Thrawn was the exception that proved the rule, and even he only got away with it because he was half-human and a tactical and strategic genius of unwavering loyalty.
Remember, SW is a very black and white universe. Imperials were nazis and aliens were untermensch, plain and simple. Just because Hitler had a jewish doctor, that doesn't take away from how the rest were treated.
That being said, this is our RP, so if you want a more subtle universe, I think that can be arranged.

Just don't expect the hutts to change. I like the idea of a species of sociopathic slug people

I mean, still no, near-human races could get a lot of lee way, especially the more 'near-human' they appeared, furthermore, there were active, alien stormtroopers as well. You go digging through the original Canon EU and you can find plenty of instances of Imperials being bros.

I'm just irked that almost no one wants to show them.

Sorry about that. I am alive and here still, my command has really ramped up pre-deploy work.

I will be glad to be done with them in 21 months-ish. Then Shore Duty!

I really dig how Kaedi'ae was like 'So shall we fuck off?'

And the immediate response is just 'Fuck off? We shall!'

Mmmm...

Grim Wraithe Stjerna Grim Wraithe Stjerna
I would argue, since it's being implied that the 929 formerly belonged to some pirates/smugglers, that it may have an anchored docking bay that Ravish may be able to attach her fighter to.

C Chai That would make sense for citizens involved in illicit activities to have extra attachment points. I was even thinking (if I recall her Starfighter correctly), that she could maglock her landing struts to the freighter's hull if needed.

But taking the Starfighter would be a huge boost for Ravish. Plus then there is always a fighter escort!

Outstanding. Now all we have to do is make it to the docks without being murdered to death by the Terantatek

Yeah it figures. But I do most of my posting from my phone. But the keyboard makes it so much easier.

And.... This is how I deal with and feel about my allergies.... Whisky.

You have my sympathies.

......so why don't you have a wee dram? I won't admit to having done something similar on my ship......

(But yes I have)

That exact reason is why I bought a nice flask, that fits into a pocket and doesn't print.

(I'm sure it's fairly easy to acquire drams when on a base. But a ship.... In the middle of the ocean.... That takes planning! )

Yeah, see, I was army so if I wanted I could just slip off to the barracks, or just hit up one of the many, many, many alcoholics in the unit. :D
Nowadays I just carry a bottle or three in the car for "emergencies", but I gave my supply to a friend for an unexpected get together he wound up hosting, and I haven't replaced them yet.

*nods* That does make things easier, not to mention convenient.

And I guess this proves you're a good friend for giving up your emergency stash.
