Have you ever wondered what kind of line exists?
Ever contemplated what separates the living and the dead?
Dared to imagine how the demons and the angels keep themselves at bay?
- Everyone in this roleplay, should it come to fruition, would play a character who has died and wrongly found themselves in hell. Characters will be people who, in life, were essentially good people. Yes, everyone has their flaws, but I will not be allowing murderers and the like. If your character was a blatant and obvious cruel criminal with nothing good about them, they will not be accepted into the roleplay. The length of time that characters have spent in hell and their experiences are variable and may be different for each character.
Whatever their story, each character finds themselves tied to a stake on a mound of earth, offered up to a pit of shadow demons intent on forever consuming their souls and removing them from existence entirely. However, this will NOT be the end of anyone's story.
The lines are closing together. Demons cross to earth, angels cross to earth. The human world is becoming a battle ground of the essences of good and evil meaning people are not going to their proper places upon their inevitable deaths. Thus the characters are within hell in the first place. It's not a pretty sight. The worlds seek soldiers. Individuals must rise. Can you take the fires of hell and turn them into your sword of righteousness? What will be your weapon in the battles to come?
Swords are based upon virtues. Each has their own name. Each has their own color. Each has their own weaknesses and each will have their own source. Virtues are things that make humanity worth fighting for and as such, they are what heaven wields against the forces that seek to drag humanity down into hell, drowning it out of all existence. Not everyone can wield a sword, though. The process of cleansing oneself in order to hold such a weapon without burning to nothing is entirely unpleasant and it will test even the strongest of warriors for it is not within the body that the tests occur; rather it is within the soul itself.
