-Spencer-Byles_0-537x358.jpg

"A forest whose swamp trees hang low, and the muggy air hangs lower. The blakc leaves that coat the ground are poisonous to eat, while the dead bark of the trees itself is deadly to even rub against. Many a venomous creature make their home here, and only those immune to poison or under the protection of a spell or enchantment can safely pass through this forest. Cockatrices are not an uncommon sight here, neither are poison dart frogs or Gigatoads.

It's said this forest was once a magnificent Elven stronghold, before a powerful demon cast a deadly curse over the land, leading the forest to become a swamp filled with brackish, poisonous water, and the magnificent city within to crumble. If one is adventurous enough, they may even discover the lost ruins deep within the forest..."

"Oh. I see. That's cool." She told him. Shrugging she sat down beside him, glancing at the fight ever so often. "Well. It's complicated, really. I can do tons of stuff, but I'm not all too skilled in it." She told him, beginning to explain. "I have some form of what my parents call 'Ultimate Vision'. Kinda stupid name, really, but useful. Ya kno' what a HUD is? Well, that's kinda how I see. I can glance at something and get anything from basic to extremely detailed information on it, same thing applies to people." She paused before continuing, "I can teleport to any active source of light as long as I can see it, sometimes involuntarily..it gets kinda annoying. Luckily the sun doesn't apply, heh.. I can see hilariously far, like, I could see a passenger on a plane in the air if I wanted to. On the flipside I can see veeerrry tiny things, think a microscope."

She stared at him momentarily to make sure she didn't weird him out or something before continuing, "
I could paralyze you temporarily, force you to go completely insane by showing you horrifying visions of hell itself...oh and I can do magic." She told him, making a small orb of light appear in her hand. "I'm not really that skilled in magic yet, minor things, you know? But I can learn some things simply by watching people use theirs and eventually copy it to a degree. Parents called it Technique Reading, it comes in handy, really. Don't have to fight if you can just dodge your opponents attacks ya know?"

Sighing she stopped talking momentarily, realizing she had both revealed pretty much everything she could do to a nigh total stranger and kinda rambled in the process.

Kaz's ears twitched and he got up, taking their empty bowls to the kitchen. From the kitchen Kazuhiro yelled slightly, "So, what's your plan? You wanna kick back and relax here with me or do you wanna go out and do something fun?" Returning from the kitchen kazuhiro shot a smile toward Haruki before joining her on the couch.

Reed had a smile while she talk. When she said vision he looked at her eyes. "That's awesome. You just need some fine tuning." He zoned out for a second. "You're pretty cute you know that."

"oh and you can called me haru. that's what my father called me.. i think before i was taken." said haru solemnly. hikaru realized she was already opening up to kaz. her father had used to say she was too trusting.

Allison shrugged, "Yea, main reason I wanted to go to the academ-" She started but was quickly stopped by his last sentence, a bit shocked at the abruptness and suddeness of what he said. "Um..I- Thanks.." She told him nervously, her face turning slightly pink, and going surprisingly quiet which was rare for her.

Kazuhiro Tomioka "You've never had fun? Well, today's your lucky day." Kazuhiro got up and walked to his room, "Gimme a minute, be right back." Closing the door behind him he returned a few moments later in a blue t-shirt and tight black jeans. His ears twitching he grabbed his coat with a fur hood and walked to the door of his apartment, his chain scythes hooked to his belt. "Let's go, I know a few places that'll be fun Haru." Holding the door open Kazuhiro held the door open for Haru. His ears twitched again as he realized how unusually nice he dressed. I'm probably just in a good mood, whatever all that matters is making Haru feel welcomed so she'll accept our help. Nothing more... I think.

Allisons' face only grew more red as he said that and further realized she was still staring at him as well as he was staring into her eyes. She quickly looked away from him and back at the fight, "Umm..I had wanted to..to go so I could learn how to use my magic better, and maybe learn how to control teleporting..and stuff.." She told him nervously, trailing off a bit at the end. "But I guess I kinda missed out on that for the day. For the better, I guess. It proved to help me meet some people."

She could tell he was most likely still staring at her, and in all honesty it only made her more nervous. She really wasn't sure what to think of what he had told her, I mean, sure she thought he didn't look that bad himself but still. She found it slightly off for someone she'd just met to up and tell her that, then again some people were just that outgoing.
