Kiki stared at the apple in awe.She took a little bite and her pupils expanded to her entire eyes and the glisened with magical tears of happyness.then relizing she was drooling,she slurped and got ahold of herself."Oh,um,the dog.well,his name is Thantos.Hes one of the many offspring of cerberus...ya.That cerberus.he only has one head now because hes just a baby."She explained."A BABY?"The fire girl exlaimed. "Yep.anyway hes mad i wont share my blue apples,and i dont because he so big and would need alot of them.And those things are hard to grow!And lately,hes been more interested in eating me than my apples...like something has come over him...Hes not a big meat eater.He doesnt even talk to me anymore...just wants to eat me.We used to be cool even tho he was jelous of my apples.Wonder whats up with his bloodthirst." Kiki held up the end of her tail.Kinda bloody at the end where he almost caught her.Anyway,whats you name?She said to the girl."Annable.." she said through a mouth full of tasty toasted apple."This is majestic" Kiki laughed,then looked to trojanac, and she was grinning that she was talking to people.Even under these circumstances."So whats your story T?Im gessing your element is wind?" She asked takeing another bite of her slice.

I stared at the apple that was in my hands with awe, this stuff was more expensive than gold! Today was interesting! And now that girl from before showed up as well! And toasted an apple for the cat lady? Huh, well that explains why my book turned to ash. I then remembered that she had asked what that sound was. "Oh right, that sound you had heard? That was my air rifle.", I pointed to it as I now had it strapped to my back. "It's my own design but it's not very powerful yet. And as you can guess my element is air magic. That's how I power it." I then focused my attention on the cat lady. "I would wish there weren't any danger to be had around in these forests, fortunately I heard you before anything else happened." I shuddered at the thought of what would have happened. "By the way, what's your name? I now know annabelle's, but not your's." I said.

Nexus took a deep breath in and with a smirk gave a loud WHOOP as she walked uo to the group of students who had just begun eating a huge blue apple, hands on her hips, ears perked, tail swishing in an amused way behind her as she walked. Nexus stopped and watched them only about three feet away grinning eyes bright, she seemed to constantly radiate a soft warm heat only a little hotter than normal, like a dull fire on Christmas eve. She chuckled softly " Well that's was quite the excitement...to bad I didn't get to, help " she said in an odd way, like she had wanted to actually fight the beast with her bare hands though she brushed off the tone and introduced herself " Pardon my manners, I'm Nexus Vii " she gave a small sarcastic bow then continued " if you haven't already noticed I'm a tiger with a fire aspect " she smirked and stood up straight smiling

Kiki regarded this "Nexus" girl with a glare,hardly turning her head,tail twitching and stiff.She didn't know how she felt about this girl.She turned back to Trojanac and said "My name is Kiki. My Animal is the snow leopard,and my element is earth.Thanks for saving me T. Annabelle, we should hang. Ill catch up with you later." She looked at the very forward tiger girl again,pulled out her whip,put the rest if her apple in her satchel and grabbed a nearby tree and took off into the forest.A sharp growl echoed back as she disappeared.

So her name is kiki? Aaand she just left, ok. That was odd. But with another student that just introduced herself, I felt that it would be polite to respond. "Hello! My name is Trojanac!" I said with a smile. "And if you hadn't noticed I use air magic.", I said with a chuckle.

Nexus frowned shrugged as she watched Kiki take if into the forest " I get that a lot " she placed her hands, folded, behind her head turning her attention to Trojanac she blinked and her grin returned " Well that's quite an...interesting name, how 'bout I just call you Tro... If your OK with that? " she said and then added " and if mines confusing or odd you can just call me Nex, how 'bout that? " she said and her tail curled around till it was in front of her hovering above her right leg slightly curled around it, an...odd position but Nexus didn't seem to mind

"Sure, I don't mind that. Hey, how about we all go grab some late lunch?" I said wishfully, knowing that ï didn't eat lunch today like a loser. I eagrely awaited their responce, maybe we can go find kiki as well to join us!

"Man, classes was such a bore today." I thought to myself as I walked out of the classroom. I headed out to the central area and had no idea where to go next. I knew classes were over for the day but I was feeling rather hungry and I wanted to eat some where good after having nothing but cold sandwiches for a few days while I was getting settled in here. I saw three people talking who appeared to be upperclassmen and figured maybe they would know a good place to eat. Taking a deep breath I walked over there. " Hey name's Vinnal and I'm rather hungry know any where to eat that does not serve cold sandwiches."

I got up from the floor and pushed my glasses farther up my face and skated out the door, but ground the rail and ollyed off and skated down the street. I just kept thinking about how I should use my powers to have fun. I saw some people while I was skating, so I skated towards them but started to use the water in my bottle to push the rocks off the sidewalk.

Annabelle watched and thought about Kiki swinging off into the distance, wondering why she suddenly left. At least she liked the apple, from what she said. Smiling, Annabelle turned back, and greeted Nexus. "Oh, Hello!" Annabelle said with a grin. "Sorry I haven't been speaking much, I've just been thinking is all. Are you new here?"


She felt happy for some reason. Even though the recent events have been weird, shes been meeting so many new people. Maybe this school year will interesting after all! "OH! and Trojanac! I'd love to get some-" annabelle was cut off, cause a man came up to them, asking if they knew a anyplace to get a sandwich. Laughing, she smiled even wider. "Actually, we were about to go get some food. Wanna come? Nexus, you can come too!"

Somewhere in the forest,Kiki thought about how she acted.Could have been less judgeful.Dont judge a fish by its color,they are almost always delicious,her mom always said.With a sigh,she relized the time.She went back to her little apartment and got changed for her job.Her apples were valuble, but she didnt have many and only sold them when she had to.She hated her work uniform.A cutsy wootsy maid type out fit,not super lacy like you would think,but pretty bad.But thankfully she never had friends to go to the coffee shop where she worked and see her.She ran the register on week nights.She was happy she didnt have work tommarow on saturday.And so,she walked down the village street not makeing eye contact with people."God this outfit is humiliating...wish i didnt need the money so bad..." She mumbled to herself. She entered her little coffee shop. And got to work.

I skated passed the people not giving them a second glance and skated into town. I then noticed a coffee shop and stopped kicked my board up and straitened my zip up jacket and pushed my glasses farther up my nose and pushed my bangs to the side and walked in. I stood at the podium waiting for a waiter/waitress to come to me and show me to my seat. I mumbled to myself " This place is pretty nice, and I probable look like a dork.

"Sure, why not I don't have anything else to do" I said as I looked around the group. I figured that maybe this year I could actual make some new friends " So does anybody know anyplace we could eat as previously stated I do not know my way around just yet". I took notice of everybody first was a girl with pink hair tied into two ponytails and yellow eyes, the guy had white messy hair and was taller then me but, the one that caught me the most was the girl with green eyes, tiger ears and tail. " So I introduced my self can I get your names" I said.

Nexus blinked when she heard two voices talking at the same time on in front of her and the other behind she glanced behind her and then took a step back so she could see everyone before cracking a grin again...the certain grin she had made her look like a know-it-all which easily got annoying... " Well now that we've got our little gang, I say we go to one on my personal favorite places, and since I've only been in town for a little bit and its already my favorite that should be a hint that it's good...now lets go " she turned and began walking " I'm Nexus by the way " she said to the kangaroo guy with a wink and a chuckle, he had actually surprised her which was rare and it amused her that someone like that could do it

This new guy seemed cool, however rather ironic that me and him were to be asking practically the same thing. Nexus on the other hand was offering a place to go for lunch and was leading the way for us to follow. With a bemused grin I followed, awaiting my next meal. "My name is Trojanac, pleased to meet you on similar terms.", I said to Vinnal.

Following Nexas, they walked through the forest path heading toward Yasmiller Village. Such a beautiful early summer day, and with school going on break soon, we can have over two weeks too enjoy this beautiful weather! Only thing is that monday we have our monthly arena fight, which is our last day before break. Annabelle looked around at the scenery as they walked, birds chirping happily as they strode toward the town. The sun gently warmed her, the air filled with the scent of pine, flowers, and other summer scents. So many trees as far as the eye could see too in every direction, except for the end and beginning of the dirt path. The academy a small dot now, Yasmiller started coming into focus. "Look's like were getting close!" She said happily, a spring in her step. Yasmiller was such a beautiful place, she loved it. The cottages, pubs, and merry folk, it just reminded her of those fantasy stories she loves so much in books. Happy as can be she was going somewhere with people, they began walking down the cobblestone road towards the shop Nexus was taking them. To the right was a river, and on the other side of it, more of the town, which you could reach with a bridge. To their left, was shops and stands, people in or around them waiting for customers. People filled the two streets, chatting happily amongst themselves. "Is this the shop you were talking about Nexus?" Asked Annabelle, pointing to a coffee shop. "I hear good things."

Kiki tightened her bow on her back and brushed off her skirt.She took a deep breath.She colected herself,smiled with her eyes closed,and stepped out from the employee station to behind th café counter."Hello! My name is Kiki.Welcome to Miller café.What can i get you?" She asked,tilting her head."Hey!i know you," She snapped her eyes open,and was surprised to see the skater boy who let her in the window to astronomy standing before her. "OH." She blushed,"Ya,iv worked her for a while...never expected to see you here...hey,could you like,not tell anyone i work here?" She grit her teeth."I gess." He said,not sure why she would ask."So,um,What can i get you?" She asked again,with a small smile,holding a little note pad and pen.

We had just gotten into town to go to the place nexus told us about. The town was nice, it kinda gave off a rural vibe, with close-knit neighbors and a homely feel. We finally stopped at this coffee shop place that looked just like the rest of the town, old and rural. I politely opened the door for everyone and went inside, maybe they also serve deserts as well!
