We were partners for just under two weeks, and the partnership just wasn't working as much as it should have been" He smiled and laughed. "Sorry about that; I got a little carried away there. Didn't mean to spew out such a boring tale. Anyway, what brought you here to Shibusen?"

"Oh, no, it's okay!" During his talk, the raven had remained silent and listened carefully, observing him as he explained his situation.


When it was her turn to respond, Yu lowered her gaze, ears turning red with mild embarrassment and a sheepish grin on her face. "It's sort of stupid," she replied, lifting her head and puffing out her chest with sudden pride, "but I wanted to be a hero!"

It had only been a few minutes before the energetic blondie had shown up again. Was she part-dog or something? It would explain why she found him so quickly, and why she was so energetic. Hmm, if she were a puppy though, what kind of breed would she be? Chihuahua? Pug? Pitbull? UFO waved away those thoughts. Since she was blonde, she had to be some kind of yellow dog. Slobbery and stupid, that kind of thing or whatever. She even brought him a mission, like a loyal dog.


Not that he was complaining; UFO was bored outta his mind.


"So? Let's go! Plus, we gotta find another pair to team with us for this mission. Anyone will do. How about Ryu and his partner? Or somebody else, since you were being a pain in the ass. Also.... Can you tell me what favor I owe you?... It's not something that has to do with love, is it? Because I'm not interested in fake haired guys. I'd rather marry a bald hot mysterious guy, y'know?" UFO scratched the side of his face, and replied, "Just like how you aren't interested in fake-haired guys, I'm not interested in flat-chested children. I prefer more... mature ladies." He crossed his arms and looked down on her condescendingly with a smirk on his face. "You don't need to know what kind of favor you owe me, just that you do owe me one. Now, we have to go find those two pieces of shit to invite them on the mission. Any idea on where they are?" He tucked his hands into his pockets, giving her a dead-eyed stare.

Ryu smiled at Yu's answer. "Well now. That's quite the ambitious plan you've got there." He paused a moment as an idea occurred to him. "Say, what type of combat do you specialize in? Close quarters or long range?"

Grinning, she turned into the small office. Finding that it was empty, Yukino placed the stack of books down on the desk before exiting, hands behind her back. "I'm better at close range," she responded, "Besides, it's more fun than long range!"


Long range meant you had to put hope in your skills, but close range meant you could do it yourself.

The blond's smile widened "In that case would you be up to a partnership with me? At least a trial run first." He asked.

Kylei Crysten

The blonde checked herself when he said 'flat-chested'. Whaaaa? She wasn't flat..... She was just flat-ish. Yes! That's the word! Flat-ish! Most manga protagonists weren't flat, unless they were men, but she isn't a man! Kylei Crysten is a woman! But women aren't flat-ish... So a lady? Mhm. So she isn't flat at all! Kylei frowned when he didn't tell her what she owed him. At least he wasn't interested in her in any way, so that was fine. Egh, his smile was evil. Hopefully, the favor wouldn't turn out as bad.


"Hrmm... Well, obviously they're around the school somewhere.. Mainly the hallways. Soooo we'll start there? But.. There's like so many students... And so many hallways too... Uaaahh.."

The gray of her eyes had seemingly become absorbed by the violet dust. "Wha-- Really?? Hell yeah!" Every part of her wanted to do a flip right then and there, but there was that one part that was going 'please don't' and she listened to that one instead.


Yukino held her hand out to the male, wearing the biggest grin on her face. "Let's do it!" she said, "It'll be fun."

The blond's returned Yukino's smile and grasped her outstretched hand. " Great! In that case, we should probably head to the registration office and make it official." Today was turning out better than expected, Ryu thought to himself with a smile.

"Sweet!" The minute she released his hand, there was a spark in her eyes. "I'll totally race you there if you want?" the raven offered, already moving down the hall until she would wait near a turn.


If it wasn't obvious yet, Yukino was sort of a child, bouncing lightly on her heels - and today was starting to seem really awesome, so how could she not be excited, right?

Ryu laughed at the Yukino's enthusiasm. "I'm going to have to pass on that offer." He said with a smile. "In my experience, I've found that it is not a good idea to run around in settings such as this one. Too many things that could go wrong. I won't stop you from running there if you'd like to though."

Well that really got her thinking. Yukino tilted her head this way and that thoughtfully, hands tucked behind her back. "Chances are I'll get yelled at.."


Yet again a smile pulled on her lips, shoulders raising to shrug off her own idea. "I don't need to run; I can always do that later."


So, she simply waited for Ryu to join her before the two would head off to register.

The blond smiled and caught back up with Yukino, then began walking beside her to the registration office. "So," He said casually. "Are you always that competitive?" He asked.

"Well..." She shrugged her shoulders, hands buried in her sweatshirt pockets. "Not too often, but often enough you know?"


Because that made sense. Lots of it.


Looking over, Yukino smiled. "I just think it's fun to compete with friends, that's all." She would laugh then, one hand freeing itself just to wave by her face, "I'd get killed if I was competitive with everything."


Hand returning to her pocket, it was the raven's turn to ask a little question; "Are you always this nice?"

The blond laughed softly as Yukino asked her question. "I try to be at least. On occasion, I meet someone who I dislike, but for the most part, I try to at least be respectful to everyone I meet." He replied. "Showing the proper respect is one of the things that I believe in the most"

The girl laughed, but not in a way that made it seem like she was laughing at his way of thinking. "Sounds like a comic book hero," Yukino commented, a grin plastered on her face, "I love it."


As they would near the registration, she looked up at Ryu, her head tilted. "You're pretty cool, Ryu," she said, eyes sparkling lightly.

"Thank you" He said with a nod. "I tend to get that a lot. I guess it's a side effect of my calm demeanor. You're pretty cool yourself, you know. In your own way." He added as they arrived at the registration office.

Yukino snorted to herself, attention focusing on the front desk. "Thanks," she said, the ends of her smile twitching as a joke decided to make its appearance, "I get that a lot too, but from my absolutely crazy everything."


No laughing at own jokes. That was just weird.


But she was definitely grinning.


The girl then registered herself - naturally under the identity of Meister - then casually gestures to Ryu.

Ryu smiled at Yukino's joke and registered himself as her weapon. "Crazy everything? Sounds like it would make life pretty interesting," He said, filling out the required forms. After he had finished he handed them to the registration attendant and turned back to face Yukino. "Well I think that's it. We're now partners."

Just hearing that made her entire face light up. This was going to be so much fun, she just knew it! Though they already shook hands, that didn't stop Yukino from holding out her right hand, the other tucked behind her back as she herself stood tall.


Tilting her head to the side, the raven smiled.


"Nice to meet ya, Partner!"

"Alright, let's go find them.. I don't think class started yet, so they're still around..." The blonde said while spinning her heels towards the left. She carried the mission in her hands as she walked around, leading the way. "So now that we're gonna have them tag along, I think you should apologize to Ryu... If he comes along. You see, it'd be cool if two fake haired men bonded and became allies. Then you would have a friend, who has one same characteristic as you! It's amazing!!! I don't have much friends who relate at all to me, it's so sad... They're all normal people and so boring.." Crysten rubbed the mission with her thumb. "That's another reason I wanted to attend this school! To find extraordinary and unique persons! If only Saitama from One Punch Man was here!" She grinned when she spotted a familiar blonde. He seemed busy talking to another girl, but she didn't care. It was a mission offer recruitment.





"Ryu! Yes you! Sorry about what happened last time.. But, hey! You and your partner wanna join us for a mission?"

Ryu turned to look in kylei's direction. "Sure I guess" He replied. "I can't speak for Yukino though." He turned to Yukino. "You want to give it a go?" He asked.

A mission? A MISSION?! Her face lit up with more energy than a battery, eyes sparkling. Yukino nodded a few times, grin stretching from ear to ear as she faced the girl that had arrived. "Sounds good," she stated, a fist clenched in front of her out of readied determination, "Let's do it! What's the mission description, err....."


She had heard Ryu say the name, but was totally blanking; and it was obvious in the way the raven took on an incredibly thoughtful expression.

"Heeehhh, apologize? That's cute. It almost counteracts how stupid the sentiment is." UFO trudged along behind the excited blonde with his hands shoved roughly into his pockets. Well, at least the thumbs of his oversized gloves shoved into his pockets. "Apologies don't mean shit if they aren't sincere. Are you asking me to *gasp* lie? Are friends even supposed to lie to each other? Are you encouraging me to be a dishonest person?! How shameless... so this is what kind of person you really are..." He shook his head in feigned disgust, and tucked a strand of red hair back into his bandanna. Besides, he didn't come to Shibusen to make friends in the first place. A drawn-out and derisive sigh escaped from UFO, and he leaned over to pick up Golem no. S54. "Alas, but I have promised to assist in your efforts to befriend the other trash in this shitty place, no? But every time I have to do this... it's just more favors added to your debt to me, shoe-licker."


His demeanor transformed when the two people Miss Piss had been looking for appeared. A good-natured–almost sweet and innocent–smile graced UFO's face, and he greeted them kindly with eyes curved into cheerful upside-down U's. "Ah, hello. I apologize for my rude conduct earlier.... I was in a rather black mood. I hope we can make amends and become good friends!" It was as if he was sparkling with genuine benevolence, the small golem he was hugging to himself adding to the effect. "I'm Ueforia Sou! But please, call me UFO! Nice to meet the two of you!"

Geez, was it a sin to apologize and make peace? His attitude was such a problem... Unlike the charade he'd agreed to play. She grinned once more wondering how much of a debt will she pay for him completing this favor for her? It was strangely hilarious how good of an actor he was. If only that side of him was the main personality. Or if he was silent like his golems. "Crysten! The name's Kylei Crysten! We're both sorry we ticked you off, Ryu.... I hope you're ready to take on the task! An--" The blonde stopped herself from mentioning, And ready for UFO's hateful inclination. "*Coughs* Here, I can just hand you the mission so I don't have to read off the description to you! "





She stretched out her arm and placed the board in the girl's hand.

A mercenary who illegally sells a variety of souls on the black market is needed to be stopped. We cannot take him alive for he is a dangerous human-like kinshin egg. Once the threat is gotten rid of, you are allowed to devour his soul, but not any other from his stock. Destroy the inventory of souls just in case.





Few have reported sightings of him around the mountains of (Insert Name). That is where you will start the search and hunt.
