Lore Dump One: The Community Guard
While Utopia Now has an official police force, The Watchmen, the administration was smart enough to realize they couldn't cover that much ground alone. Hence The Community Guard, a "global neighborhood watch", was born. The Community Guard has the full blessing and backing of The Watchmen and are tasked with patrolling the streets of "Utopia" looking for and apprehending those violating the law, especially those violating "culture law", aka expressing themselves artistically, musically, or other ways the government does not approve of.
However, the lack of oversight The Community Guard has tends to make more brazen, and sometimes, even more violent to those "disrupting utopia"
