Aye, confusion can be 2 turns minimum and the turn you get confused counts (if you rolled for confusion that turn).

Please bear in mind that you don't have to do rolls or what not if you don't want to; I use them because I like the little bit of RNG in Pokémon, but if you and your opponent come to another agreement you can very well do that instead.

No worries, Christmas into the New Year is an expected slow-down, so I'm not gonna rush anyone to get things done. I believe we'll be up to speed sometime in January, maybe later in January depending on how many people are students getting back into the semester and all. Year-end & Year-start chaos and all.

Here are the brackets after the first round, we've only got Laurie vs Nua remaining. The winner will face Heizou while the loser goes onto face Esther. If Saga's RP is gone then G will automatically progress to the next round.

quite recently, and then his cause of death was confirmed this week (polytrauma - he fell from a balcony)

Thanks for the info, I do remember seeing it on the news some time ago and the how circumstances surrounding his death were pretty mysterious too.
