Ferra blinked. "Hao ded yew kno ai waz a vahmpiah?" She asked, poking him repeatedly. "Oh whale, een dat caze hao abaot ai trai yers?" She added, slowly wrapping her arm around him, chuckling lowly. She wasn't sure if his theory of blood countering drunkenness would work, but then again she's usually to drunk to try soo...yeah.

Nyr set her last empty mug down and wiped her mouth with the back of her hand. She was light headed, but the cold energy that rushed through her veins like ice water kept that at bay. She stood up, swayed a little, and looked to Ferra. It had been a fun evening, but she figured none of them would remember who she was by tomorrow. She sighed a bit before taking her leave, stopping outside the bar entrance to glance around. Nothing. Not a damn bench to be seen. With a sigh, she starts walking towards the more residential part of the city, wondering if she'd find any suitable sleeping quarters there. Four months in this city and she hadnt even found a place to stay. It probably didn't help that she resorted to being a thief as means of income. She was wandering around aimlessly at this point, passing rows of houses and apartment buildings, stumbling along the middle of the road. A nudge at her hip brought her attention to her companion. She smiled a bit and opened the pouch, scooping the elemental out. He had the appearance of a small ghost, with his big head and body that ended in a point. He seemed mostly comprised of water, with bits of mud mixed in here and there.


"Hey buddy. At least I got you." She kissed the top of his head before setting him down on the ground next to her. He didn't stray far, keeping rather close to her as she walked. Her familiar was different from anyone else's in her family. Most of theirs were one element, and towered over their tallest member. Hers was two elements, and only reached her knees. Luckily enough, that was no scale for his power. He was more powerful than the other familiars, and the thought had almost made Nyr feel smug.

Hitsugya arrived at his apartment on the other side of Faereach. The 20 story tall building was quite noticable from a distance. He rushed up the stairs to get to his apartment, with Mykky still over his right shoulder. He opened up his apartment door and slowly walked in, heading to his bedroom that, thankfully, had to beds. He put her in the bed and turned her on her side, pulling the blankets over her She doesn't look all that mean when she's past out and sleeping...I just hope she stays alive… He thought to himself, the slight chuckle turning into a frown.


A couple minutes later he went to his cupboards and searched for a viel of antidote serem, heading back to the bedroom and setting her up in his arm to help her swallow the red fluid. He went back to the kitchen and made her a salad and some hashbrowns. It was the least he could do, he still felt bad about nearly choking her to death and everything that happened. After finishing the food he sat it out on the counter for Mykky and started thinking about what that guy, Terrai, said too him. Should he go? What would happen, what did this guy want? There was only one thing left to do now.


He wrote on a piece of paper-

Mykky. You kind of got drunk at the bar, in case you didn't know, so I brought you to my place. It's the least I can do after what I did and seeing you drunk like that is quite amusing. I gave you an antidote serum, that should help you recuperate from the amount of alcohol you had, and I made you some food that I left on the counter. I'll be gone a while so help yourself.


P.S if you think I'm hitting on you by making you breakfast you obviously have no sense of humour.

And with that he sat the piece of paper on the bed side table, put on his black collar shirt/jacket and left.

Nyr was headed towards the direction of the tall building. She wasn't doing it intentionally, she was just sort of wandering around by this point. She was...tired. And the sensation kept growing, making her limbs feel heavy. She realized, with a start, that she had been the one healing herself, and the drain of power was tiring her. She groaned a bit, holding her head at the sudden headache. Her fathers words echoed around in her head.


"You must be careful, daughter, that you do not over exert your power. You might be a powerful healer some day, but you must learn to tap into your power supply fully. It will take a lot of training, but you will over come it like me and my father and his father before him."


She'd way over exerted her power, and she only made it a few more feet before collapsing on the side of the road about a block away from the tall apartment building.

Ferra grinned as Mykky fell over and Hitsu and Vix dropped out soon after. "Jus meh an yew funkeh check." She slurred, laughing loudly. She couldn't exactly feel anything anymore or precisely taste what she was drinking, but she assumed it was booze of some kind. How the hell was that woman drinking so much? Urgh.. Ferra glared blearily from Nyr and to the bottle of booze in front of herself. Setting her bottle down she gave up, "Yew ween funkeh check. Ergh..." She told her, resting her head on the table. She was almost positive she'd have a killer hangover in the morning, and to make matters worse she lost, and it wasn't even to Hitsu! Forcing herself to stand she wordlessly she stumbled, fell over entirely a few times, and eventually sat down by some chick drinking..water..in a bar. Who the hell orders water in a bar? Then again Nyr aka Funky Chick did so...maybe they were related.


"Yew kno dis es a barh raite?" She slurred, turning to face in her general direction. About that time someone came into the bar asking how old you had to be to drink. What was with these people? It's a bar c'mon. Tearing her attention away from the water drinker she swivled in her bar stool to face Reed. "Whai ded yew com inteh teh barh wifout knoin dat?" She asked him, probably glaring at him, she wasn't entirely sure at the moment.


Torr nodded, "Good job." He told him. "I'm sure you could learn more if you took it slow like that." He glanced from the writing to inside the bar and shrugged. "If you want to check on her be my guest. I'm sure Ferra can take care of herself, however." He replied to Frillz' written question.


"Sorry for wha-" Allison began but was soon interrupted by being picked up and Dru jumping off the building with her. She had little time to do much more than yell in surprise before he jumped, this guy was nuts! Of course, she had no way of knowing his legs would do that even despite what he said about quasi-invulnerablity. She blinked once as she was sat down. "Uhh..that's..fine. Where do you wanna go first?" She asked.

"The nearest library would be nice. Oh also since you know what I can do what can you do?" Dru seemed amused but secretly was worried he would scare her away with things that were well normal for him.

Ferra felt..odd. Different from the normal surge of strength she feels after feeding. On one hand, she was no longer hammered, on the other she felt..different. Slowly she removed her mouth and fangs from his neck and slid down with a blank and slightly confused expression on her face. "That uh..well..happened." She mumbled. She was about to walk over and sit down beside Reed when she doubled over in pain, clutching her chest with one arm and barely avoiding greeting the floor with the other she breathed heavily. "What...are you.." She whined, nothing like this had ever happened when she drank someones blood before.


She groaned and cried out in pain as small leathery demon like wings sprouted out of her back and her fingernails warped into long claws. "Wha-.." She spoke, confused. She was still very much in pain, but that didn't stop her from looking from her hand to Reed. "What did you do to me?" She asked pitifully. Of course, she could eventually, hopefully, make her nails go back normal that wasn't the point. She was in pain and confused, and she blamed Reed at this point.

Allison nodded and started walking in the direction of the library, making sure Dru was following her. "Well, I don't really know a lot of what I can do. I've never really trained before. I can do some basic magick and I have this thing called Technique Reading according to my parents. I can predict what someones' gunna do before they do it so that's kinda cool I guess." She explained. "What about you, can you do any magick?" She asked.

Hitsugya walked out of his apartment building and after a few minutes he was about to take flight but he noticed someone collapsed on the rainy ground. Walking over to her, he noticed that it was the same girl he had just been drinking with. He kneeled beside her "Looks like you couldn't handle it……no problem…just rest" he said. There wasn't much he could do at that point. He's a fallen angel so he doesn't have healing capabilities, nor can he be healed. He spread his wings and took flight to the place Terrai said to meet him at.

Emma looked at Eisuke, confused as to why he was pushing her away so suddenly. "What? What do you mean? I won't just leave you, Elderberry!" She put her hands on her hips in an almost motherly manmer. "Now, don't talk nonsense like that. I'm not just going to hate you just because you can do some powerful chain trick," she said. Then, she smiled. "Besides, I think it's kinda cool."

Her black wings had also turned deep red to match the color around them.


She didn't move or speak, just simply laid there breathing heavily.

"What if I never die? What if my body stops me from aging? I am worried that i might be only scratching at the surface of my possible abilities. Also... I haven't told anyone else this but I am worried about the dreams I've been having lately. They were of me in places like Egypt or Paris and i have never been to those places." Dru sighed and looked down not even worried about the rain.

Eisuke looked back at her in surprise, then gave a relieved smile.


"Thanks Emma. It's just... Most people, I scare away because of things like this. But you're different. I like that... Shall we?" He said, beconing her inside. He liked this girl. She was quite carefree, and her peculiar personality made him laugh.


"I think she's my type..." He whispered, walking over to one of the tables and sitting down.

Nyr wanted to correct hitsugya but her tongue felt heavy in her mouth. She groaned a bit, curling up into the pavement and closing her eyes. Aquios bubbled a little before curling up next to her. She drifted off to sleep in the gutter, curled up to try to preserve any warmth she may have. It wasn't the best place to sleep, but it was passable for now. She was too tired.

Slowly she pushed herself up with one hand halfway off the ground and shook her head trying to regain her senses, looking down she noticed her hands were thankfully back to normal it seemed but her wings remained. Cool, she could fly now. "I'm..not sure. Stronger, I guess? And kinda warm? I'm not sure what you meant by me evolving though..I didn't know that was possible." She told him. A few minutes passed and she sat up fully with her legs crossed before finally standing up fully albeit slowly. She flexed and expanded her wings slowly, she'd have to get used to these.. "I..guess it wasn't so bad.. After all, I can fly now, so that's cool." She told him.

Emma smiled at Eisuke. "Of course! How could I say no?" she asked, stepping inside after Eisuke. "And it's not a problem at all. Whoever judge you earlier, must have been some pretty crappy people. Ooh! Waiter please!" she said, waving to a man in a suit. "Table for two. Yes, my friend here," she said. When she sat down, she only stared at Eisuke. He's too scared, she thought. I think he's too afraid that he'll scare me off. I won't let that happen. She promised that to herself.

Eisuke found himself trying to avoid Emma's eye contact, which was weird, since he was talking to her with a lot of energy. His eyes flashed silver-pink, which reflected some of his feelings. He kept wringing his hands awkwardly. His father used to do this at meetings. He said it is either when you are nervous or slightly infatuated, that you will act like this.


"W-what do you want to get?" He asked, his voice squeaking a little.

Allison frowned slightly, "Yeah, true. Never thought about it that way." She told him. "Ooh, maybe you could give them lots of those stem cell thingies and they'd be able to live a long time too? Or something. Dunno." She added. Slowly but surely they reached the library, Allison sighed as they stepped under the arch shielding them from the rain. "Awesome! Finally." She cheered, wringing the water out of part of her dress. "As for your dreams, maybe this place will have a book? It is a library in Faereach after all." She told him.

Ferra shrugged. "Nah. It wasn't your fault. I was kinda drunk and ignored your warning, kinda glad I did. This is pretty cool." She told him, smiling happily. "What about you? I didn't hurt you when I fed did I?" She added, concerned.
