After walking a bit into the woods, he heard the pained yelps of the dog, he ran along with Rem to the area, but do to his heavy size and slow speed, as soon as he arrived, he saw Rem with a stick driving away bats, before the bats began looking at her. After trying to figure out what to do inside his head, he found a conveniently placed small sized boulder next to him and now reacting quickly, he grabbed it with his right arm, before arcing his arm back and throwing it with some amount of strength at the flying bats, managing to catch some off guard and kill some of them. He then quickly ran towards the situation to now help after taking out some of the bats with the boulder.
