Fantasy Fae Blood Academy

"It's nice to meet the both of you but I best be going to do my studies for the Andromeda classes..I'm planning to get honors.." He walks away from the both of them as he walks to the library to read about history to learn more about the myth world "So fascinating..." He looks interested into the book he is reading and studies for his classes "Ah, 6 hours of studying and 4 hours of reading..what do I do with my life honestly.." He sighs as he packs up his things to exit the library @Hoki @Aridis
Chelsea seemed to be handling the anxious Jessica, as she wiggled her tail around. "Hmm.... I guess we can find a seat somewhere, the assembly will start any minute." Klef replied to Jessica as their eyes darted around looking for anyone they knew from previous years, but it was rather hard since Klef wasn't able to meet many people in the years previous. This was due to their young age and the staff constantly watching over them, making sure they don't cause any trouble.
Chelsea looked at Klef. "Klef?" She quickly asked.

She then looked over to several other students. "People. Meet." she said stagnantly.

A small girl walked through the school grounds, Red cloak covering her entire body, the shadows dancing across her face from its Hood, she had a small frame and though her face wasn't exposed she appeared to be fairly pale in skin tone, she hurried through the crowds, yet didn't seem to be noticed at all, everyone else too absorbed in ether themselves or getting to the assembly on time, she was late, she knew that... But did she care?... Not really. Now don't get her wrong, she wasn't impolite and certainly not lazy, she just-... had someone to say goodbye too.

She slowed down significantly as she spotted the main building, stopping in front of it, the area around her now empty of people, she raised her head a little, light catching her face and revealing the delicate features and her eyes... almost mystifying in their presence, silver like the moon itself, holding such innocence and hope that could mistake them for the eyes of a newborn child, her short hair falling out as the hood blew off with a small gust of wind, the tips red although they didn't seem to be dyed, it looked as if the colour were completely natural. This wasn't the only odd thing about the girl, if you were at the right angel you could quite clearly see she had some sort of, 'mechanical weapon' by her side in a folded up position, looking incredibly heavy making it a wonder as too how the small girl held it so effortlessly.

Suddenly though she noticed a blonde boy rushing this way, he looked younger than her, but then again she looked younger than him... so that wasn't much to go on. She began to back away slightly, as she got nervous a few flowers popping out of the ground, namingly roses. Their colour red as blood but beautiful, much like all roses, they are pretty... but if you try to pick them carelessly you will get stabbed by a thorn, she quickly pulled her hood back over her head, pulling it down as far as it could go shyly, her hands remaining on the rim, as if in an attempt to not be noticed, hard when you're wearing red in the middle of bland scenery.

Chelsea couldn't stand her excitement, she started getting distracted. With ears twitching, she wandered off down the hall. Her tail wagging as she slid away into the building.

Aiden just woke up from his bed, he arrived at the academy last night. He didnt know what to do, he walked outside into the halls and asked the girl who looked like a cat, "Hey I just got here and I have no idea what to do, is there a place im supposed to be?"

Chelsea looked at brown haired male, looking him up and down as she stood blankly in the hall. With a twitch of her ears, she answered in a fragment "Name is Chelsea. Nowhere I know." she looked around with eye darting. In a split second her tail skittered around with the bow on the end. She grabbed the males hand. "Let's go. See more students." she whispered as she started dragging the male down the hall way.

Drake was frustrated after the incident with the boy and his plant Aaron. It was just another reason why he spent most of his time with animals and not with people. People are complicated, and they are always full of drama. The animals are simple. They know what they want, and their goals are driven by those simple needs. Drake spent the next few minutes remembering his favorite squirrel from the forest back home. It was so much fun running around with him looking for the best nuts to store for the winter. Drake always gave his best nuts to the squirrel, flash.

Drake headed upstairs quickly and found a room with a couple of beds in it and threw his bags down on top of one of the empty ones. He wanted to look around and explore, but he knew that he really needed to get back to the main building if he didn't want to be late or miss the welcome event altogether.

The journey back to the main building was much simpler and much quicker without all the weight holding him down. However, without all the weight holding him down, he was more inclined to head into the forest rather than into a building. He fought his instincts and headed into the main building and into the main hall.

CHIMNY said:
Aiden accepted the drag and followed Chelsea, "My name is Aiden by the way. Nice to meet you."
@Enkye
"Same." Chelsea replied in quick succession. She pulled Aiden through the halls. "Main hall. We go." She said monotonously, "Find more people."

After a while of walking they both entered a larger hall. Chelsea noticed another male just entering. " Wanna talk to him." she said pointing at the guy. @Daemo

CHIMNY said:
"Ughhh...Sure?" Aiden was pretty confused, but this was all he got for now.
@Daemo

@Enkye
Chelsea looked up at the other student for a second, then back to Aiden, "More friends." she said with a small smile. Her ears bounced in rhythm with her tail.

Chelsea left Klef to meet new people, "Wait up Chelsea!" She yelled down the hallway before Chelsea took a sharp turn and was nowhere to be seen. They assumed that it was ok, because she was with a guy and they seemed to be getting along. Maybe they went outside? Klef goes the opposite way of Chelsea and outside of the school. There where a few roses that led to a girl in a red hood, Klef had never seen her around school before. There was a blonde boy nearby her too, he seemed to be headed the same direction. The two looked about the same age as Klef, which excited them, theres not many 13 year olds at this school, Klef had already spent a considerable amount of years with a severe age gap between them and the other students. "Hi! Are you guys going to the main building too? I was there a few minutes ago, I can show you the way if you want." They said to the two noticing the beautiful roses nearby. Klef walked towards a rose to get a closer look, hypotized by it's beauty, shiny and/or beautiful objects always catch Klef's eye. They touch it lightly, feeling the soft texture of the petal. "These roses are so pretty! Are they yours?" Klef said to the red cloaked girl, noticing how her cloak color matched the petals. Right after Klef said that, they felt one of the roses' thorn shoot through the same hand that they touched it with. Klef gave a small cry of both confusion and pain. They looked at narrow thorn protruding out of their left hand, deciding how to go about handling the situation they had put themselves into. @TheHappyPikachu @OverconfidentMagi

WIP - Being rewritten because ninjas. Edited.

Aaron turned down another empty hallway. He felt like he might have passed through here on his way to the dorm building, but everything looked a little different going the other way. If he kept going without getting his bearing's he would get himself lost. Looking down the hall in the other direction he spotted a set of doors leading outside. It would be easier to keep track of where he was from outside, even if there were people outside. He could just ignore them and hopefully they'd leave him alone.

It turned out he'd been close to where he'd been trying to go, just on the wrong side of the building. He ran around the corner of the main building on his way to the front entrance. Yup, he'd gotten back to where he'd started, there was the window and the bench he'd been sitting on inside. There were still people in groups outside too, so it looked like he hadn't missed the welcome ceremony either.

There was a girl wearing a red cape in front of him, so he moved to go around her as she moved out of the way at the same time. See, some people don't want any trouble.

As soon as he'd had that thought he looked down and saw what was happening to the grass around her. Flowers, roses, growing from out of the grass and spreading their petals as if they had a mind f their own. Aaron froze in place, eye wide in some strange mixture of surprise and fear. Painful memories threatened to rise up to the surface and overwhelm him. His breathing became shallow.

It was only after another person approached and tried to strike a conversation with him and the girl that he regained control of his breathing and body. He hadn't heard what the new girl who's approached had started to say, but she leaned down to touch one of the crimson roses. Aaron was screaming in his head not to, to stop, get away from the roses, but none of it left his throat.

Sure enough, the girl gave a cry of pain as the flower's thorn pierced its admirer's skin. Watching the drop of blood pool around the puncture, Aaron's own fingertips and hand felt as if it had been pierced, by thorns and glass and sharp memories still fighting to be relived. But for now he'd keep them back. His heart was still beating fast, but it would go back down with a little time.

He noticed his planter was on its side on the grass, soul spilling out onto the lawn. Aaron dropped to his knees and pushed the soil back into the plastic cup and picked it up gently. The sprout was still standing up fine. Everything was fine.

"You shouldn't try to touch roses," Aaron said to the newer girl. "They like to be seen but not touched, and they hurt those who don't respect their wishes."

Ruby froze as a girl came up to her, temporarily distracting her mind from the focus on the blonde, the girl said something about the hall but Ruby wasn't paying attention, instead she was thinking of the roses, slowly she bent down to them and began too whisper something, a small smile seeming to creep onto her face 'Calm down... they're not gonna hurt me...' were the only words that could be heard by those standing close enough, the rest a mumble off inaudible noises, suddenly though the girl touched one of the rose's and Ruby's eyes flickered up quickly, "Don't!..." she said quickly but it was too late and she winced at the girls cry "T-they... don't like it.... when you touch them..." she said pathetically, her hand still reached out in front of her as if going to stop her.

She seemed a lot less tense now as she sighed and stood back up, taking a deep breath she tried too make the roses go away but alas more grew instead, she face-palmed briefly before noticing the boy looking almost-... scared? He soon regained her computer though and she banished the thought from her mind, she nodded at his statement, pulling her hood down again
"Hey there!~ I'm Ruby, Ruby Rose." she suddenly found herself saying excitedly, a bright smile placing itself upon her face. Her personality doing what could be seen as a '180' in terms of her reactions, she smiled cheerfully, her hair gently blowing in the breeze, upon a proper look at her face you realised that it, in a lot of ways resembled the roses, delicate, mysterious and somehow threatening all at the same time, there was something that pulled you to this girl in terms of a strange fascination and attraction but at the same time something that made you want to be wary with every step, as if hiding some power or painful secret.

She'd seemed in such despair only a brief moment ago... so alone, so shy, so venerable, nothing like the image presented now, it was odd to see the change but in a way it only added to the factor of interest towards her, it seemed as if you could put her in a room full of people and spot her amongst the others within a second and yet she would fade into it so well that she could be thought of as invisible, the girls very presence was confusing, and seemed best not too think about it.

"Ugh...okay?" Aiden had no idea whats going on, just then Chelsea ran somewhere else. Aiden approached the guy, "Hello, Chelsea for some reason dragged me all the way here to meet you, Im Aiden." he said while offering a hand to shake.

Jessica turned around to apologise to Chelsea, 'Hey-' She said before realising no one was there. What...I'm alone again? She thought, starting to panic, her ears drooped over and her tail was on the floor. She looked around at all the people, feeling invisible and lost once again. 'Chelsea?' She mumbled, knowing well that she wasn't there. She took a few steps forward from where she was standing before stopping and realising she didn't know what to do now.

Azael walks out of class as he senses a strong aura near him "W-what is that...?" His emotions were on alert and he summoned his water sphere around him as he slowly makes his way down to where the aura is coming from and sees the girl "N-not her.." He feels a sense of fear as 3 water knights appear around the sphere to guard him all three water knights say in sync "We must protect our lord!" Azael closes his eyes as he drew more closer to the girl but with good distance apart @TheHappyPikachu

Azael sees another girl that looked like she didn't know what to do and seemed lonely as his eyes widen with worry and thinks to himself "maybe I should go talk to her.."

Azael walks over as his sphere disappears but has his knights around him to guard him from any danger and approaches the girl

"Are you alright..?" He asks @Domxx

Jessica looks up at the boy that has appeared before her. She looked confused. Knights? She thought as her ears straightened up and her tail swayed happily. "Um.." She looks around, "I was with two other people and-" She looks past him, still looking for the others, "They disappeared." She explained. She wasn't good at talking to people and avoided making eye contact with him although she would have to look up to do so.

Abel paused. Looking around, her large violet eyes openly welcoming in all the new objects and people. Even the library wasn't quiet enough for her. She thought being on her own was blissful, but, for too long it made her feel too alone, and that happened too often. So she reluctantly walked to an empty table and started to read the book. Something about controlling powers. Hm. She definitely needed advice of controlling her powers.

Klef saw the look on both of their faces. " I'm fine!" They said, jerking their hand away from the thorn and casting a hologram over the hole. "That was my fault, I'm not exactly a plant person..." They said jokingly to the boy who told Klef the roses don't like to be touched, after Klef got stabbed in the hand by one. The girl seemed to take an interest in the other boy, they both seemed to be able to control plants. She lightened up and introduced herself to the boy. Ruby Rose... The name seemed familiar to Klef, they walked a few yards away and sat down trying to cope with the pain. They wondered about the two's auras. The two where far enough from them, maybe they could check the auras out without them noticing. Klef touched one of their contact lenses and took it out, squinting so that barely of the eye was exposed. The two's auras were rather strong for their ages. Ruby's aura was a very bright red color, Klef tries to get a closer look before realizing the contact lense was somewhere on the ground. Crap... They thought, patting the ground for the lense. @OverconfidentMagi @TheHappyPikachu

Jessica flinched when the boy grabbed her hand. Did he think she was a child? 'Wait...I don't even know your name...or anything about you. How can I trust you?' She said, 'We don't have to go and find them...but I have no one else to hang out with.' By now, Jessica was kind of just thinking out loud.

She walked with him none the less because she didn't see the point in refusing help.

The girl in red, it was she who first broke the ice. She lowered her hood, and with an energy that appeared at odds with how she'd first appeared she introduced herself as Ruby, Ruby Rose. Aaron didn't believe for a second that it was her real name. She'd probably just read a lot of superhero comics and made up a name that sounded heroic to go with her ability. But whether intentional or a coincidence, he couldn't deny that the girl before him felt like a rose that had given itself human form. He didn't understand what that meant exactly, but it was how he felt.

He looked away from her for risk of staring. The other girl who'd been stuck by the rose she'd touched was a good distraction to move his attention to. She dismissed the injury quickly, and the blood vanished as soon as it had appeared. So her power was healing or something like than then? He wasn't sure if that meant she was in the same house as him or if she'd be in Andromeda, and he didn't mean to ask her.

The girl introduced herself as Klef. Another strange name, Aaron thought to himself. She excused herself to walk a little ways away, looking at her finger and worrying over it though it appeared fine now. Maybe she wasn't very good at using her power, not that he could judge anyone about that. He just aimed to keep in control enough not to accidentally hurt anyone.

Now that it was just him and the Rose girl he wasn't sure what he was supposed to say, and and awkward lapse started to open up as he kept avoiding looking at her. He was relieved when he happened to see that the other girl had dropped something and was searching through he grass. Something caught his eye from where he stood, so he went over. A tiny contact lens was balanced between two blades of grass. Somehow he'd been lucky and spotted it.

"Um, is this what you're looking for?" He held out the lens for the other girl to take. The blades of grass that had retrieved the prize fell back down into the mat of green lawn limply.
