May I suggest instead taking Flashing Vengeance Draw which insted gives you 5 successes at the cost of 3m?

I was undecided to either increase strength stamina or appearance (needed for getting Spring Rzors invocations) but than i remember soalr xp can't be used on charms so i went with a charm though i might choose poorly i am not sure about it.

I think this is a conversation that needs to play out over multiple instances, so it's perfectly fine to interrupt it (unless Epiphany is online and wants to finish it now), and that way we can actually get together and plan where we go next.

It is more of Stalking Tigers habit at this point to be the cautious one in any situation especially after what happened with his teacher.

I need to read up more on the Bull personally, but my gut read is that he'd seem a lot like an Exalted Ragnar Lothbrok. Sure he revels in war, raiding, and northman ideals of honor and faith but...

Much of what others would allege as monstrous would emerge in self-defense and self-preservation. The ice walkers would support a brutal slaughter of the Tepet legions for trying to rain foreign tyranny over their rightfully risen ruler.

He's a Solar Exalt that emerged shortly before the disappearance of the empress. Since taking the second breath he has been pulling together scattered tribes and clans of ice walkers into an established domain of influence rather than the packs of nomads that prey on mostly undefended settlements. As they have organized they have relied on the talents of his priestess with summoning and binding servants to help build out more habitable conditions while the populace focuses on herds and warfare. Much of the old culture of raiding still persists, which is why they are seen as fairly aggressive expansionists.

Given his victory over a massive Realm assault, his subjects are very optimistic at present and respect the power he's able to bring to bare.

I personally need to do more research on the ice walkers, but that sums up what I'm currently running with.

Bear in mind, Xilanada has a very personal axe to grind (that she's trying with varying degrees of success to bury). I'll admit, the player in me is always cautious about dealing with the Bull of the North because of the risk of him deprotagonizing the 'main characters', so to speak. But I'm up for giving him a go if others are.

Tiger is on the neutral ground here but than again he grew up in nexus where no real war happens thanks to Emissary so all he knows is there is always an answer in trade and information is key to that.
