Fantasy Faereach City of Magicks (Now Accepting)

All of a sudden, magic washed over Faereach and all sound was silence. From the loudest of music to the hushed whisper, no matter what anyone tried no sound could be made. Then, all of a sudden, music started to blare from the skies high above as a massive spell circle composed of thousands of other smaller spell circles appeared over the party.

Dracolich Castle descended from the skies in all its massive glory. Dracolich herself let out a breathe of Necroflame as she landed on the giant circle. Dragons mounted by werewolves wearing dark draconian armor poured out of the castle in droves. Vampires took flight and dove through the spell circle making them faster and coating them with some sort of light. Kandra's laughter could be heard as bone pieces pelted the ground below him and brought out massive skeletons armed with battering rams. Then, he let loose some energy into the sky and before the eyes of everyone, the moon quickly turned blood red, bathing the night in crimson light.

Cannons of a magical variety lined the tops of the castle, each one aiming down into the crowd in the party. Gargantuan skeletons rallied with loud rapid clicking before proceeding to assault various locations in the party. Werewolves howled in maniacal glee as each of them leaped of off their mounts to delve into the crowd and partake in festive slaughter. Vampires picked of people on bye one and all the while Kandra Bal Magna, bathed in the light of a blood moon and Necroflame made his descent into the ground. The moment he set foot on the ground runes scattered around the area.

"Throwing a party when you know people are plotting behind your backs? How smart." A few of the werewolves looked at him in confusion. "Of I'm sorry, did I say smart? I meant stupid." One werewolf chuckled in agreement. "See he gets it." He said. "Now, where shall we begin? Ah yes! Dracolich! If you please?!" He shouted. Dracolich rained Necroflame into the center of the party.
Metaphysics said:
"Ahahaha. No." Whatever damage that his opponent was trying to make was nullified. "This is the day that you learn that even angels. Can. Go. To. Hell." Without another word Dracolich suddenly pulsed out a wave of Necroflame, disintegrating all the angels that tried to approach her. "Kill, no, death is too good for you." He said. "You and your fakes, your kin, no, what I have is something a lot more special." Stars surrounded her all around. "Now surrender. Or else..." The Dracowolves brought up Ana and Mae in some sort off binding, negating whatever she was doing. "My wolves here kill them off faster then you can twitch a hair. And trust me, they've been faster than a twitch of a hair."
"You see, I've come to realize something. Your system is flawed. The way you view things are twisted. You just sent those angels to their deaths without batting an eye. You feel no remorse yet those who died fighting me will be remembered, respected by us. Because we respect, we all know that each of us, each one living in the castle, each of us knows that we deserve better, and you, you sit upon your ivory tower, upon your ivory throne and gorge yourself upon your tiny world. So obsessed with yours that you know not others. Tell me Celeste. Tell me I'm wrong. Tell me if this world, your world is as just as it is that my workers, the unity of The Dracolegion, ignored by the world. Iyu!"

Iyu appeared next to him and he pet her head. She leaned into his hand. "This is Iyu, hundreds of years ago I, Kandra. Took her in when she was kicked out of her home. Me. Not you, not any of your kind. Me. The monster of the castle. It was me who raised her. It was me who cared for her. Tell me CELESTE! TELL ME! WHERE WERE YOU WHEN PEOPLE LIKE HER NEEDED HELP. WHERE WAS HEAVEN WHEN HER, EVERYONE I'VE BROUGHT TO DRACOLICH, EVERYONE WHO LIVED AND FELL FOR ME, WHEN THEY NEEDED IT THE MOST. IT WASN'T THERE!"

The seals resonated with the anger of Kandra Bal Magna. They glowed and started moving harmoniously. "Kroma, she was an angel from heaven who was banished for refusing to do something that went against her morals. She died defending me long ago." The image of an angel with large wings appeared, unseen to him and made motions to sooth him. "Akris. A soul of a skilled musician barred from entering heaven because he had different beliefs. I took him and his work can be seen even now." He motioned to the castle. "Gatar, a demon child..." He hissed. "...That lived in a village of peaceful demons. He wanted peace, moments later Heaven stormed the village and burned him. I have more names."

"Honestly. I'm glad that I angered heaven. I am happy that Holy Beings want my head. Scholar in mind, mage in heart, warrior in action, tyrant in soul." He said, his arms were at his side. "This righteousness fad you all have going is overrated." Without another word the stars pierced Celeste's body. Iyu took one look at Kandra before disappearing.
Metaphysics said:
Stars started to appear all around Celeste as Kandra appeared in front of her. "Technically wrong. I don't want to rule a world. Man, what is with self righteous people like you thinking: 'Hey, this guy is evil and powerful so he must want to rule the world.' Doesn't anyone know how much of a hassle it is to rule a world? First of you'd have to deal with the problems the old ruling order had left for you. I'm talking several millions of people here clamoring for support that I quite frankly want to give. Then you deal with establishing a working system in which your people can rule and live with safely. Then there's the rebels, dissenters, traitors and what not. You'd have to be constantly putting out fires left and right because people don't like their illusion of freedom being broken." He ranted. "Seriously? That's how low you people think of me? Well I suppose I did you know...attack you, killed people, hurt more people, destroyed land and property, planted black holes in parts of the house." Just as he mentioned it, the house slowly tore apart due to the black holes. "Right now, I have a dummy outside, dealing with everything. Now I'm here and I'm going to make this clear."
Portals opened behind him. "There is no place here, heaven, and hell, heck, even other worlds and I've been to countless others, that you will be safe from me. Hide behind your shields, behind your gods, behind your legions, be the coward I see you as, go on, run." He grinned as he held up several locks of glowing strings inside some sort of see through container. "I-V-E-A-L-R-E-A-D-Y-W-O-N." He whispered into her ear before fading with chilling laughter. The dummy Kandra fell apart in front of the meteor and blocked it. "Well it's been fun ladies and gentlemen!" Kandra announced, returning in his throne room. "This is but a small fraction of what I'm capable of. but now I must bid you farewell." Dracolich slowly took flight and the Dracolegion made their retreat. "But let's give a round of applause to Celeste who played so well into my plans thank you! Amitola, you'll find that I've burned down the forest, salted the earth and made sure nothing can grow for hundreds of years and if you even try I'll come to burn you instead. Ana and Mae, who were quite frankly useless. The legions of angels who didn't even survive a blink, seriously, what were you guys thinking."

"But now, since you've all been so cooperative..." The seal lit up and slammed into the ground. "Here's a little present for you all...you're all going to need it." He laughed as Dracolich disappeared. With a bright flash of divine light, the people that were killed in the attack were brought back to life. "You have one hour to help them all individually or else they die again. No mass healings or anything like that...it won't work hehe." His voice echoed.

Damen looked down at her "Don't thank me for everything...I just can't stand idly by while some one is attacked like that" he stated, once the sky returned normal. That was odd.

Night Wing sat beside Kia, letting out a tired sigh "Well thanks for the history lesson" she said while laughing. It was interesting to find more about his dragon past but what still confused her is why he was so hung up on tbe Black Chronicles. 'Is something wrong?'

Veyd turned to Kajah once the Dracolegion left. A cold stare in his direction. "I'm afraid there won't be time for any more introductions...Celeste was nearly attacked by Kandra Bal Magna" explained Veyd, turning to the rest with an expectant look, despite him not having a face, "Do any of you have ties with the man?" he asked, not sounding curious but he was. Hiding expresions was easy for him but in this case it were more important.

@KageYuuki @Halohbottech @Mitchs98 @loyalwolf (There, you can respond to that if you don't know what to post ;)
((Guess I gotta handle this the only way I know how: exposition. Yay.))

... + -Melchio + Kajah- Upon a throne sat an indistinguishable being, whose features constantly shifted, and whose body exuded HOLY light. They sat, still, as their hair flowed in a non-existent wind, arms arest upon their seat. Their gown flowed, elegantly, and their skin was as supple as the day the'd come into existence. Its colour was indescribable, and to any, it'd appear any shade, colour, etc. they'd want it to appear as. The most interesting thing about them was their face: it was, as the rest of their body, indistinguishable, but in its own, unique way.

It, instead, was from which all knowledge flowed forth and to, and from which all vectors of HOLY magic came forth from. When one used HOLY energy, they drained from this endless reservoir of energy, whilst at the same time, supplementing it with their own will. Whenever an attack was carried out in the name of LIFE and HOLY-ness, the face would morph and stretch, as if one were taking a big glob of it, and applying it to toast. In the end, however, it'd return back to its creator, as all things that lived did. Still, in Heaven, all was silent, as Angels- Life, Arch, and otherwise- watched the carnage wage down below in the world. Many were enraged, demanding that someone do... something to Kandra, who slandered them, cursed them, and made them look idiotic. But the Archangels and Life Angels who knew how things worked, really worked, that is, did not do a thing. They simply watched, stone-faced, and shadowed, knowing much of what Kandra said was true.

But they also felt their own sense of anger and dread towards him- not of his overwhelming power, no, LIFE would not be harmed by him no matter what he tried. Instead, it was the power of his voice. It made all of what he said so terribly believable that even their own ideals were put to question. Where were they indeed, was the question. Why couldn't an all-powerful being like LIFE help these poor creatures? No, the real question was... why? Many theorized various things- they couldn't, they didn't want to, they didn't care, etc.- but it all boiled down to one thing:

Kandra... was right.

They really were despicable creatures, weren't they? "Angels". In ways, they were no better than Demons- the very thing they warred against. LIFE had never revealed any of their plans for the world post-Baelgrad, so now, many wanted to know what they had planned. So, the instant the Dracolegion retreated, Angels from all over rioted, storming the streets, backed by ageless generals and powerful Life Angels who also wanted to know what this all-powerful God/Goddess wanted with the world post-Baelgrad.

=-=-=-=

Melchio took a step towards the Dracolegion, but his father stopped him. And once the time had come, they retreated, the damage done. He turned angrily towards his father, but found only love there instead of cold parenthood. He embraced his child, and left him a letter, as a portal of white lightning opened behind him, casting a heavenly glow upon those near Kajah. Mirrored could be seen Heaven, sent into turmoil thanks to Kandra's words. It appeared even the realms outside their world were in turmoil. No words were exchanged as Kajah left, his form growing almost a whole foot taller, as wings began to fade into existence, and his DEMONIC power grew. He was needed back in heaven, as the portal suggested, and he'd leave Melchio to deal with the mess here. For now, he had policing to accomplish.

=-=-=-=

They had reached the palace atop Heaven- the highest one could go. This was above the world, above space, above all. There was no way to get to heaven by physical means- only metaphysically could one reach the realm of HOLY. And there, at the gates of LIFE, rioted a city of angry, confused creatures, mindless all of them, driven solely by instinct and instinct alone. But, instead of finding the gates locked, as always, they were open, just as LIFE's arms always were. A few hesitated, but the masses pushed on, determined to see LIFE answer to their sins.

And there they were, as always- sitting on their throne complacent, fat on the fruits of Angel's, Demon's, and all creature's labours. They felt this was the first time they were able to see LIFE as they truly were- not an all-seeing God creature, but as a meager, disgusting, manipulative creature as themselves. They approached fearlessly, once again taking note that LIFE's protectors were there, but were not in combat mode. Instead, they simply stood to either of LIFE's side, as silent and stoic as their creator, though the Punisher was tempted to beat them all down. This only confused them more, as they glared at LIFE, and began shouting obscenities at them, questioning them, wondering if Kandra was indeed right, and LIFE was wrong.

The being chuckled, shaking. If it were able to express sadness through its non-existent eyes, tears would be streaming down their face. They would've been crying from the first time Baelgrad stuck at them, breaking their heart. It now spoke, however, with as calm, small, and delicate a voice as it'd always taken up.

"My children. Again do you rise against me. So many times in the past have you done so, but I must say, this display is your most violent- most angered- most saddened. So much pain, so much, have your hearts no doubt felt, watching Celeste return, only to use my Name in vain in order to pointlessly attempt to harm poor Kandra. Hitsugya, tossed from our plane at birth, still harbors a grudge against us. It is a horrible existence, to be sure, to be cast out of Heaven with little backing other than 'inherent evil', but alas, until Baelgrad is gone- not just him, but his intentions- we must be the monsters that Kandra knows we are. Yes, my children, we- all- are monsters. Good and Evil are silly concepts of the minds of sentient creatures to explain the inexplicable. And there will be, always, one who sees me as Evil. Kandra, no doubt, would see me dead. I do not care, Even if they would tear all realms apart to find me and destroy me, I would never harm them, nor any of you. Nor anything. All are my children, even if I never created them. This is how it has been, how it is now, and how it will always be."

One had to strain to hear their tiny, innocent voice, as it was no more than a fluff of cotton on a warm summer wind. But the instant they were finished, calm and shame had once again overtaken Heaven. It was clear that they were never to be as wise as their creator, who could see both the "bad" and "good" within one, and still love them. They went back to their homes, and it was as if nothing had ever occurred in Heaven. However, the instant LIFE was alone with their Judgment and Punishment, they sighed, bowing their proud heads a tad. This was akin to a human breaking down mentally and physically with grief and misery, as LIFE had never, in Kajah's memory, bowed their head. They spoke once more, in that tiny, but now strained voice, as if every word were a knife making its way out of their body.

"So much pain in the world. So much. With the flick of a wrist, I could end it all, reset everything. Make everything as it were before turmoil. But then, what good a parent would I be then? I cannot help a single needy soul, for as all's parent, I cannot show favoritism. I must let my sons and daughters make their mistakes. So... why then must I be in pain, if I am only doing as a parent must. Perhaps that is my heart, then, being wrenched into pieces as I watch all below tear themselves apart, physically and verbally, when all I wish is for all to love each other and see what must be seen. Alas... I am powerless to do so. If I were to, I would not be their parent, instead, I would be their guardian, and my children would grow weak and complacent."

They sniffed, quietly, Kajah's heart shattering to a million pieces. Still, he did not speak. Azael was not so broken, as he'd seen this same scene happen before. Inside, he was as neutral as he was on the outside. He did not care what Kandra did to the humans and like below. He was not to be judged for some time, so he was not to be worried about. Instead, he thought back to Celeste, and her disgusting actions towards both Kandra and Pegasus. If he were Kajah, he'd be enraged to see her actions and words- assuming that LIFE would want anyone dead was a crime. LIFE would never wish harm of any kind upon their children. That'd be akin to a parent wishing pain or death upon their child. The notion was inconceivable. LIFE did not even wish to harm Baelgrad, despite his undying desire to see everything cease. They'd never harmed anything in existence, and never would. He would have to judge Celeste quite harshly when the time came for that.

"Kajah, I hope you have made your peace with your son. That letter... it contained your grievances, yes? Well, if it did, then good. I assume you know I must ask that, until this Kandra business handles itself, that you remain here. You may send your messenger form as much as you wish within the allotted time given to you, but your actual body? Never. You must stay here, and not let your love for your son and my ideals cloud your judgement once again. Understood?"

He but nodded shamefully. Azael, then, turned and walked with his brother to a nearby "window" to watch Faereach. So much pain... so much suffering...

And they could do nothing to
alleviate it. That epiphany cut deeper than the hateful words of a child to their loving parent. Deeper than any knife could ever hope to cut. So deep, that words cannot describe the utter powerlessness, utter weakness, and utter pointlessness that the brothers and LIFE felt, as they watched the world they created crumble before them.

Vix frowned at everything that was going on. things seem to be taking a dangerous turn for everyone. it seems this man Kandra had struck a nerve and it was a painful one not only for the people of Faereach but for other places as well. he turned to Veyd and spoke " you able to see in different realms but that also mean your area of vision is far greater then any one else. Show me what going on through out the city and show me the Guy that cause this situation." Vix needed answer and he knew he didn't have enough time to get them so he had to use the resources at his dispose. he then ran over to grab Melchio and pull him into a hug. "look My prince, i have a feeling things are going to get crazy so we have to stick together and do what we can to help. But we can't just let are emotions get the better of us. At the moment i have no idea what are plan should be. So i need you to take the lead here, Babe." Vix wasn't sure what to do at this point, there was so much to take in and his brain couldn't process everything that was going on. this is why he tried to stay away from things like this, but sadly looks like his been dragged into this situation. he is now a part of this whether he like's it or not. he then turned back to Veyd " You should have idea of are next step correct? After all you observe so you should have some insight into what are next step should be." @Halohbottech @Metaphysics

Veyd sighed, crossing his arms in thought. There was a lot going on at the moment. Heaven's uproar, Kandra, everything else etc etc. It seemed he could never relax or lay low, well actually that was a partial lie. Looking down at the kitsune from his immense height he looked up around at everyone... "I can see any and all dimensions yes but allowing a mortal to tap into that? I'm sorry young one but that is impossible. As for insights I have an idea but I will not put this world in danger unless it is already in peril...My best bet would be for us to try an plan a logical tactic as to what we're going to do. I may be able to go to Kandra but it does not mean I've the power to withstand his army for very long by myself. As for now...I suppose you prepare for the worst" he explained, walking back and forth as he tried to think of something. This was tricky but the only way he could use his own would be in case of dire need...

(Recap on whats happened since last time i was here?)
(The attack is over, Kandra has made his point and made off with...something. The city and other places is in turmoil but is slowly recovering. I've started a countdown timer and posted it somewhere in the OOC)

Rex sighed with resolution, then teleported to the Dracolich Castle. This was it, the place of decision. He had seen what he had been pulled into, and now decided to do the right thing for once. Facing the greatest dark lord of this land was going to be intimidating, possibly dangerous, but he had to face his decisions like a man. He could easily run away and hide from the consequences, but knew that would be an act of cowardice. He had been upfront and respectful with Kandra, and would continue to do so. There was a big chance that this act of defiance would be fatal, but he would rather face any backlash immediately rather then run away in fear.

With all doubt out of the way, Rex moved into the castle and made his way through the dark corridors. Time seemed to slow down as he grew closer and closer to his destination solemnly. Finally arriving at the throne room, Rex stalked forward confidently until he was in the center, then stopped. "I can't do this" He stated, dropping his suit of armor to the ground. Grabbing his two weapons from his belt, Rex tossed them to the floor with disdain "I quit!"

@All Celeste was crying, her mind slowly slipping. She had just wanted peace, she didn't enjoy being cruel, and nasty, but she made mistakes, mistrust one of them. She had slowly begun to realize nothing really mattered, she was just going to die, remembered as the crazy heretic, the one who mistrusted. The only reason she was still fighting was to see her daughters happy. She had wanted to die a long time ago, her mind slowly slipping away as the loneliness of being a goddess implied. She had enough her mind reverting to its normal state. "Mae, Ana we are going to live in hell and see how it truly is down there. I have wondered this many times. Now off we go." A portal opened and Amitola, Mae, Ana, and Celeste all disappeared into it.

Vix snicked "its not like I'm asking to look into an another word. i just asking to see the city, are you on that short of a leash that you cant even let us see that. i should of figure someone like you would be of no use to us. look I'm not asking to look into another dimension, if anything I'm very aware of the whole lay out of the city. I am just simply wanting to observe the people of the city and make sure no harm has come to them." Vix was lost in thought and trying to come up with a logical tactic in this situation but then he had crazy idea. "Logic is a very good thing to plan but sometimes irrational plan can be equally as helpful" he grinned. preparing for the worst, required knowing what happening. "this is going to sound crazy but i want to speak with this Kandra. he seems to have caused a very dramatic scene so i would like to get to know him. what do you say Veyd mind sending me to met him?" Vix knew this idea was crazy but so far it's the only on he had. @Halohbottech @Halohbottech @Mitchs98 @KageYuuki

Seeing Celeste leave Pegasus decided it would be better if they went back to Limbo, he had a bad feeling in the pit of his stomach. "Sarah, Sage we should go back to the game center to see if Luca and Allison are still there so that we can get everyone to safety." He then went back into his Angelic Plane Walker form and prepared to make the jump to the game center.

Iene walked out of the game center no longer being restrained by the staff and began to wonder the streets.

Alright, lets go. I'm sure Luca is worried about us anyway, we didn't tell him a thing before he left." She replied. "Though, how are we gunna get back? I uh, dunno how to do the getting back part. It was pure luck that I even brought us here." She asked.

Allison blinked in disbelief at Sages' and Sarahs' new appearances. She was just, absolutely stunned. "What happened while you guys were gone?" She asked in complete shock. "We met the Stone Giant and he fixed Limbo and turned us into this! It was awesome! Oooh I fought werewolves too." Sarah explained excitedly. Allison giggled in response, she was still in disbelief of Sages' outfit. "Bit breezy there Sage?" She asked him jokingly before turning to Pegasus. "Alright. Wait what do you mean something bad is gunna happen?" She asked him.

Rex gave a silent gasp, not expecting such hospitality from his former employer. At best, he had been ready for admonishment with quick banishment. Catching the bag of gems, Rex was still at a loss for words as he looked at it like a dumbfounded child. Perhaps, in the heat of the battle, he had come to this decision rashly. Finding his voice, Rex spoke "I really had no problem fighting and following orders for the most part, but there was a friend that I had forgotten. I had to face her in battle, despite her unending loyalty. Such an event tore into my very being, I cannot bear the guilt. I know, perhaps I am weak, my feelings have gotten the better of me, but there is nothing I can do about it" He finished speaking, now more calm, then added "My existence as a zombie is already torment as it is"

Allison frowned and turned slightly red. "I'm not fat!" She shouted back, crossing her arms in a huff. "Jerk. I was just kidding." She mumbled before turning her attention to Pegasus. She wasn't exactly sure who or what the Stone Giant was, but she had heard Celeste mentioned before. She blinked when he asked her what powers she had, "Uhhh. Only thing relevant would be Eye Magic as my parents called it but..I'm not exactly sure I could levitate an entire building." She replied. At that point Sarah chimed in, "I can probably! My wind magic got a lot stronger when the Giant turned me into this. I'm not sure what else I could do to help though." She told him.

"I understand, you are free to go. But." He started. "I am obligated to ask you to stay." He raised his hand to stop whatever reply he was going to make. "I won't stop you if you go...but I'm going to tell you...soon enough...it would be safer if you'd have stayed here instead of leaving." He said. "You can use the portal to leave the castle."

"Sarah it is going to take all three of us to move the building, Allison could you try?" At that moment one of the staff walked up and whispered in his ear. "Allison, one of the boys you fought earlier is out side, he can help you. Sage what say you?"

Ken smiled as the waitress came walking in and put down some plates with both Ken's and Miziki's food,"Here you are, enjoy you two!" And with that, the waitress left. Ken happily grabbed his burger and took a decent sized bite out of eat. Ken swallowed the bite and went on to eat some fries and washed it all down with a swig of ice cold Dr.Pepper. Ken eventually turned to Senki as he finally stopped wolfing down his food and asked,"How's your food Senki? This burger is amazing!"
