Fantasy Dragon's Roar 3: Rise of The Dark Arts ( Finished )
Isaac stood up and walked into the house saying "Guy's I've got to tell you all something important." Loud enough for everybody to hear. (Logging off, see everybody tomorrow.)
Krios and Hekate walk over to Isaac when they hear him calling out to them.

Royal didn't even bother to make her way over.

Alice had just made her way back to the house when she heard the calling. She was riding on the back of Carnage when she entered with Julie since she was standing outside the house.

Isabel was fighting against the ice beast with much effort since it's been a year since she's fought. The frosty air around her made it hard to see the beast no matter how large it was. "Where the hell is it?" Suddenly the breath is knocked out of her lungs when she feels a pounding force on her back. Which throws her into the icy ground. Luckily the ice doesn't break but she felt like her body did. She staggers as she gets up only to be smashed into the ground and held down by its large foot. It was trying to crush her but the ice was breaking underneath her instead. Her exoskeleton and scales were extremely durable but the pressure was still intense. The ice underneath her ends up breaking and her body can feel the freezing cold waters. She wanted to get out of it immediately but the beast was looking for possible places she'd pop out of the ice like a polar bear.

She was running out of breath and didn't have time to waste so she bursts out of the ice only to be swatted away. She knew when these attacks were coming due to her cat like reflexes but the beast was too large to evade. Once she gets up from the ice with possible bruises she starts to growl. This was really pissing her off and that's one thing you don't want to do.

Isabel flies towards the beast's hind legs. She turns around and presses her feet into the left hind leg and pushes off. Which makes the beasts leg give out from underneath it. It's chin crashes into the ice with a loud crash and most of its head breaks through. When Isabel pushed forward, she flew into the leg in front. Isabel has the exoskeleton's jaw unhinge before she slams into it with her claws. She drills into the thick flesh of the beasts frontal left leg with the exoskeleton's teeth, claws, and tail. Only leaving when she travels through the bone and out the other side.

Blood sprays on the ice and drips off of her body. Isabel reaches into the unhinged jaw and pulls out the torn flesh since it was also in her face. Once the beast pulls its head out of the ice, it realizes that it's left leg is now useless and roars in both pain and anger. Isabel starts to fly away from it as fast as she can which leads to a sharp pain flaring in her face along with the sick crack of bones breaking. Since the exoskeleton's skull began to break due to the beast clawing her down. It was directly in front of her but she didn't know how it got there, until it turned frosty air itself and appeared somewhere else. "This is going to take a while."

Isaac took a breathe and said "The founder of the Dark Arts recently showed up and spoke to me about a deal, the deal was Hekate is to give the leader her full power and the host of witch mana in trade for all of are lives and she said she'd be able to make all the Meta Demons disappear and she can bring Europe back with all it's inhabitants."

Hekate frowns at this, she knew the founder and this was a serious deal. "As sick as she is... She does keep her promises. What will happen if we refuse?"

"She said it would get worse, she can send more Meta Demons to wherever she wants and Canada will no longer be safe, most likely no where will be safe. On the upside my father Abigor has taken his sixty legions to New York to clear it out."

"I'm thankful for your father's assistance but this is a problem." Hekate was seriously stuck.

Obsession magic spreads through Isaacs body from the point the witch touched him at. Slowly but surely his infatuation with Apex will grow to the point in which he'll be far beyond Julie in terms of obsession. Once the spell meets its max, Isaac will be so obsessed and love crazed for Apex. Locking her away from humanity to keep her to himself will become a sane idea.

"How is it a problem? My father seems very powerful." While waiting Isaac's thoughts wondered to Apex, but he slapped himself and refocused on what they were talking about.

"She's serious and I know it... this has to be..." Hekate starts to tap her foot on the floor. "She'd have to release the seal on my powers first but I think I can give her all of her powers back. In trade for the lives of mortals." She looks up at Isaac after he slapped himself. "Are you alright?"

Isaac's first thoughts were "I should go talk to her, reintroduce myself." Before he knew it he was in front of Apex saying, "Hey Apex you may not remember me but I'm Isaac."

The phoenix decides on blasting the snakes with flames that enter their mouths before the door hits it and knocks it down. The phoenix flaps it's wings and opens its beak to send a blame out flames out of its mouth at Jackie.
Jackie yanks her chains back viciously, messily cutting of the head of one of the snakes. She puts her head over the stump and sends a surge of corruption into it in case it resembles a hydra in regeneration. The corruption works it's way into the snake's system and bloodstream, starting to rip it apart from the inside. As she drops off the shoulders to avoid the flames, she runs her hands along the snake's back, corruption wreaking havoc across their scales and causing them immense pain. She hits the ground and nearly completely eats shit, her leg giving underneath her. She bites down her pain as a tendril lifts her up again, her leg bleeding fairly heavily now, and swings to Emily. She holds out her arms to her, like she wants the girl to jump into her arms, "I can't fight them while I'm hurt like this. Our only chance is if we book it."

"Why does it always have to be me!" Royal began to yell about the world having to hate her if this much happens in her life constantly. She was furious and sad at the same time. Which was not a good combination when crying at all. She knew she shouldn't put Felix through all of this but she just couldn't help it. At same points she would yell in anger and grip on to Felix as if she wanted to rip him apart. Only for that all to shift and turn into sorrow. She felt like she was shifting between her powers of fire and water. She held on to Felix for dear life now as if he was the only thing that would keep her from falling. "I need you so much right now but I don't know if I can ask for that. I left you for an entire year and there's nothing I can do to make up for that. Here I am though... using you." Royal raises her head and tries to wipe her eyes, which was a futile attempt. "Why can't anything go right for me? Did I mess up somewhere? Or do I just deserve this because of my species? I thought if I just continued to smile and put things behind me it would all go away! I'm a demon and I'm just as selfish as the others. I never truthfully helped others because they were in need. I helped them because I believed that life would give me something good in return! I met you but everything is just crumbling around me and I don't know what to do anymore."
Felix is quiet while she speaks, knowing better than to interrupt her in the middle of an emotional dam breaking. He keeps his arms around her, making sure he looked invested enough that she knew he was listening. When she's done, he pets her hair, running his fingers through the hair at the back of her neck all the way to the ends, repeating the motion to soothe her, "You don't deserve anything that happened to you in the damned realm, Alex; hybrid or not, never forget that you were a child and didn't do anything to deserve what they did," He says, his voice steady but firm, "Almost everyone usually do good things to get some kind of moral gratification from it. It's not wrong of you to believe that maybe you'd get a better hand if you helped someone else out, but I don't think that's entirely why you do it. Yes, maybe it's a part of it. But you do get something out of helping someone out. You've always been a nurturer, and it shows with how you interact with your guild. If you didn't care about helping them, if you were as selfish as you say you are, why haven't you left them? If you dropped the extra weight, it'd be easier for you to find some hole and hide out there until every Dark Arts member drops dead. But you care, and you want to help them live fufilling lives, and you want to help the innocents dying, and you want to make a difference because I know that, deep down, you hate the idea that someone out there is as helpless as you were and needs help that no one else will give."

Witch watches as this attack completely envelops Origin and goes even beyond her into the sky. This beast must have been strong but she knew Origin could handle herself. That would be a bad thing though, it might keep her preoccupied for a while. Witch shrugs it off and uses this opportunity to take to the skies just so she can speed down towards the ice. She has witch mana burst out of the points on the spine and tail to push her through the almost life ending freezing waters. With the addition of flapping her wings and swimming like a sea serpent using her tail. She was growing closer to the sea floor. Which was good since she only has limited air and resistance to the cold. She felt like her lungs were going to burst until she landed on solid ground. She could still feel cold water crashing down on her. Witch opened her eyes and realized she was swimming so hard she broke through a wall which had icy water pouring into it. She uses a spell to make the broken pieces seal up the hole again only to realize she was in a building. "Wait.... what?" She expected a large submarine or something in the area Sanctum sent her to but not a building. "Sanctum can you find her?"
Before Sanctum can even answer, the connection between Isabel and Jackie snaps back into place like puzzle pieces, and a flurry of images enters every personality's mind; Jackie begging them to release Emily, pulling at her restraints so hard it cuts her skin; the current state of her maimed leg, slowly but surely soaking her leg in blood with a pain so acute that a dull ache it passes on to Isabel; the old man's head resting on Jackie's lap, still gushing blood with eyes rolled back; then it finally settles with Jackie's current experiences, holding her bloody hands out to Emily and reaching to pick her up and run. There's a small, distant voice, like someone speaking to Isabel from another room. The voice itself sounded very similar to Sanctum in it's sinister nature, but this one voice seemed more persuasive - more seductive - than the Sanctum residing within Isabel. It almost purrs to her, flashes of hallways leading to Jackie being shown to her in quick succession, "The Primary waits, Witch. Save her as I have saved you. "

Apex raises an eyebrow at this and runs a hand through her hair. "What we're you going to say?"

( Please excuse anything that may seem wrong with this post. Phone loves to do wacky spell checks. )

Isabel was having a test of strength with the beast. It was trying to crush her with its free hand but she restricts further movement by jabbing her tail into that hand and pushing back. Isabel wastes no time digging her claws into the the ice so she can get the upper hand, which helped since she was winning.

Frosty air blows by and the beast fades away since it can turn into frosty air itself. Isabel stands up and looks around, there was no sight of the beast or.... anything. Everything was getting loud, cold, and blinding. She realized the ice beast had caused a blizzard and it intended to use this to it's advantage.

All of a sudden sharp pieces of ice rip her wings apart and smash into the rest of her body. Her exoskeleton was being frozen over and she was being assaulted from all sides by jagged ice. The skull of the exoskeleton shattered after taking so many hits and the wings were previously ripped off. Isabel drops to the floor and feels a crushing put sharp pinch around her torso when she's suddenly picked up in the jaws of the beast. It wasn't easy to chew through her leftover exoskeleton and scales. Since her scales were harder from experiments and such. She was thankful for it at moments like these but the way she got them was something she wished never happened.

Isabel starts to smash her fist against the tooth of the beast until it breaks. As soon as it does she pushes out of the beasts jaw and slams into the ground. She makes sure to to get up immediately only to receive a brutal lash from the beasts spiked tail. Once she stopped skidding across the snow, she merely looked up into the sky as she lay on the ground in breathtaking pain. The ice around her was red and she knew why. The pressure from the bite ended up weakening her scales and the tail left a deep gash on her stomach. She puts her hand on her stomach and focuses on concentrating the remaining dragon scales to that area to slow the process of bleeding out. The blizzard wasn't of the normal kind and she could tell because of the lack of pain in her body. She was going numb and ice was starting to cover her body. Isabel begins to stand before she's completely frozen to the ground.

Isabel was previously known to have the worst temper out of her personalities but once she calmed down the anger attention went to Dark and Royal. This single beast was enough to bring back that temper for just a moment. Especially since it's face to face with her eyeing her down now that it thinks it has her right where it wants her. Isabel swings with a bare fist and lands a powerful blow upon its jaw which carries enough force to shatter it. "The world just thinks it's so funny to screw around with me! Well news flash you piece of ass!" The beast attempts to fire another blast of sharp ice spears from its mouth but Isabel slams its mouth shut with a swift kick. "I've had it up to here with the world and I couldn't care less about what happens to it at the moment because it seems like it's the world versus me anyways!" The sharp ice spears burst out of the beasts mouth which knocks most of its teeth out and ravages it's gums. "Luckily for me the ice tricks you performed made me unable to feel most of the pain from these injuries!" The beast tries to turn into frosty air but Isabel grabs its ruined maw before it completely shifts and starts to raise it off of the ground. Only to throw it over her and have it land on its back behind her. Once she finishes that with breath effort, her wounds start to open up even more. She was starting to feel the pain again but that doesn't stop her from taking a deep breath and slamming her fist into the ice below her.

The ice develops cracks around them and starts to branch out until mayhem erupts. The ice began to separate and the water below it started to shift and burst upward. The collapse of the sheet of ice continues to spread outward while Isabel is knocked into the water.

The beast topples into the frigid waters as well with its broken body, drowning.

Isabel on the other hand was lost in thought while the cold temperatures embraced her. "Have others really gotten this strong while I was comatose? It looks like I really need to catch up."

Isabel allows the water around her to turn red from her wounds as she turns into mana and returns to the main body, Royal.

Royal calmed down due to his words. He always knew how to make her feel better and now that the majority of the cat shape shifter trait was within her she began to lightly purr at the pats on her head. "You're right. What would I ever do without you?" Royal closes her eyes and enjoys the treatment while she listens to his heartbeat. She could sit her forever if she wanted to.

The snake falls on to the ground in pain. It wanted to die and in seconds it got what it asked for when it blew up in fire and acid. The phoenix flies over to Jackie at the same moment Emily jumps into her arms.

Altiera had walked in when she heard Isaac call she got a murderous look when he mentioned The founder approaching him which seemed to be a shared sentiment, that coupled with fear. "I also have one of my men fighting alongside Abigor's troops, if need be I'll give the order to the rest of my legions to join the fight." Altiera took note of Alice's arrival and glanced in her direction her angry look easing up for a moment.

Kai'zen and Lucien looked to each other
"Age before beauty." Kai'zen rolled his eyes and grinned, "Well, at the moment I am technically in exile from my empire, the stereotypical lion king story where my treacherous great uncle seized the throne from me overpowering me since I haven't developed fully yet. I came here to bide my time and build my skills so that the next time I face that sad sac of scales I will send the proper message to all my subjects. Currently my older sister is leading a resistance comprised of those loyal to me, or just bold enough to fight. She has forbid me to return until I reach my Silver dragon form, from there I will be able to tap into the powers of dragons this world has never seen, or forgotten....but first we must fix the world, even if my people are removed from the conflict I don't like the thought of meta demons running wild." Kai'zen blinked realizing how much he just said without meaning to, "I can....explain more in depth later. It's a rather long winded tale."

Fayde pushed open the door stepping in on shaky legs he looked thoroughly shaken up and exhausted. Getting himself inside and near the others he leaned against the wall as if he were just done moving a mountain. If one paid attention they would notice the lack of energy around his, his normally suppressed but powerful aura was completely gone not a shred of energy left. Fayde's eyes had gone from a vibrant Amethyst, to a dull violet looking simply worn out.

Bruce nodded along to his story, enjoying the whole Lion King aspect to it. The story was well told for the most part, kept short and simple but still giving the right details. Perhaps he'd told it multiple times in the past. He couldn't imagine that there could be many other interesting details but still. "I would give you a little applause but then again I don't want to start free falling." Bruce looked down again to see that they had passed the coast and were over the ocean now.

Apex looks over at Fayde and floats over to him. "I'm sorry I forgot about you but... Are you okay?"

Dark noticed Altiera smiling at her and lightly smiles back before looking at Isaac. "So you're saying she wants us to give ourselves over to her. By ourselves I mean our personalities since we won't let witch go alone. Who's the other person she wants though?"

Fayde's gaze went up to meet Apex's a small smile appearing on his face briefly then disappearing. "No....I'm not ok.........it's all gone.......my power is completely gone....I can't feel it, and Tereus isn't responding. I've tried turning back a dozen times but it's like he's not there. On top of that the blasted witch has payed us a personal visit.....if worst comes to worst I'll have to rely on my physical ability." Fayde stood on his own two feet and clenched his fists. Thankfully his natural healing capacity had mended most of the apparent damage he had somehow sustained. He was clearly confused knowing he succeeded but not knowing why his success led to the disappearance of his power a question which was causing much internal strife.

Altiera stood her eyes flitting back and forth from Fayde to Apex and quickly at Dark, an interesting feeling passing over her when she spotted the smile. A smile that fought. A joyful beauty to that previously sad face. Feeling a sort of contented ness at the sight of the smile Altiera allowed a smile on to play on her lips giving her a more....human appearance.

Kai'zen shrugged and kept flying feeling the wind patterns change once they were over water,
"Well, can't be long now. Better speak now or forever hold your peace runt." Lucien rolled his eyes, taking less steps now that he could take advantage of the up draft amplifying it and allowing it to help him stay up and moving. "Does anyone really like listening to yet another tragic tale....No I shall wait, if we are as close as you say we won't have enough time anyways."

Apex holds out the pendant Fayde had given her before she left. She wondered if it could help him in any way. "What about this?"

Dark looks away swiftly when Altiera smiles back. It felt nice to smile since Carnage encouraged her to but receiving one shouldn't be a big deal. She was lost in thought until she figured out why. She keeps thinking of Arcadia and her smile even if was almost non existent last year. She shook the thought of Altiera and Arcadia out of her head. They weren't the same person and Arcadia was no longer an option, she made that clear last year. Dark decided to stand on her own since she could feel the strength returning to her body due to Sanctum's healing.

"You're right about that, take a look." Bruce stopped his flight and let himself plummet down to the island. He would catch himself before hitting the ground though. His sisters simply descended down peacefully along with him, land gracefully on the island.
