In other words: I'm finally done with Indra's and Raiden's CSs!! If any GM has the time to check them out and see if anything needs to be changed or altered in order for them to be accepted, I'd be thankful--sorry for the delay. ^^;;

The only way to gain powers is to take the injection. You can't develop powers on your own

Well, since they're returning students, I would assume that most of them knew each other. For the other questions however, I don't really have the answer to them.
