There are two ways to answer that question.


1. Look at the character sheet.


2. Look at the list on the first page of either In Character or In Character 2.

Took a look at his CS. I'm not sure Bard can use him effectively, but they could possibly be the most interesting partners.

How do you feel about Ryu teaming with Bard? They'd be like two autonomous partners. It'd be interesting for him to learn how to resonate that way, similar to how Maka resonated with her other team mates. @Rhodus

So the students went to class, the teacher, Marie, offered a project to get students into EAT that would be a battle and the winner of the battle would be the one to move on. Some students wanted to battle that day and so they took a 4 way fight out onto the grounds outside the school.


In the midst of the battle a meister ran in shouting someone had taken his weapon.


The students were told to go inside while the teachers left to go check into. One pair followed the two teachers, the rest went inside where they were called by Lord Death to be told they were not good enough to be EAT students, but that he had made up a new group called NEW that he wanted them to join where a few pairs would go together on missions instead of one, and the missions would be assigned to them instead of the liberty of choosing etc. Some basic differences but pretty similar to EAT.


Marie and Curtis, the two teachers, ran into the man who had taken the weapon and a battle commenced. The two students jumped in as well. It was discovered that the weapon had been killed. Curtis captured the man's weapon and he disappeared.


Marie and Curtis, along with the two students are headed back to the school to take the weapon into custody.


The students at the school have been signing up for NEW. You need a partner to be in NEW though.

It could work, but it depends what weapon type Bard is proficient in. @Airagog

@Imaginative Code William doesn't have a partner, right? At least not yet?


Kayden has a special circumstance where he doesn't require a meister, but because of NEW, he'll need one. Perhaps he could become William's weapon? It's only a suggestion lol, but I think that they would work fairly well together.

Ryu might be pairing up with Bard, but if he doesn't he's free to pair up w/ your technician.

Sorry, had tutoring. But Bard definitely couldn't use Ryu well, at least on his own. His fighting style wouldn't match up very well. Though he could perhaps resonate with him well enough. He'd be mostly supporting Ryu, not the other way around.

Alright. I was thinking that Ryu could do a trial run with both Bard and @SenpaiMagnum's character and see what happens from there.
