Ian picked up his sword and patted the boys back, "it isn't all bad I am sure you are good at something." He said putting some more salt on the wounds. "If you would like you can be my partner, I need a good distraction for my foes."

Falcon shivered, partially from the coolness of Aquios on his face, and partially by the soft, warm kiss Nyr'd planted on his cheek. He could feel himself flush, but luckily wasn't lulled into a trance. He needed to speak with Nyr, after all. So, he waited, and slowly felt his ear reconstruct itself- blood vessels and nerve linings recreating themselves as they were before he destroyed them. It was... an indescribable feeling to have his ear remade, that wasn't good nor bad, and simply was. He shivered again when Aquios was removed. He touched his ear, but only felt its existence thanks to his fingers. It appeared his new ear still had to get used to his body. He sighed, trying to be happy that she'd healed him, but not finding solace. No... this was a kind gesture, but in the end it only served to distract him from what he wanted to know.


But here was not the place, so he stood, a tiny smile touching the edges of his lips as he wrapped his hand in hers, and began to walk. "Thanks for that- I would've looked cool, but loathed having to look like that. It would be completely imbecilic." Despite his kind words, his tail dragged on the ground like a dead weight, scraping against the concrete mournfully as the left the decrepit slums behind, and made his way into the city. "But, enough about that. Where do you want to eat? Like... fast food, a nice restaurant, Olive Garden- what?" He still found himself able to meet her eyes, and in his other pocket, his free hand clenched the photos tight, not sure what to make of them. He'd have to ask at dinner, even if it ruined both their appetites. He had to understand.

Melchio - [Hectic Overworld Theme Playing]

It'd been some time since he'd be left alone- what with Vix and Illoi both heading off to the tourney to have some fun without him. He was fine with it, though. He'd have gone, but with all the transgressions of earlier today, he could feel himself falling asleep as he watched Illoi head out the door. The servers had been nice enough to let the Seraph stay asleep, getting some well needed rest- even tossing a blanket on him, as it was quite obvious he was tired from his earlier excursions. This of course meant he'd missed out on seeing Vix fight, but everyone needed a break once in a while.


But, as a familiar presence walked through the door, his wings hummed, glowing softly, illuminating Melchio, and sending a message to his brain to awaken. By the time Ikari had sat down, Melchio had groggily opened his eyes, and was able to half-listen to whatever the Half-Demon had to say. He nodded, both in the sleeping sense and in the physical sense, as he listened to him speak, though the instant he mentioned his view of Vix, he was awake fully, snapping his head back to glare at the kitsune. He remained silent for a moment, the purple bags under his eyes signifying how tired he was; despite this, his eyes glowed softly, shining like polished jade. He was up in a moment, and with a flash of light, the polearm he so adored was once again in his hands, pointed between Ikari's eyes.


"...Talk all you want about me, but leave Vix out of this. You're Half-Demon- I can feel it. I don't speak with demons (normally) I kill them. Now, restate your question, and leave Vix's strength, or whatever you thought you were talking about out of it, and I may may answer you before reducing you to nothing."

Heidt, covered in broken glass, with blood permeating from various open wounds, signed his way into the doubles tourney, despite having nobody to go with. This got him some inquisitive looks and more importantly, a warning from Edgewater's BoE that if he didn't find and register his partner by the time the tourney ended, he'd end up being kicked from it. Of course, in his natural mannerisms, he acted dramatically, as if he hadn't foreseen this out come whatsoever, thus making a scene and forcing security to escort him out of the sign-in area. They said that he couldn't return unless he returned with a partner, and thus that's what he set off to do.


That, of course, is when he found Illoi, who he saw was also in a hurry to sign in. Even though she was many, many meters off, both the blazing elemental behind her and his impeccable eyesight made spotting her a breeze. By the time she ran by him, he'd already memorized the details of her face and her physique, and thus he deemed her worthy of his time. So, like a blast of wind, he sprinted alongside her, a grin plastered on his face despite the immense heat coming from her familiar


"Wassup little lady? Headed to the tourney, or did your water break?"

Vix gritted his teeth and had an unpleasant look on his face. he was fine with messing around and joking, but when people look down on him it brought out his serious side. he looks at the angel right in the eyes and said "I wouldn't look down on another my angel friend. after all, being a manifestation of wrath is nothing to be proud of, if anything, it seems like a sad existence." he never liked when people were rude to him and more important when they look-down on him. that is when he turned from a happy, carefree fox, into a cold-distant fox.


he can already tell he wasn't going to get along with this guy, but he figures he doesn't have anyone else to team-up with so the least he can do, is put aside his distaste for the guy. At least until the tournament is over. he gave a very cold, unassuming smile, "I'll be happy to be your teammate. it will give a front row seat to see you get beaten because of your cockiness." instinctively Vix canine fang sprung out because of the slight anger he was feeling. he really wished he had someone else to talk to besides this guy. @Wyatt

IKari smirks at melchio and pointed to the people around them. he said "I would be careful with that weapon beautiful" he then extended his claws " you wouldn't want an innocent person to get hurt. I mean you're supposed to protect life, not help end it." he had an evil smirk on his face, he knew what to say to get into people’s head. he pointed to the seat, signaling him to sit down and stop being so dramatic


when everything seems calmer he spoke in a bored tone "Now that you're deciding to show some manners. I was sampling, ask how my brother was about to get someone like you? As I would like to know what it would take for you to leave my brother?" he knew that if he could find a way to separate the bond between melchio and vix that would be like a stab to the heart. on top of that he knew as long as this guy was around, he knew he couldn't kill vix. "there has to something you want more than anything in the world? something you would do anything for, even abandon my brother for?" he smirked. @Halohbottech

"Uh..yeah. A phone, this." She told them. "You uh..call people on it." She explained. "What's your address? I'll write it down and I can maybe come over sometime and you can teach me how to cook." She asked them.


She frowned slightly at the sight of Hitsu's broken phone. "Well, that explains why you didn't answer the text..I can buy you a new one if you want?" She offered. "And like I told Ana and Mae you're free to stay over here sometimes if you want. I gots plenty of room." She added.

Pegasus found his way to the arena and snapped. Some of the workers that were standing near by instantly bowed to him and waited for his instructions. "I demand you make this area suitable for one such as my self." The workers then began to set up a throne for him, cleaning the area and building his chair from the pieces they brought with them. He then sat in his throne and held out his hand waiting for a beverage, quickly a glass of ice tea was handed to him. If there were going to be good fighters for his game they would be here. He took a sip of his drink watching the scene unfold in front of his eyes.

"As long as you don't disrespect the Life god yeah, you have never killed an innocent person purposefully right?" She asked. The soup is done. Ana snaps her fingers and glass utensils and bowls appear from air. "Hope you do not mind, we are using my enchanted dishes that wash themselves, and they make things taste better in a different way for the eater." She said, Dumping soup into each of the bowls, she offered salt and pepper.


Mae meanwhile was creating more clones, and disguising them as random people and sending them on routes around the city, near the academy she made one that looked like her self and sent her in front of the academy.

Nyr smiled at him, giving his hand a gentle sqeeze. "Let's go to a sit down restaurant. Nothing fancy, but not fast food either. I think I remember there beeping something called an Apple bee's around here somewhere? There was something simply delectable emanating from it's doors." She giggled, combing her free hand through her hair. She could tell that Falcon was still weary of something, but she figured that all would be revealed in due time. For now, she started walking towards where she remembered there being the restaurant she was talking about. Her stomach growled, and she giggled a bit.


"Guess I'm hungrier than I thought I was." She hummed, sticking her other hand in her pouch as they walked. She swung their arms lightly, enjoying the air and feeling much better the further and further they got from that wretched place. It still sent shivers down her spine, but atleast she knew the cause of her torment was as good as gone. She glanced up at Falcon again, studying him carefully to try and determine the problem as they walked. It was to no avail, however. She just pouted, staring ahead again.

Illoi

Illoi brought herself up short when someone pulled up beside her. In one swift movement, she turned a little to face him and swept her leg behind his knees, knocking him to the ground. She crossed her arms, glaring down at him.


"Is that a fat joke, you ass? I oughta have Mogmal burn you to a crisp for that comment." She hissed, eyeing him for a brief moment. "You're not worth my time. Beat it." With that, she stepped over him and made her way to the sign-ups. Unfortunately, she was told the same thing-come back when you find a partner. She tried to argue that Mogmal was her partner but the people in charge didn't seem to fond of letting a massive fire being enter the tournament. Rude. She sighed, looking up at the sky.


"Who the hell's gonna be my partner now? Sorry buddy, they won't allow you in." She rested her hand on Mogmal, enjoying his warmth for a moment before an idea crawled into the back of her mind. She narrowed her eyes a bit, turning to face Heidt. "You! Obnoxious one! Wanna partner?" She called, resting her hands on her hips.

I also am very talented when it comes to healing spells, and at this point i can be considered a combat medic." he gave a warm laugh, it was strange for him to talk about his fighting style with someone.


"anyway Ian tell me more about yourself. What do you like to do? Are you single? Are you into guys or girl or both? Favorite color? " vix started to ramble off question in a very childish excitement. it felt like forever since Vix had meet someone new. So his curiosity and excite got the better of him. He was letting his fox instincts get the better of him, but he was giving off such a happy, warm attitude. hopefully it wasn't to much for his new friend. @Wyatt

Sitting back in his chair he stopped to tgink if the thought of actually going to heaven. He was already fallen and based on how many innocents blood was on his hands he was likely to be killed on the spot. He got up and went to the couch, drinking some water and closing his eyes to relax and get it all out of his head.

Celeste was a Life Angel, her one child was part angel, part siren and Mae did not have her mothers angel blood, but her fathers demon blood, and his siren blood. They were being hunted, for being Celeste's children. She placed a spell on her children, when they were together, they were stronger; When the others life is threatened the other becomes extremely powerful. The noises were getting closer, and the carriage was slowing. Celeste realized what is about to happen, so she makes a portal and summons all the Valkyries under her command and had a close friend of her's Kissandra hold her children, and said "If any thing happens to me take them far away." Celeste tears up as Kissandra hides in the underbrush, with her two little angels. Celeste turns around and faces her chasers; a demonic legion. Celeste Equips her Celestine Armor and Summons her blade, Named After her children; Taiji. It was a Dual headed spear, A White pure blade on one end, and a Dark black blade on the other. The First of the armies were colliding, and the demons were being pushed back, Terrified by the sight Of Life Angel Celeste, Slayer of Evil, Warden of Peace, Vanquisher of Chaos, Vision of Hope and The Moonlight Angel. All of a sudden a Black apparition struck into Celeste, Sending them both hurtling through the air. The smoke cleared and flying opposite of Celeste, Grand Demon KilRog, Slayer of Good, Conqueror of Hope, and killer of Celeste's husband. Enraged Celeste shot at him spinning her spear, the impact sent Kil'rog Flying back, he hurtled into his army. He soon shot back up on leathery bat wings, flying at Celeste, they collided spinning in a dance of death. Again Kil'rog Flew back from Celeste's attacks. Below the angels appeared to be winning and that is when Celeste heard a scream come from the behind her, She turned around to see a demon killing Kissandra, and turning to her little angels. Celeste shot down from the sky like a bullet, colliding with the demon, she sliced its head off. Celeste had barely enough time to breath, before Kil'rog came hurtling out of the sky after her. Turning she caught his thigh with her spear and he screamed out in pain. "Enough!" Kil'rog yelled. He struck Celeste with his blade, weakening her arm. She was tiring quickly and the demon seemed to have limitless energy. Slowly Kil'rog hit Celeste more and more, with a Powerful Holy blast Celeste banished Kil'rog, while she made sure her babies made it through the portal. She landed grabbing the two from beside Kissandra's body. She had no time to waste, she reopened the portal, and at that moment Kil'rog returned from the underworld, shooting at Celeste, unarmed. she could do nothing but watch as the blade severed her tendon. She did not cry out, she had to be strong for her Children. Limping to the portal She leaned against the side, and Said "Make Me proud, My little angels."


Kil 'rog drove his blade through Celeste's side, and Celeste threw her Little angels through the portal.
