Fantasy Dragon's Roar 3: Rise of The Dark Arts ( Finished )

Siobhan follows them out, "I will let the insult of you thinking you can handle me alone easily, let alone with two people aiding me, slide," She lunges the minute the words to start leave Isabel's mouth, striking at Isabel's sternum with her fist with the force of a wrecking ball.

Dark has an 8 foot pillar of her dragon scales rise in front of Siobhan. Her dragon scales were infused with hexagonal diamond (lonsdaleite as mentioned before in DR1 ), which can handle 58% more stress than diamond and it's also harder than diamond by that same percent. She knew Siobhan will more than likely break through this pillar. Which is what she wanted since bursting through the pillar would stall her for even a few seconds. Which was all she needed since she was the fastest personality, but she wasn't as fast as her father though. She didn't have killer reflexes like Origin so stalling Siobhan and using her speed should give her the chance to expel harmless carnage magic or raw mana. She could even use her dragon exoskeleton's rib cage to ensnare Siobhan which would mean trouble for the 11 year old girl.


( Her raw mana isn't microwaves but for a close comparison on what they do. They act like microwaves in terms of heating/boiling except it's amplified since it's raw mana. So she can make things melt or burst due to long exposure like several minutes. Nobody would stand in raw mana for that long though. Short periods of exposure will only lead to pain/heat, no boom boom or melting. She can also heat her own food. It feels like an ADS beam. For an actual reference for the pain here you go. This isn't just to Siobhan this is just to explain Alice's raw mana and how it works. I should probably explain this in her character sheet.... ignore the sad and smiley face.

While she is distracted by Siobhan, Bruce quickly circles around her, firing multiple ki blasts that arch and come down on her rather than going in a straight line so as to reduce the chance of Alice simply moving and having the ki blasts hit Siobhan.

Pillars, walls, and spears; dragon scales burst out of the ground in many different forms. Making some combatants stand on a higher platform than others. The ground itself was completely disturbed from its peaceful sleep as a flat piece of land. Dark was in a pit looking up, waiting for the other members to navigate through the jagged terrain and find her.


( Basically like this jagged setting. Except a lot more spikes. )

Bruce hovers upwards beyond the reach of the spikes and the columns "you just had to ruin the scenery, you bastard." He hovered around the area looking for Alice, keeping an eye out for any attacks that might come.

The columns and spikes are constantly growing and shifting to different positions so the layout is never the same. Bruce can see a transparent force traveling in the form of heat waves. It was starting to ricochet around the changing layout of the spikes until it flew towards Bruce.

Bruce is a bit puzzled by the force but darts away and down into the thich of the terrain, careful to not hit or get hit by the columns and spikes. "I swear if she's just outside of this thing..."

His voice began to echo before it was lost in the changing scenery. Several spikes start to trap him while this unknown energy travels through the maze like spikey terrain. New pillars and spikes start to erupt as well, making the ground almost uninhabitable.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa." Isaac said as the earth moved and changed beneath. Isaac rad risen from where he was standing and was a couple feet higher than everybody else. "Man I wish I could fly right about now."

Siobhan is surprised by the pillar when she strikes it instead of Isabel, part of it caving as she didn't put full force into the attack. She inspects the pillar for a brief second and finds a point that would break the whole thing in one swing. She pulls her fist back and throws it forward with all her strength, the scales shattering into pieces. When the entire landscape starts to change, Siobhan takes flight, two dragon wings spreading from her back. She frowns at her inability to spot Isabel. She listens carefully for any sign of Isabel, then starts to taunt her with a nearly cruel smile, "Oh, come on, Isabel. This is a coward's tactic."

It passed by her like wind, refusing to devour her. Dark spreads her own wings and flies through the raw mana, shrapnel, and carnage magic since it spread for her. "That would've been checkmate if it were real. I wonder how round two is going to go." Alice whispers to herself and watches the raw mana and shrapnels continue to plume. She waves her arms and cuts it off since extended use would be considered torture since 5 seconds alone is excruciatingly painful.

Siobhan growls viciously, tensing as if she were about to pounce, but jumps when the back door is thrown open and Felix stalks out, fury radiating off him like an almost visible aura, "You know, you're awful carefree for a fugitive, Alice. You are aware that you're hiding out here, right?" He gestures his arms out wide, gesturing to the ruined terrain, "People will notice this. This is suspicious. People are looking for you. People in this fucking neighbourhood have promised to turn you in if they get hints! This is a pretty big fucking hint, Alice!"

Isaac couldn't avoid all the shrapnel since he was on the ground and couldn't fly like the others, which really sucked combined with the sudden burst of excruciating heat. Isaac knew they had lost considering nobody was really safe since the spike were everywhere and Dark could have killed them if she wanted to so he yelled. "Hey, can somebody help me out of this maze?
