Not too long after the monster showed itself had it disappeared suddenly. Tegan's eyes widened in shock for a moment, but then he sighed in relief at the danger being gone for the time. Tegan stood up and turned to the girl, whose eyes locked with his. He cringed and tore his eyes away from hers. There was something about her, something different, and he could feel it too. Tegan's eyebrows furrow at the young woman's question. She could see that creature too? Tegan reached out a hand to her, wanting to ask her more about what she's seen, but he then he stopped in his tracks when the woman cried out about an injured girl. He ran up beside the woman to get a better view of the injured person. At that moment, Tegan noticed a peculiar tattoo on her shoulder. It was in the exact spot that his tattoo was, but instead it was a different shape. Could this mean she's...?
Tegan began to absentmindedly follow the two to their destination. Maybe they'd have some answers to what seem like 'unsolvable questions'. He hesitated at going inside when he reached the house, seeing that a crowd of people had already gone inside. Tegan disliked being around even this small of a crowd, but despite this he pressed on, following them inside. He kept his distance from the group, even during the mini introductions, hoping nobody would notice his presence.
