Considering the vices and virtues are already a list of "traits," more or less, paragraphs would be preferred. Like a more in-depth description, if you catch my meaning.

Pretty sure they're all gonna use aliases. Gen said something about them not going by their Disney names, but I can't for the life of me remember where that was. xD As far as his past goes, for now just do the best you can with it with information you get from offline. I'm not sure what she might want you to do for that, but hopefully she has internet while in France and can answer ^^:

Belle's right! They'll all use aliases since introducing yourself to Joe Schmoe as Peter Pan wouldn't go over well if you're not "dressed" for the part.

For Peter Pan's past, I mostly meant just put down what they do in the movie. XD Whatever IS known about him is good.

Can/should I just give her the purse as a weapon and avoid powers, or should I give her a different weapon and avoid the purse? For context- the way it works is said purse is able to mix together chemicals, creating compounds that can do quite a few different things. I can come up with some feasible limits, but if that breaks the One Power Rule I won't use it.

Every character gets one power regardless of their in-universe character. This was an unintended side effect of the spell that the villains cast.
Since I believe you're talking about Honey Lemon, that means that she'll wake up remembering only small bits of her life. I suggest her finding the purse later on and using it as a weapon. It's not a power in and of itself--it's a technological creation that she and Hiro whipped up with the gang.
So then she'd have a completely different power.

My idea was for her to basically be a living catalyst: in other words, if she wants a reaction she's gonna get one. Give her magnesium and an open flame and she can get a flashbang (magnesium is super bright when burned), a glowing splint becomes a distraction via sound (it makes a loud pop in hydrogen gas), and stuff like that. Is that too close? Because if it is I can replace it with, like, minor levitation or something.

Hm, I suppose that could be her power. But only if you want it to be. If you think it would interfere with the purse, then you can change it. Because I honestly like the concept of this power.
If you do go with this power, I would suggest taking the purse out of the equation entirely. It would make sense, plot wise, if she lost her purse back in the Disney realm but basically gained its power here in the real world.
